azure information protectionで保護されたPDFのうち、一部開けないPDFファイルがある。

MIP, Microsoft Information Protectionプラグインを用いて、azure information protectionで保護された文章を開こうとしたのですが、[画像のデータに不足があります]と表示されてしまい、一部開けないファイルがあります。

 

色々調査してみた結果、複合機などのスキャナー本体で画像を直接PDFに変換し、azure information protectionで保護すると、開けないようです。

 

[画像のデータに不足があります]と表示され開けないファイルを開く方法がありましたらご教授お願いいたします。

    Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are unable to open some PDF files protected by azure information protection, correct?

     

    To view a MIP protected file in Acrobat Reader DC / Acrobat DC, install the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC / Acrobat DC and then install the corresponding plug-in. 

     

    To update the program, go to Help > Check for Updates. To know more about the latest version available please use the help article - DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

    Acrobat Reader DC / Acrobat DCを最新版にし、プラグインも対応しているものをインストールしたのですが。

    やはり[画像のデータに不足があります]と表示されてしまいうまくいきませんでした。

     

    何か解決に必要なデータなどありますでしょうか。
