me llego un descuento de casi 300 soles y cuando llame a mi banco me dijeron que era de adobe, revise mi cuenta y al parecer alguien uso mis datos para comprar la suscripcion completta, cabe resaltar que hace un tiempo tuve un virus y restableci mi computtadora pensando que se habia solucioonado pero ahora creo que es esto lo que lo causo ya que revise otras cuentas como netflix, hbo, prime entre otras que intentaron hacerlo pero como este era prueba gratutuia ppprimero solo en adobe pudieron, necesito mi dinero, como puedo solucionar esto, ya reporte la compra a mi banco y estan investigando, el support de  adobe puede ver el ip de donde se usoo mi cuenta?

Hello! I have the following payment problem. On the date of the payment, I did not have available funds on the card I gave to the system. I received notifications to update my payment method. I have deposited funds into my account and updated the payment method, but the system does not want to take payment and keeps telling me to update the payment method and that the scare has failed. Hi all. I am currently in my adobe illustrator free trial and love it but hate that I have to commit to a year of £19.97 a month or £30 each as I don't know if I can make money from it yet with my business.  I did some searching and found a voucher on wowcher and it's title is this. Adobe Illustrator CC 2023 license from Software Distribution  and it is £59. What is this? Does anyone know? It says it's the software? Does this mean I can install a hard copy on my iPad for life for £59? But obviously don't get the tech support etc.  It's says I save £237. I'm a bit confused as this option to buy the software outright isn't advertised on the adobe site?  any advice would be great thanks. 

Adobe payment was made on April 25th, but when I log in, it says to make a payment. Please confirm.

I want to cancel my current plan and restart with my student account, but how can I avoid paying a cancellation penalty? Is there an email address that I can contact for that?Thank you 

Bonjour, j'ai la dernière version de Photoshop . Malgré l'installation et désinstallation la barrette "remplissage Génératif n'apparait pas. Il fallat l'activé dans le menu fenêtre, cela n'apparait pas.J'ai testé aussi la date de naissance dans Behance et Creatice Cloud mais pas d'espace pour entrer cette date de naissance, je présume qu'elle est déja informée.Qui peut m'aider ? est ce un bug ?Merci d'avance !

im trying to cancel my 7 day free trial of indesign but i cannot as there is no plan to cancel on my accounts page 

Curious to know if anyone else wasn't able to do this. It looks like there is an opportunity to take advantage of 25% off for hte next 12 months on my homepage, but wheI click it, I can't get it. How do I take advantage of this offer? And it it doesn't apply to me, why is being offered on my homepage?

Hi, my student subscription ends in June this year - the last payment comes out on the 3rd June.I don't want to continue with subscription as from June I will be using the software only for work purposes and my work provides a license for all Adobe programs. When should I cancel my subscription? When I try to do it now it I get an information that I'll be charged above 1000 dkk (I'm based in Denmark) for ending it too early. I worry that if I wait for 3rd June it will want to give me some other penalty for ending the subscription. I would love to get more guidance on this as for some reason the support chat from Adobe is not working. Kind regards,Nina

Wie kann ich mein Alter verifizieren?

We made the mistake of paying for licenses for both Adobe acrobat & Photoshop using two different emails.  I have no idea how to have both softward work on the same email address. It is very frustrating to have to sign out each and everytime one of the two aformentioned softwares in order to use my licensed version. Please help.

Aber auf dem Weg dorthin werde ich immer aufgefordert, entweder meine Kreditkartendaten einzugeben oder eine Einzugsermächtigung zu erteilen. Ich möchte beides nicht! Für einen bloßen Test schon gar nicht, aber auch wenn ich mich entschließen sollte, die Software zu mieten (kaufen kann man ja gemeinerweise nicht mehr), möchte ich überweisen.Wie kann ich das bewerkstelligen? Gruß,André

If I have the PSD/LR subscription, and I have LR open on my Mac, can my wife open PSD on her Mac - at the same time under my credentials? 

Tried to change my email address to Email B, but it says Email B is already used with another account. So I signed out, and tried to sign in with Email B (I do have saved password on the Adobe site for Email B), but it tells me can't find any account with Email B. What's going on here?

So I have just cancelled my yearly photography plan that included photoshop, lightroom and adobe bridge as I could not afford it due to the cost of living. However It really does help me. I have however just been given some money as a gift to help either pay for some of it for another year or put towards monthly payments. My issue is, I cannot find any option to revert this which was done on 18/05. (plan ending on 27/05) This wouldn't be too much of an issue, as I know I can just resign up for a new membership when it ends. However I cannot find the same plan I used before, only that with Lightroom and PS but I would heavily use bridge in my work.  What are my options as I'm going to assume I cannot undo my cancellation on my current plan?
