Bonjour, Paypal me prévient hier 22/02 qu'un prélèvement est en cours sur mon compte. Cela me rappelle que j'avais oublié d'annuler pendant la période d'essai. Je pensais l'avoir fait. J'avais oublié de cliquer jusqu'au bout. Merci Adobe de compliquer la procédure d'annulation... Bref.Donc hier je vais sur Adobe et j'annule ma formule d'abonnement puisque que je ne veux pas être débitée le 22/03 prochain.  Et aujourd'hui je reçois un mail m'indiquant qu'il y a échec de paiement. Et je ne vois aucune explication. Pour moi, tout est clair : le débit est en attente sur Paypal, j'y ai mis à jour ma carte bancaire ; et sur Adobe, j'ai une facture.Je ne peux pas mettre à jour ma forme de paiement sur le site Adobe, puisque je n'ai plus de formule en cours...  Et je ne souhaite pas souscrire une nouvelle formule.  Je ne refuse pas de payer. Comment faire ?

Hi there, I'm from New Zealand, I've lost my job in the recent floods and cyclone Gabrielle and I'm desperately trying to cancel my account. I cannot afford the enormous cancellation fee, I've barely even used it. I also can't afford to call the US and be put on hold. Can somebody please help me? Bonjour, je souhaite résilier mon abonnement car ma société m’a pris un abonnement. En essayant, on me dit de payer plus de 300€ alors que je n’ai utilisé la suite que 3 semaines, j’aimerai pouvoir résilier sans payer ces frais car j’utilise encore la suite Adobe mais via ma société. Je n’ai pas été prévu d’un tel engagement lors de mon abonnement en janvier car avant j’étais sur une suite prise par mon école.

Alguém sabe se é possível desativar o Adobe (incluindo o pagamento mensal) por um determinado tempo? Não deletar tudo, mas parar o pagamento por certo tempo, porque não estarei usando os programas por determinado tempo e tenho certeza disso e gostaria de saber se é possível ativar e desativar quando quiser o pagamento e junto com isso a minha liberdade de entrar e sair dos programas que eu tenho instalados do Adobe

I cancelled my trial subscription within the time frame. I received an email showing my account was cancelled on 1/10/23. Why did you charge my paypal account on 1/17/23 and tried again on 2/17/23. How can I delete this account. I have blocked it on my paypal account for not allowing any payments to be made to Adobe. I am not paying for a service that I cancelled. This email confirms that you canceled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription tools and online services until the end of your billing cycle on 10-January-2023 (PT). After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership.If it says free level of service why are trying to bill me?

I've had my plan running for over two years now, how come when I try to cancel I still have a cancelation fee?

Je souhaite contacter le service facturation pour un double paiement de mes abonnements. Avez-vous un mail de contact. Impossible de trouver un lien dans ma plateforme. C'est dingue....

Today I tried to use my lightroon only to discover my plan is no longer active. It appears to have been cancelled - but not by me! My only point of contact is with a virtual assistant which, quite honestly, is useless!! I will speak with my bank to try to arrange for no more monies to be deducted from my account - which I envisage problems?? This is so disappointing and frustrating, even more so when my original package - should I ever use Adobe again - appears to have doubled in price??  Any advice or comments would be helpful!

I just had a free trial for 7 days for adobe premiere pro and now almost £20 came out of my account but on my account, it says that I have no paid plans as I cancelled it. Does anyone know why my account has still been charged?

Hello,In January I was informed that my plan which was tending to expire, will refresh despite my opinion. Today I wanted to cancel it but I will be charged with 150 Euro fee. Is it possible to me to cancel the plan without the cancellation fee? I have adobe creative cloud 100GB subcription for a year since January 2022. What have I need to do? 

J'ai voulu tenter l'essai de 15 jours et n'ai pas réussi à télécharger. Impossible de voir comment annuler l'essai. J'ai supprimé mon compt, mais le 15 ème jour le prélèvement est passé et ai été débité de la somme de 23,99€.sur mon compte Adobe, aucune trace de cet abonnement froduleux, aucune facture, rien. Aucune trace de l'existance de ce prélèvement et naturellement impossible de joindre un service après-vente d'Adobe.Il me reste la solution de bloquer ce prélèvement pour escroquerie

I recently bought the app package as a student, and the amount has already been debited but I still can't use the appsand the purchased package doesn't appear in my account

I been receiving text messages from 1-479-315-2290 saying my password has been changed, and told me to contact support. Is a scam? I didn't update my passwords just in case.  Please let me know, if any can verify if this is legititmate or a scam. Thank you, Deana

How to cancel premium membership 

I used the free trial for a plan about a month ago and I forgot I used it and It won't let me cancel it

I  apparently have a second Adobe account. Just received an email telling me I haven't logged into that account in a year and it will be cancelled. Can they be combined? Can't find a way to contact an actual human about this. The "virtual assistant" is, as usual, of no assistance.

Hallo. Ich habe die Studenten Abo fur Adobe Creative Cloud gekauft, habe aber keinen zugriff auf die Apps!! Ich kann auch den ADOBE Support nicht kontaktieren!! Kann jemand in der community vielleicht helfen? ADOBE selbst bietet den Kunden anscheinend nach dem Kauf keinen Support an!
