Issue: Adobe Reader DC 10 won't recognize any input from keyboard. Not in the "go to page" field, search field, or in fillable forms.Using windows 10 with latest updates. Fresh install. Issue started last weekend, but I had no problems before that.Keyboard will work with every other app and I can edit a fillable form with chrome and Edge. Checked updates, none availableChecked file>properties>security and set to "No security"Repaired install. After uninstalling and reinstalling, issue seemed to be resolved for 1 day, then problem returned. Not sure what could be the problem at this point.
How do I remove the "Create" from the tob tab bar? I keep hitting it when trying to move documents to another screen etc. and I never create pdfs that way. And while I'm here, I HATE the new update. The zoom and page numbers in the bottom right is annoying AF!!! Plus, having all the tools pop up to the LEFT with TONS of extra space and absolutly random 'emojis' is absurd. *steps off soap box* So any assistance with removing the "Create" from the top tab or any of the other updates, is greatly appreciated.
I'm using latest Adobe Acrobat Reader 23.008.20555 on Windows 7.When I save a file as PDF in Microsoft Word Starter 2010, selecting checkbox "Open file after publish", as in screenshot below, Reader shows the warning below. This happens on a fresh installation (factory reset). All available updates for Windows and Office are installed. Reader says is still supporting Win 7 so I would like to fix it.
Draes ... I have a private email for Adobe Acrobat Reader, but after formatting my computer, there are no longer any tools available through this email. Please explain the reason? Thanks
A client has Acrobat Readrer and when opening editable PDFS the application crashes.I have Crash dumps as per Adobe instructions but they are too large to post here.I have reinstalled the reader after using the Adobe Cleaner but the issue persists? Any wisdom, insight or knowledge would be appreciated.
I am having an issues where a few users are opening PDFs from a vendor and getting unreadable text (see image), but others with the same version of Adobe Reader DC are able to see the same PDF just fine.Copying and pasting into a Word doc converts the test to a readable font, and opening the PDF in Edge displays everything fine. Seems like it's only when opening the PDFs from this vendor in Reader that we encounter this issue, and again, not for all users, only a couple.I have tried repairing and uninstalling/reinstalling Reader, but does not fix the issue.
Hi all,we received PDF documents from arquitects and this kind of professionals. This kind of documents have 2 group of signatures: - Arquitect's personal ones- Official Visa Signature of the Official College of Architects: this signature stamps an image on all pages. So we have this message: If we get the signed version of the 3 first signatures it's ok. Here in Spain, the "official" validator (https://valide.redsara.es/valide/validarFirma/ejecutar.html) it's based on "ETSI TS 102 778-1 V1.1.1 (2009-07)" ("Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures (ESI); PDF Advanced Electronic Signature Profiles; Part 1: PAdES Overview - a framework document for PAdES") specification. So it says that, individually, the signature are correct. In fact, the bytes of the first 3 signatures, are not modified by the last ones (although that added image is not into a Form)BUT, really, that image has a clear visual impact on the final PDF. But I have no technical arguments to reject that ki
I receive confidential documents in the form of password-protected PDFs regularly for work, but I have been unable to open password-protected PDFs on my Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 even with the correct password. Due to confidentiality, I am unable to request for decrypted PDFs. I have already enabled native settings in Preferences > General. Please advise a solution to this.

Hi all,I have Acrobat Reader DC and we use Office 365 with SharePoint online. When I try to add a sharepoint site through 'Home -> Add Account -> SharePoint Site', this never works. When asked for 'my sharepoint account' I enter my company e-mail address, then I browse (in a web browser) to the SharePoint doc library I wish to add and copy/paste that URL into the URL field.I am then asked to authenticate which works, promptly followed by the error"Acrobat Reader: Access Denied. You might not have permission to access this network resource. Please contact the Server Administrator".Nevertheless I am sure I have access since I can access it perfectly via web browser.P.S.: I can add my OneDrive for Business without any issue so the authentication portion towards O365 seems to be working.Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?
"There was an error opening this document. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." I tried different versions, no avail. I think it has to do with the password somehow, but I do not know. I can copy the files from the web folder to my desktop and they open fine (after entering the password AGAIN), but I can not open them directly form the web folder - it does not ask for the password again, just pops up the error. Adobe's support really upset me (insert explicative here) by keeping me on the phone for 20 min, collecting all sorts of information about me (not the problem) with some lady who barely spoke English, just to tell me to go to the website. No surprise they need to charge for tech support, customer service is doing everything but "service". I hate companies that do this. I am thinking of using another PDF reader, I have heard good things about them. Check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PDF_software Has anyone ever been able to find a fix
Adobe Reader DC Free will crash as soon as a file is opened from file explorer or desktop at first attempt to edit a fillable document. It does not crash when I open a file from within Adobe Reader DC Free. I have .dmp logs pulled from the last two attempts.
I've been using Reader on multiple documents that have links to jump between places within the document. This behaves much like an HTML hyperlink (one that jumps to content in the same document, anyway). Unfortunately, unlike web browsers, Reader does not have a BACK button. So every time I want to jump back to where I was, I have to issue a search. Inconvenient at best. Where could I post a suggestion to add BACK button?
Hello! In my job, I have been tasked with making PDF documents accessible. I am currently using the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Pro (64 bit), the CommonLook plug in to further remediate these documents, and JAWS Screen Reader to test whether these documents are actually accessible. In doing this, I found that signature blocks (created using the Prepare Form function) are very difficult to complete for somebody who cannot see. For example, once you click on a signature block, or hit enter, the pop up will appear, but the screen reader does not receive any prompt to read anything. The user can hit the tab key to go to the next section/interactive button in the pop up, but this is not obvious or intuitive. A blind user will likely assume that the action did not work. Additionally, when a document is signed in this way, Adobe requests/requires the signed document to be saved under a different name or select that the document is allowed overwrite the previous version. This pop u

I recently replaced my computer and can no longer download my eBooks to my Nook glowlight via Adobe Reader.I've downloaded the most recent version of Adobe and changed my password.Other discussions state to resolve this issue, all we have to do is authorize our computer by logging in... However, when attempting to log in to Adobe Digital Editions, I get the following error message:"You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again."HOW are we supposed to do this?!?

Hello, Is adobe acrobat reader compatible with Windows 2022? Have you tested it on a multi-session RDP server 2022 (not VDI) Best regards,Emmanuel

Hello, I have created an adobe form through the prepare a form option. When I add the unique text to the fields and select the appropriate check boxes everything looks good on my end (before picture added). However, after the last adobe update, when I then go to e-sign the request e-signature, all the formatting changes. Allcheck boxes now default to unchecked and the formatting no longer uses the multiline option (even though its selected) so text run outside text box. This form has been used for years and I completely rebuilt the form to make sure it was something within the old form. Please help!
