为什么我无法再中国购买CC的个人定制计划？

我看到新闻说adobe终于登陆中国，可我却无法再官网购买CC计划，点击任何购买都没有反应？

这是BUG么？我只是希望购买年计划的完整套餐。

我尝试了一下并不是我的浏览器缓存和浏览器的问题

而是我的账号不能购买。

当我退出了我的账号却可以点击购买，但在后来提示输入邮箱后却显示

目前adobe在中国仍然不提供个人版的吗？我打了中国区的售后他们告诉我他们只负责出售企业版

虽然十分想用，但是买不到
