adobe creative cloudをクリックすると「creative cloudディスクトップアプリケーションの初期化中にエラーが発生しました」とメッセージが出ます。対処方法を教えて下さい。考えられるのは昨年win10のバージョンアップをし、またwin7に戻した事が原因かも知れません。
