国の違う支払いの変更について

Question

イギリスの学校へ通っていたため、イギリスのポンドでAdobeの支払いをしていました。
自身は日本へ帰国済みで、イギリスで使っていたカードで支払いを継続していましたが、この度そのカードの期限が切れ、日本のカードからの支払いに変更したいです。
カード変更のページへ行くと、国がイギリスから変更できなくなっており、日本のカードのデータを入力してもエラーが出てしまいます。支払う場所をイギリスから日本へ変更するにはどうしたらいいでしょうか？

Adobe IDには国情報が存在するので、サブスクリプション購入時かサポートの連絡等によっての情報変更が必要です。
