Creative Cloud コンビニ支払いについての質問
Creative Cloud をコンビニ支払いで購入して３週間ほどたちますがいまだに電子メールが届かずソフトが使用できません。
なにか別でやらないといけないことがあるのでしょうか？
ちなみに支払い時に渡されたのは払込受領書のみです。
