I just help set up a new Windows 10 Pro machine (with all the latest updates from Microsoft) and when we tried to install the copy of Acrobat that had been working for the past eight years, Adobe told us it was counterfiet. So we uninstalled Acrobat and installed the latest Acrobat Reader. When we try to print a document from Acrobt Reader, Windows reports that "the program has stopped responding" before we see any hint of the print dialog that should appear. We found some suggestions that might fix the issue using Edit|Preferences, and that dialog comes up with all of its text in what appears to be a strange bold, italic, underlined font that is barely readable (sadly, it turned out the suggestions were obsolete.)So, I uninstalled Acrobat Reader, rebooted the computer, and installed a copy of reader that I had downloaded back on 8/2/2021 with the file name "AcroRdrDC2100520058_en_US.exe" and it, too, crashes when I try to open the print dialog. However, this version a

I'm not sure what happened, but over the past 3 weeks I keep getting screwed with this "upgrade." I have old hardware that can't detect 64-bit programs. On the reader download page I have to click on some small text just to get to the 32-bit option. What's the point of making my jump through this hoop if Adobe doesn't want me to use a 32-bit reader? That's all I need. A simply PDF reader. Again, this wasn't a problem 3 weeks ago, but now for some reason EVERY time open the 32-bit reader, I'm actually opening a 64-bit Acrobat. I then I have to uninstall, go back to the tiny text on the download page and install a fresh version of 32-bit reader just so I can do my job. It's to the point that I'm losing several hours of work a day just to get my hardware to function because I'm constantly downloading and installing the version I WANT AND NEED. I followed the regedit on a different thread, but that doesn't do anything. I still have to uninstall and re-download the version I need.
Toolbar images are pixeled.
I've had to convert a document with 4+ pages from a PDF to and excel file, after the conversion the tables seemed to be misalined and many pie charts were not labled.
Hi, my Adobe Acrobate Reader DC just updated one hour ago (version 2022.001.20142) and I found some really strange and annoying bug.In the previous version, when I was writing a comment in the comment box, after finishing I used to press ESC key to close the comment box. The text was still there in the comment box. But in the new update, after writing and pressing ESC to close the comment box, the box closes, but the text is complete deleted. And now there is an empty comment box . So now, after writing a comment and pressing ESC it deletes the complete text. Before pressing ESC key: After pressing ESC key: Any idea what can be happening? Thank you!
My issue is similar to a post by another user: Case of the disappearing Acrobat X Pro Toolbars with the following differences:1. I do not have Kapersky or any other anti-virus software on my PC. 2. I have tried right clicking on the application and tried all compatibility modes without success.PC Details: Win7 HP-DV7000 with Intel HD Graphics and NVIDIA card (dual monitor setup) Adobe Acrobat IX StandardI do not load software regularly on my machine, and do not use Acrobat frequently enough to know when the issue first occurred, other then within the past few months. Here is a screenshot of the missing Windows Title BarHere is a screenshot of a jumbled Acrobat toolbar:F9 does restore/toggle the menu bar, but moving the cursor around/near the menu bar causes the Windows title and Acrobat menu bar to disappear.

Hello, We have at least 3 users that are affected by the issue in the Subject line. All machines are running Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit with version 19.021.20047 of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I've also attached a screenshot of the error message users are receiving. It should be noted that this issue only began occurring after our environment was updated to this version of Reader DC; previous versions did not cause this issue. Is this a new issue in this build? Please advise. Thanks.
Is there anyway to install Adobe Reader DC x64 to a user defind directory other than Program Files, Program Files (x86), and / or Program Data?

Good day, We’re running Adobe Acrobat Reader (64x-bit) Version 2022.003.20314. On Windows 11 64x PC, with all the latest updates installed. When opening a PDF, it opens fine, and then for no apparent reason the top bar disappears (The part showing the file’s name, and below it with the menu bar showing File, Edit, View, Sign, Window and Help). The Home/Tools menu remains there. This is happening on 10x PC's, all of them have two screens (which I suspect is part of the issue). I've tried the solutions on this answer with no luck:https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/top-of-window-disapeared-can-t-minimize-dual-monitors-no-longer-work/m-p/8267303#M38032 How do I go about resolving this?
