My google account doesn't list my full name. Last name ends is only one letter, for privacy purposes. As a result, on password creation, the password cannot have that letter anywhere in it. Feel like this is an edge case that could be fixed quickly.

I have installed adope software and created adope ID  .after creation by registering software it is showing the following Error message" ACCESS DENIED "-YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE DUE TO THE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS"

Hi, I need someone to stop this madness. I need to speak to a human at your corporation, as you have made it impossible to contact one, THUS, I am resorting to writing this. I am continuously being charged on my CREDIT CARD for a charge that was incorrectly CHARGED to my CREDIT CARD all last year, and I had to go through hell to resolve to get you to stop. AND NOW it has started up again THIS YEAR. ALL YEAR. I have not authorized this. I have not ordered this product. It does not show up under my billing history, BUT it is on my CREDIT CARD monthly showing ADOBE is charging me. This needs to get resolved. You need to contact me immediately. I know you have my phone number on file. Call me and ID yourself properly immediately. This is riddiculous at this point. I require the money back and for you to STOP charging me this charge. 

How am I supposed to cancel a subscription if I cant find it in my account. Anyone had that problem?I was reminded that my subscription will be renewed , but I can cancel it also. But cancelling is not possible as it does not show in my subscriptions. 

I went to cancel my acct and it says I have no paid plans when I do and have been charged every month so how do I resolve this? TY

Hi there! Need help. I lost access to edit my projects on Behance after canceling subscription by my ex-employer. Despite the fact that my current account linked with my private mail. I'm noticed also that my existing Behance page was created a long time ago before I had got a subscription from this employer. What should I do to restore access to manage my existing projects on Behance? Screen from Behance page please see in attachment. Thanks in advance!

The difficulty in even getting this far is frankly insane! I do not want the free creative cloud or any adobe products, please delete my account entirely. PLEASE JUST DELETE MY ACCOUNT!thank you

Hi there,My english is not native language, but I am going try to explain the problem.I was interested in a standard plan for photographers of 20 GB's Lr + Ps for the new customers for the first year of 9.86€ or so MONTHLY. You have 2 options. BY CREDIT CARD and also BY PAYPAL.Whenever I choose first one, I can not pass through payment and I have UNDERLINED ON RED COLOUR my credit card number, postal code and the number of card year activity (or whatever it is called). What else, I have an information from adobe on the top of the page also ON RED COLOUR that something is wrong and something about bank check (everything is OK with my bank so I just reject that option to contact with my bank because it is not neeeded)..... SO WE MOVE TO SECOND OPTION... I EVEN TRIED TO PAYPAL.. So what happened in that option.. Everything looked like is going good.. I pinned my card in paypal, then I agreed for the costs of that subscripction... I clicked to "agree and pay" (or something like that)

Jai plusieurs fois tenté d'acheter en ligne, mais dans mon pays , la Côte d'Ivoire, on n'arrive pas à acheter Adobe première pro. Il faut passer par un revendeur qui n'existe pas ici.

I have moved from Russia to another country more than two years ago, and now I cannot change country of my ccount to the actual country of residence. I've tried to follow this guide: "Change the country associated with your Adobe account" but billing page is not available for me.  What should I do? 

Tell me why Adobe is deducting my money from my account. my Adobe account has expired, I don't buy anymore, so why am I charged..? Please stop collecting my fees.Thanks

I have been paying this 2 months for something that is already cancelled like 3 months ago and when I enter the oficial web it says that I don't have any plan activated can somebody tell me how to stop this and get my money back because its 50 euros every month.

None of that has worked so far, have tried three different devices and five different browsers. Hours of frustrations and time wasted it has been til now, every other payment is being made in a matter of seconds.  Can adobe please fix this?

Gostaria de cancelar o meu plano, mas estou enfrentando dificuldades. Para cancelar o plano devo ir em gerenciar planos e clicar em cancelamento, ocorre que ao tentar acessar esse submenu sou enviada para a atualização de forma de pagamento. Dito isso, solicito que meu plano seja cancelado. É simplesmente absurda a hipotese de ter que atualizar os dados de cobrança para poder efetuar o cancelamento do plano. Espero providencias. Grata
