We were informed some time back by an Adobe representative that frequents this forum that he would look into why we keep having to login each time we revist the forum.Although we have this 'tick to remember your details' box on the login page it never works. Now I am finding when I login I then get logged out for no reason but still says I'm logged in. I keep getting an 'internal server error' jump up on my screen.This forum software is complete [expletive deleted] Either supply your customers with something reliable and user-friendly that actually works of get rid of it completely - bunch of [expletives deleted].

One way to Sign in automatically, or at least start the Sign in procedure automatically, is to:1) Set your browser to startup with the same windows and tabs as last session;2) End each browser session with a tab open that contains a page that requires your being logged in, such as Your Stuff>Private Messages (whether you actually need it or not); you may close down non forum pages before ending the session to avoid them at startup;3) Upon startup, open the window with the tab in 2) and see whether you get signed in, otherwise sign in;4) When you are signed in, go to your other forum tabs/windows and Reload each.Especially if you have other things you may do, such as starting up other applications or feeding the birds, you may save some time.

Kann nicht autorisieren obwohl ID und Passwort okerhalte immer Code E_AU/TH.NOT_ReadyPasswortwechsel nützt nichtsDirekt in mein Adobekonto komme ich aber mit der ID und dem Passwort ohne weiteres

Bis jetzt hatte ich unter xp mit Adobe cs4 InDesign problemlos gearbeitet. Nun habe ich als Betriebssystem umgestellt auf Windows 7 und musste Cs4 InDesign neu installieren. Das Steuerungsbedienfeld ist jetzt zwar zu sehen aber nicht mehr zu aktivieren. Einige Werkzeuge sind zwar in der Werkzeugleiste zu sehen aber nicht zu aktivieren, z.B. das Auswahlwerkzeug (schwarzer Pfeil) und das Direktauswahlwerkzeug (weißer Pfeil).Für Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

I'm using tapatalk app for android to manage all my forums. I was little amazed to see that Adobe forums are not tapatalk compatible. Does adobe has plans to make this forum tapatalk compatible. Couldn't find a better place to post this query, so posted this in indesign forum. Kindly move this thread to the suitable place.

Hi, i want to know about the licence of your software. I'm in Chile and i need to use your software but with some of the licence options and they are not abeable in my country, my question is, if i get someone from a country who can buy the licence, to buy the licence for me, can i use it in my country?

Why, at the "Adobe Community" level must we be forced to scroll through some seemingly endless, disorganized list of possibilities?  Do the Powers That Be actually think this represents good interface design?(Yes, I realize this has been pointed out in a previous thread.  Hope springs eternal!)

So, all of the sudden, I couldn't access the foums using my current password. One that I had assigned not long ago when the notices were sent out.I got in twice today but when I attempted to sign in the third time, it told me my password was incorrect. I of course tried a few more times but...nothing.Then I clicked in the area to reset the password, received the email, clicked the link and came to the password reset screen. All good so far.For giggles, I entered my previous password. It gave me the message that I could not use the old password. So then I used my current password and it was fine.So what it looks like is, my account reverted to an old password. How could that happen?

Before the forum update, when using Sarfari, I often had problems adding links and video using the icons at the top of the standard comment form. After the update all of the pop-up functions are completely broken in the normal editor when replying to a post. I get nothing but a blank screen. These pop-ups work in Firefox and Chrome. Please check it out. It does not matter which forum I am in. Occasionally, switching to the Advanced Editor I can get a pop-up to work. This functionality works perfectly in other browsers and always has.OSX 10.9.2, Safari Version 7.0.3 (9537.75.14)
