CS6再インストールできない

パソコンを初期化してWindows７を再インストールした後、Photoshop　CS6をインストールしたいのですが、ファイルはダウンロードできたのですが、Set　up.exeを実行したところ

となってインストールできません。何度もやりましたが変わりません。解決法のわかる方教えてください。
