Acrobat Reader

Hello All, I have a problem with my Adobe Reader. I use Windows 7 and suddenly the newest version had a problem with the send email button. Everything is configurated in a right way, but sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. I’ve downgraded to the last supported version for Windows 7 (2019.008.20071) and I still can’t use the send email function. I get the 'An error occurred while sending mail.'. I tried putting my email as Outlook, Webmail, changing the Outlook configuration, updating policies, using administrator’s tools, everything that I’ve found support site and nothing worked for me. May it be the problem with Windows 7? Best regards,

Whenever I try to print from the Adobe reader extension in Chrome to OneNote, it basically crops the edges of the page.  If indiwnload the pdf and print to OneNote, I have no issues. Any idea how to fix it?

I was using the app and made several comments before it froze and was not responding. I decided to un download the app and re download it when I redowloaded it all my highlights and comments for two PDFs where lost. Is there a way to recover this?

Hello, when I paste from Reader into Citrix viewer, the text pasted doesn't match with the original. It appears strange characters. Any idea how to solve? Ps.: If I paste to "Pages/Mac"and then copy/paste to Citrix viewer, it works.

I lost all my highlights and notes in a large document after windows updates and I have an exam, please help!!!I have Adobe reader acrobat and I couldn't find the temporary files.

Trying to distribute Reader but have been unable to find the msi file. Applied for the distribution but the email only gave me and exe. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I saw this reported last year (2020). This is September 2021 and I'm still having this problem. The issue appears to be the file path. If one drags the document to the destop (shoter file path lenght) it opens. PLEASE ADOBE .. this is bad, bad, bad. I just tried update, it said I'm running the latest and greatest.

I have a client who just reached out and stated the fill and sign form will not load. If she has a pdf that she needs to send to someone to have them fill out and sign, when she goes to click on the right hand side "Fill & Sign" and then you click "Others, request signatures" the only thing that loads is the top progress bar, no other content. I've uninstalled, restarted PC, reinstalled same thing. Tried running in compatability mode, adminstrator, disabled protected mode at startup, to no avail. Any other suggestions?

I bought this chrome book for loan signing appointments. I need a program to separate papers that need to be printed on legal and in letter paper. I can download the Adobe reader app from the play store, but it won't let me print any documents from it, let alone allow me to print using the information based on the pdf that tells the printer to print in legal / letter. Is it because a chrome book just won't work?

I have been having a chromebook for several months being able to print from Adobe just fine until this week. I can't find any help anywhere on Adobe, Google, YouTube about this issue specifically for a chromebook. I only have the free version seems that's the only app that is compatabile with a Chromebook. Please help!!!!! 

Hi there. I have version 2021.007.20095 of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (32-bit) in Spanish language and what I want is to click with the right button and be able to consult the meaning of the word in a dictionary. From Adobe they tell me that this can be done, with the 'look up' option, but that option does not appear in the drop-down menu that appears when I right-click. Can anybody help me? Recently, on multiple Mac, with macOS 10.15.7 Catalina:in Adobe Reader DC Pro 2021, once a digital signature is signed, the  blue Sign icon is unresponsive.The following changes has been made to no avail. Adobe reader won’t even manually update list of trusted certificates. I hace reinstalled it, disabled firewall, nothing helped. Is there any system or registry settings that prevents update? 

When I try to add new people to a shared document I get an error message: "People could not be invited. Please add after some time."When will I be able to add more people to the document?

It is honestly unimaginable to me that a CLOUD-BASED SERVICE, when crashed, does not by default save notes. I lost DAYS OF WORK. This product is not free. Therefore it should provide better data protection services or just stop offering pdf edits. Incredibly infuriating and just unbelievable. Shame. 

We have Adobe Reader DC - v21.007.2009x installed on all our Windows 2016 Citrix servers. Since the latest Reader release, we have experienced blank pages being sent to printers. The .pdf documents open and display correctly within the Adobe Reader window. However, after selecting File>Print and choosing the desired printer, the rendering of the print preview is a blank page and this is how it prints as well. This occurs regardless of the type of printer and user. Reverting to that last used version of Adobe Reader DC corrects the issue, but only temporarily, as the auto update feature automatically installs the latest version of the program.

Help PLEASE!!!!  Using a MAC I have been working on an assignment with acrobat reader and iv gone to save it. It has come up saying it cant be saved and when i clicked out of it all my questions were gone, but my answeres still remained. i closed it and opened it and it had totally removed all my progress. Like half my assignment was gone.  Before i realised this i had added my name to the assingment as i was about to submit it and saved the document.  I scrolled down and realised that over half my answers were missing and i had just saved it as that!!!  Is there and way to retrive previously saved versions?? I tried in my recent files and clicked on the one most likley to be the full version but it comes up saying the file is no longer avaliable!!! P.S I absolutely HATE using this. Totally not user friendly and iv had nothing but issues for over a year from the beginning of my course.. If anyone can suggest how i can save it

Downloaded Adobe Acrobat to new computer with Windows 11.  It's saved as an adobe acrobat document.  I get the error message the document enabled extended features.  It has been changed since it was created and the use of extended features is no longer available.  Contact the author.  What do I do?  I am the only person receiving this file who has this error.  When I open the file in Adobe Acrobat it does have (64-bit) up at the top.  Please help!

I have marked my Word document as Final before saving.  But when I convert the document to a pdf the comments and corrections in Track Changes still show up in the new pdf version.
