I am wishing to try Adobe Acrobat Reader Premium monthly subscription but when I select monthly plan of INR 850 there is no mention of the phrase "with free trial" and when I select yearly plan, there is mention of "with free trial". Moreover, I set up Autopay successfully on Google Play Store even after this my subscription with free trial has not activated. Therefore, I cancelled the Autopay. I found no active subscription in my purchase history in Adobe. Kindly investigate and find whether any subscription is active on my Adobe Account and whether I am eligible for the 7 days free trail of Adobe Premium.

Problem: Acrobat or Acrobat Reader crashes or displays the error "This PDF cannot be viewed in Acrobat or Reader, and the application will now exit." Acrobat or Acrobat Reader crashes on macOS or displays the above error dialog when you perform any of the tasks below in a PDF file: Play MP4 content Render a 3D model Add a .U3D file Scroll a PDF created by InDesign Reason When the virtual memory limit of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader crosses the internal threshold, Acrobat displays the error and exits. Solution: Create a FeatureState.plist file with a lock-down setting to increase the threshold limit Quit Acrobat or Acrobat Reader application if it's already running. Navigate to the folder /Library/Application Support/Adobe/(product name)/(version)/Preferences. For example, the path for Acrobat is /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/DC/Preferences. Do the following: a.) Download the com.adobe.acrobat.featurestate.plist.

I think many users in the forum have discussed this topic. It can be traced back to four or five years ago. In 2022, when I used the new version of Pro DC, I found that the mouse scrolling speed was still slow, like a turtle crawling.Adobe is a big company, are you truly unable to solve this issue? I see all the official responses that state "We can't reproduce it, and think it's because a certain PDF file".I'll tell you this, Adobe Team, this is not the reason for the PDF file at all, it's because Adobe's own software incomplete functions, so how can this problem not be reproduced? I'm at a loss for words. Here are a few less than ideal alternatives:1) View > Page Display > Single Page Continuous. This method requires you to reset it like this every time you click into the PDF file. No default setting!!2) Click on the Windows system settings to change the mouse wheel speed. But in doing so, Adobe's scrolling becomes faster, but other applications will also become faster and not

I'm trying to annotate a PDF file in Adobe Reader XI.When I add a comment, sticky note, insertion or replacement text, the comment box appears but I'm not able to input any text when I type. This is making it impossible to add clarifications and amendments to proofs ahead of publication.I remember being able to do this previously but don't know if it is a problem with the the current version of Reader.I'm running Adobe Reader 11.0.10 on Mac OS X 10.10.2 (Yosemite). I've tried deleting Adobe Reader and reinstalling, but without success. I have tried a number of different PDFs and have the same problem with each one.
Hi All, I need a direct download link for Acrobat Reader 64 bit for Windows-11 that cURL can find. No filling out forms, etc. -- cURL can not fill out forms. Just the page where the latest is located for download. If the page has a list of all the verions, I can figure it out. This use to have it, but it is no longer maintained:ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC Many thanks,-T
Hello!I have been using digital signature to sign PDF documents. But since I updated the new Adobe, signing on my MacBook takes a lot of time for signature validation (and it freezes the whole computer). (Especially while contacting the provider's OCSP). This is also happening to many people with MAC PCs.We contacted the service provider, and they said that no issue on their end, and I also checked with the WINDOWS PC, all is working well!! Please help us to check the issues with digitally signing on the MAC OS with the new Acrobat Reader version. Thank you.
When I use fill and sign and I try to click on my document to enter the text box, it often changes to the cursor. I have to move the cursor around a lot until it finds a place that it will let me enter the text box, and then drag the text box to where I want it. A friend of mine told me she is having the same problem. This only happens on my PC. I have no problems on my macbook.
I created a contract for a client. The client wants to fill out their internal office info and lock it, then send the pdf to their customer to fill out fields without the ability to editing the internal office fields. I cannot find out how to do this.
Hi, Please could someone help with this. I have to open multiple pdfs at once (often 4) and my Acrobat keeps crashing. I am running Windows 11 Pro. The program suddenly freezes, and often just before this black squares appear on the screen.I have tried various fixes - checked for updates - none avail. - ran 'repair installation' - (this seems to bomb out after a few seconds) - turned Protected View/ mode off Nothing helps. I am going crazy having to constantly restart and need to get my work done. Please help!Jenny
I'm using the latest version of Acrobat Reader (23.003.20244) and a document in one tab prints in reverse while another in a different tab prints as expected with no change to printer settings. It may be coincidence, but the documents that case trouble are PDF's from HelloFax, now part of Dropbox, so I'm suspecting there is some attribute of the document that causes the problem.
[Question moved to the Acrobat Reader section by Moderator] Ich versuche, den Acrobat Reader zu installieren, aber es heißt jedes Mal, dass die Installation fehlgeschlagen ist, weil bereits eine neuere Version installiert ist. Dem ist aber nicht so. Ich hab keine Idee, woran das liegen könnte. Das ist ein neuer, leistungsfähiger, fast unbenutzter Laptop.
I am able to select layers as usual in Adobe Reader, but when I print those pages all the layers pring, not just the ones I selected. Is there a way to go back to the previous version in a Windows 11 machine?
I have tried numeous searches to find this, and have been unable to locate an answer. If I want to create a form that has (for example) mail labels...how can I do that?NameAddressCity, State zipName AddressCity, State zip...At the end of the page, I want user to be able to add another page to add even more names and addresses.I know I can name themName1Address1City1, State1 zip1Name2Address2City2, State2 zip2...Even doing that...how do I allow user to add a duplicate of that page to start a new list? This is a blamk form that I would provide for public use (not internal) that is dowloaded from a web site or sent via email.
Not sure if this is a wide spread problem, but as part of our business, we print PDF files with layers. Sometimes all layers are printed, and sometimes only certain layers are printed. We always select "Save ink/toner" when printing to try to minimize the amount of toner used per print job which has always worked well. However, in release 2023.003.20269 (64-bit) of Acrobat Reader (Canada), when ever we select the "Save ink/toner" check box, it print all layers regardless of how many layers are visible. We have tested this on muliple printers (plotters, laser, and inkjet printers) and multiple operating systems (Windows 10 and 11) and the behaviour is the same in all cases. Hopefully this can be addressed in a future release but wanted to bring it to someones attention! Thanks! FYI...we used the following link to download the app:Adobe Acrobat Reader (Canada)
Hello,Up until we upgraded to the latest Adobe Reader DC, I was able to sign documents with a certificate. Since the update, no matter what I have tried the "Sign" button remains greyed out and can no longer be used.I have tried uninstalling, deleting all Adobe program and AppData folders, re-installing, deleting certificates and signatures, and recreating a new certificate. It sill will not allow me to sign - I have verified I am using the correct password for the certificate that was created. I have tried it with and without the "Lock document after signing" options. I have tried the Review option, but it says there are no issues.
Hi there, I just have a few questions when it comes to the pre-flight tool of Adobe Acrobat. If anyone can answer them It would be appreciated. 1.Is pre-flight installed or in cloud?2.Is pre-flight able to work on files installed on our server / SharePoint, rather than on our desktop?3.If multiple members of the team have a subscription, are we able to share a library of checks?4. Can it e integrated within an application to check documents when they are generated, or is it for manually running checks?
I created an ebook with both internal and external links. The internal links continue to work fine but the external links are my problem. They work fine on my work computer and my phone but don't work on my personal computer or my mom's computer. All computers are windows. When I have it open on my work computer it's through Adobe Acrobat DC and that seems to work. I'm not sure what it opened with on my phone, just whatever pre-installed software it came with, but the links worked. But on my personal computer I used Adobe Reader and the links don't work. I cannot figure out why they don't work on my personal computer. This will be an item I distribute and need to make sure the links work on all platforms. I've tried all the things I could find from a google search and nothing has worked. Any ideas on how to fix it? I'm tearing my hair out.
It's been a while working with Adobe. I had a stroke.I don't know if I need Reader or Acrobat.Sometimes I have to download a PDF file/document and check boxes and fill in spaces with information, and sign.Is there a free version that will let me do those tasks? I don't do this daily , but its time consuming to download, print, write on the form and scan and email. It's there's any advice or suggestions to help me without spending a whole lot of money, I would greatly appreciate the help.Thank you in advance
I'm investigating making more accessible PDFs. However, I don't seem to have a Tags option or panel in my Adobe Acrobat DC. As described on the Adobe website, it's meant to be enabled at View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Tags:https://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat/pdf-repair-add-tags.htmlI have Bookmarks, Attachments, etc, but don't have Tags (see screenshot below). Have tried repairing the install. I can't find any similar issue online so not sure what I can do? Any ideas?
