I, and my co-workers, possibly since the latest update, have been unable to view certain PDF pages properly, in that only the comments on the page will show, and none of the original PDF.We have found that, if we open said PDF in a browser, it displays properly. Then, rather curiously, if we save that PDF from the browser, that version will then display correctly when opened in Acrobat Reader.I have tried various settings, though not exhaustively, but none of them will open that first annotated PDF and display it properly. I have attached an image of what we see, and one of what we should see.Hopefully someone can help with this.TIA
Hey good afternoon, The fillable text portion creates text that is too large and it makes it unable to properly read what is written. Whenever I go to change the text through the edit menu it only changes the text around it and warps the text even worse. I am just trying to change the text size of the fillable portions and I am having a complete headache doing so. This is extremely frustrating and my computer has already heard a few curses underneath my breath. I cannot for the life of me understand how something so simple must be so complicated. Thank you ahead of time to anyone who can help.
Hi, I've been trying to upload and attach image as signature in PDF for the past few hours but after selecting the files, the file doesn't get attached. Can anyone advice? Thanks in advance.
Hello, For the past few weeks, I have suddenly encountered problems printing PDF's that use Adobe reader.I continually get a pop up box saying 'Printer proxy quit unexpectedly'. I have tried deleting Adobe and reinstalling it several times to no avail. I have checked that Java is enabled and that the 'block cross-site tracking' in security is NOT turned on. I'm not sure why I am encountering this problem now when I have used it without trouble in the past. Could it have something to do with one of the updates I have installed on my MAC recently? Can anyone reccomend other possible solutions?

Merci.
Hello,I always downloaded binaries of Acrobat Reader DC via Adobe public ftp server. But I cannot see the most recent version there nor the 64bit version.I would like to deploy Acrobat Reader DC in x64 via SCCM.Where can I download the binaries?BRDaniel
Hi, sorry, I've seen all kinds of questions concerning this, but am not quite satified with the solutions. The problem:We have different programs in the disk space management field. Often these need to be started elevated. When a pdf file is opened via double-click or context menu Open command, this causes Acrobat to only start 2 AcroRd processes in the background, no GUI, no error. As a further complication, Acrobat Reader cannot be started normally, as long as these processes are running.Common solutions I'm aware of are: (1) don't start program as admin or (2) Turn off Acrobat's protected mode. But actually both solutions are not desirable. The programs rely on being started with administrative rights. And telling customers to turn off the protected mode is not a solution either. What we find most irritating is that opening Acrobat from an elevated process works for some programs, but not for others. If you e.g. run a standard file open dialog from within an elevated process
Hello,I work in a large organization, since updates of the new version began on 21.011.20039 on every computer that has an update of Acrobat reader installed, the default program for opening PDF files has changed.Has anyone else experienced this?
We received an pdf file from an government authority and the pdf shows garbage characters in Acrobat Reader DC for some of the text (see screenshot). The pdf file should be OK because it is displayed correctly e.g. with Chrome or Edge on the same computer. The same pdf file is also displayed correctly on another computer with Acrobat Reader DC (same version 2021.011.20039). Therefore it seems to be an issue with the installation on that specific computer. We already tried to uninstall Acrobat Reader, delete the C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat directory and reinstall Acrobat Reader but without any noticable change. We also tried to delete the Windows font cache file C:\Windows\system32\FNTCACHE.DAT. Strangly one reader displays a different actual font for the exact same pdf file (Arial instead of ArialMT)Any help would be very much appreaciated.
My acrobat standard was somehow replaced with the dc reader when I opened a pdf which has less functionality (no merging or extracting pages). I tried to reinstall acrobat standard but a pop up says the reader DC has more functionality and won't install. When I try to merge documents or edits I get a pop up that wants me to buy a subscription. I just want acrobat standard that I previously paid for. HELP!
Hi there,I am trying to open secured files (from Intralinks). Normally, the pop-up log-in window will appear while I try to open the file and the area of ID and password will be displayed for keying in. However, my reader is only in blank as in the image below. Could you please help find the way to fix it so that I can open the secured file? Many thanks.
A fillable form displays in Acrobat reader with all fillable fields displaced upwards loks like an overlay on the actual form.
I have a button overlaying my Microsoft office that says "Open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat" with an "X" for closing the window. However now matter how many clicks, this box will not go away. How do I turn this insanely frustrating thing off since it is in the middle of my email and literally blocking part of what I am trying to write or read.

I purchased the premium version and could not do some of the things I wanted to. So I cancelled my subscription. I paid $104 for a year. So I had it for a few days and now I don't have premium anymore but am out of pocket. Do I get a refund? Or at least get to keep the Premium service for the year?
