if i install old version it works, but then updates straight away to 2023 version and stops working.

Hey,Recently, my Adobe Acrobat Reader got updated into a different look then it used to be.Every since that happened, when i used the 'Fill&Sign' tool to add texts, the saved documents new text get partly erased.I write a full sentense properly, saving the document, and instead of the full sentense it only saves several leters. how can i fix this bug?

Ich habe beruflich die Creative Cloud von Adobe auf meinem privaten Rechner nutzen müssen (ich bin Lehrerin). Zuvor hatte ich auf meinem iMac die Creative Suite 5.5. installiert und konnte besonders Photoshop und InDesign tadellos nutzen. Da ich nun nicht mehr an der Schule arbeite und mein Abo abgelaufen ist, wollte ich meine alte Photoshop Version wieder nutzen und nun kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung und es wird automatisch beendet. Folgende Schritte habe ich bereits unternommen:1. Die Creative Suite app Version habe ich deinstalliert.2. Ich habe die Creative Suite 5.5 noch einmal neu installiert. 3. Ich benutze noch immer Mojave (10.14.6), da ich weiß, dass mit einer Aktualisierung des Betriebssystems meine gekaufte Version nicht mehr funktioniert. Da ich damals wirklich viel Geld für die Programme ausgegeben habe und sie nur sporadisch privat nutze, kann ich mir das Abo nicht leisten. Bitte helft mir weiter.

Hello Adobe community,I have been trying to solve an issue regarding random glitches that happen when browsing or editing any PDF document. For my first solution, I tried checking for updates but to no avail. Secondly, I tried repairing the installation, also no avail. The following solutions are as follows: Uninstalled Reader and cleaned files using Creative Cloud cleaner toolSet Reader to run in Windows 7 compatibility modeChanged graphics resolution and refresh rateReverted video driver versionCompletely reinstall video driversHowever, after trying each solution, the issue reappeared after a day or two. I'm feeling completely baffled by this and I'm out of ideas. Are there any alternative solutions to this?

Adobe Reader installed on one of the computers does not verify electronic signatures. On another computer, the same program verifies the signature and confirms its correctness. I did an update of the program, certificates and it still does not work. What else can I do?
When I copy/paste from a webpage or Word everything is fine.When I copy/paste from a PDF nothing happens. The clipboard is empty.I've tried to copy from various PDFs. We are running into an issue with our users in our Azure Virtual Desktop Environment, We have Creative Clould Installed for all users. The issue we are having is related to Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Distiller, other users on the same host will suddenly have 15 to 20 popup warnings from Adobe Distiller "Another instance of Distiller is busy starting up. This Instance cannot continue." requireing them to close the notifications, this normaly also causes the active program for the user to hang. We have reinstalled and updated all Adobe Apps, and moved windows up to the latest version. We see the issue across all our hosts. We have been unable to recreate the issue on demand. Event Viewer only show the Post crash "AppHangB1" Event. Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) 23.003.20269Adobe Creative Cloud 5.11.0.522.1Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops 22H2 19045.3208 Thnaks

Hello, I'm system administrator who administrates about 1200 devices.I'm deploying updates through SCCM via Adobe Catalog. the problem is when i'm deploying updates, they're silent and everything is okay,but my success is about 60% from 100%, in SCCM Deployment status these 40% is stuck with an error:0x8024002d - A full-file update could not be installed because it required the source - about 200 devices0x800b0109 - A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider - about 100 devicesSo the interesting thing is that, when the update version was 22.003.20322 the update was successfull about 95% percent from all devices and non of these errors appears. Thanks a lot!
Since installing Windows 10 this month when I try to launch Adobe Acrobat Reader the only response I get is a pop up, “An internal error occurred ”. I uninstalled then re-installed. Same problem. I tried the Adobe cleaner, acrobat_ittools_cleaner_p2_061713.exe, followed by re-installing the program. Same problem. I can not find any current solutions to this problem posted on the web. Can you help me? Thanks much, PS Chrome no longer works either. Tried to uninstall Chrome but no luck. My PC says it is 'running'.
After the recent update, Adobe Acrobat Reader doesn't seems to be able to read my Japanese character input. All the past documents are readable but only the recent one, all character was in boxes with cross in it. Input not an issue and still readable until you saved and reopen the same file.
Acrobat Reader was working fine on my previous printer but with my new HP 500 with automatic duplexing Acrobat prints something garbled that looks like a twice reversed poor image of my original document.The same document prints fine in Word, also when I copy the PDF document back into the Word document.On another PC everything works fine. So it not the printer, not Word on my PC but Acrobat on my PC.I reinstalled the printer, reinstalled Acrobat, rebooted etc but nothing seems to fix this problem.Are there any options I have not explored?My PC is a Sony Vaio VGN-CS21S running Windows 10 and the printer is HP laserjet 500 pro color mfp m570dw

WIndows 11, latest version of Adobe Reader DC downloaded and installed. PDF file is downloaded on my desktop. I have "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and "Enable Enhanced Security" unchecked. I open Reader, then go "File" "Open" and select the file. Still getting this error message.
