Dear all, I initially bought the Acrobat Premium for mobile on appstore and I am paying an annual fee. Last week is subscribed to Adobe Pro desktop. My question is that : is acrobat premium for mobile offered as part of the acrobat pro (desktop) subscription? Should I cancel the acrobat premium for mobile? Or both subscriptions are independent, that is desktop subscription only for desktop and mobile subscription only for mobile? Please help. Ps I use both acrobat on phone and desktop frequently.

This has been happening since the new UI update. I have to save the pdf and reopen it just for it to return back to normal. This has been happening with all pdfs I have opened not just this one.
I am using Adobe Pro DC on Windows 11. I use single key accelerators. 'S' the command to open a text box works fine. However over the past several weeks, the 'Esc' button, which used to close the comment box (text intact), now causes the text in the comment box to disappear. I have spoken to adobe help on two occasions and although they have promised a call back (and have witnessed the problem themselves by sharing my screen), there has been no solution and the problem remains. Please help.
Gracias
Hello,my latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC freezes when I open a PDF document that consists of a more complex blueprint with multiple layers. I use the reader on a Windows 10 22H2 client. When debugging the .dmp file, error code 0x80000003 appears. Is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC simply not able to open/edit such complex documents or is there a workaround/fix for this?I have already tried disabling sandbox protection. I also tried to delete the registry key under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\RdrCEF.exe according to the discussion "Breakpoint Error (0x80000003)".Unfortunately neither of these helped.
We use Abobe Reader for work. Recently, due to a change in our system. We need to be able to use Adobe Reader and Adobe Pro. Is it possible to run both on the same computer?
In Adobe Reader, Text commenting in sticky note and highlight has recently begun to work poorly. The text appears in a different size, and text formatting does not work. If an existing comment is edited, all formatting is lost. Also, existing sticky note icons have changed their size throughout the document, and new stickyt notes cannot be added. Can someone please explain why this has happened within Adobe Reader on my PC.
Good morning, I am a beginner IT administrator, I have extracted the Adobe Acrobat dc .msi installation and using Acrobat Customizatin Wizard. I am trying to set the settings Windows Inegration (Preferences/Signtures/Veryfication)I've been looking but I can't find what the registry is
When opening Acrobat Reader on Windows 11 I have the normal window borders, can see the close, minimize and expand icons. When I hover the mouse over that area, the window borders disappear. I have to click the edge of the window to get it back. See the examples below, first one is normal and the second is the abnormal window: This is on a Dell laptop Precision 3560 which was recently upgraded to Windows 11.
We use a warehouse management system that prints using Acrobat Reader, basically we scan the products and then once all products are scanned, a shipping label automatically opens up in Acrobat Reader (32bit) and prints automatically, so we aren't opening Acrobat Reader manually and it's also printing without intervention. The issue I have is that Acrobat Reader opens up on top of all other programs which is requiring us to manually minimize it. I'd like it to print without displaying in front of other programs to eliminate the need to minimize it back down after every shipping label, does anyone know if this is possible?
I need the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC link to add to the script to update the product using a PS script
How do I fix this?
Any idea?
On a Windows 11 computer, I searched for the word, "memory" in the following Dell manual:https://dl.dell.com/content/manual26048037-optiplex-small-form-factor-plus-7010-owner-s-manual.pdf?language=en-us Since there are many instances of the word, I was hitting the Enter key rapidly to progress through the document. When I got to page 56, Reader displayed this partially rendered page: For me, this is a reproducible error in Reader. When I try the same thing in Chrome, rapidly searching through the PDF, the page displays correctly. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015.016.20039 on my system. I have filled up a form using Foxit Reader. When I tried to open the form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC I got error "The document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document". I tried some other PDF programs, no issue when opening this form.

Hello, When attempting an advanced search, I get the belowsecurity warning. Can someone provide clarification as to what the Security warning is intended for?Are there potential dangers when granting read access to Adobe Acrobat? Thank you in advance!
When viewing the attached PDF, the radio buttons are not showing up in Acrobat Reader. Please advise if this can be fixed. Adobe Acrobat Reader:Foxit Reader:
I am a server admin and in terminal services I see users who use Acrobat Reader and the Modified memory consumes most of the memory on the server (server has 52GB of RAM). When I kill the acrobat reader process the memory is regained. I have seen this on multiple occassions with multiple users and multiple servers. The program does not crash so there is no crash dump file. If I let the memory usage continue the server itself will run out of memory.
Hi, When open pdf file with long path and file name (exceed 260 characters) with Protected Mode on, the Adobe Reader (verson 2023.006.20380 64-bits) will report error: "There was an error opening this document. Access denied.". If I disable "Enable Protected Mode at startup", I can open the same pdf file without issue. If I shorten the path and filename to less than 260 characters, I also don't have this issue regardless of the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" is enable or disable. I have no permissions and rename of the folder structure, folders name and filename, so wonder anyone had better solution as I prefer to turn on the protected mode. Also, I already enable the "Enable Win32 long paths" group policy on my computer. Thanks and have a nice day.
My Reader upgraded to version 2023.008, and I can't find that option anymore. I have documents from hospital that are expected to be viewed in two-page mode, starting from even page (tables spreading for 2 pages). The are unreadable now.Any pointers, besides the "Disable new Acrobat Reader"?
I am running windows 10. I want to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Read DC.I went into control panel and clicked "uninstall" and received the following message: "Error 2753 the file trust notifier.exe is not marked for installation" message. I have read through everyone's fixes but none of them help me because I don't have the files or they are not where they should be. The filetrustnotifier.exe file is NOT in the windowsapps folder. "Filetrustnotifier.exe" is in "ProgramFiles(x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader D\Reader". Moving it to windowsapp folder obviously doesn't help. I don't have "Notification Manager for Adobe Acrobat" that one sight said to use to stop the error. I used my "ccleaner pro" program that I have but that didn't help. I can't reinstall Acrobat Reader DC (in hopes of fixing the problem) because it detects that I already have it installed. I research if I could just install fulltrustnotifier.exe but I get nothing.
