Acrobat Reader

Hi guys,Please give me a solution to fix the error below.I get the following error for some (not all) pdf files:Above is the PDF in adobe acrobat reader, the top section text is all comments. Below is viewing it on the website. The comments are hidden and I cannot enable them as buttons are greyed out. I see that the javascript returns below errors.

I've tried every which way to convert a Word document containing links to TOC fields into a PDF where the links still work. It stopped working a few Office updates ago. I have not changed any settings, which are all correct. I've tried free download convert-to-pdf programs all to no avail. Libre converts the links fine but it messes up the formatting so I can't use that. Please help. It doesn't work with any Adobe product that I try (free or otherwise).

Hi I have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC (2021.007.20099) on macos big sur 11.6.It is a macbook 15.1 (2018, Radeon Pro 560X). The rendering of a 3d annotation is incorrect. The viewport has half the size it should have.The same version of Adobe Reader DC on the same machine works fine on macos mojave 10.14. I think the problem may come from how retina displays are handled by the Reader on 11.6. I put here two images  to show you the expected result and the issue.

Why is my free version of Adobe Reader using 407mb of space on my hard drive?  Is that normal?  Other apps use a lot less.

I need to uninstall Acrobat Reader DC and when I click on the uninstall button the icon comes up with "preparing to remove" but just stays there for up to 15 minutes and then goes off.

Y can´t install Adobe Standard 9 because I have an Acrobat Reader DC version in the same computer and I need both running.What can I do  in this case?Thank you.

Hi,We're recieving the error "adobe reader cannot open in protected mode due to an incompatibility with your system configuration. Would you like to proceed?" this is then backed up by two radio buttons.This is installed on WS2016 machine with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (21.007.20095) (there are no further updates to apply) We would like Protected mode to remain in place and don't wish to disable just to sort the issue. 

I helped a user to restore whole OS from time machine to another Macbook_Pro-B which is 512G HDD. (old one is 256G HDD and didn't has enough disk space) Macbook_Pro-B: After restored successfully, installed Office 2019 Mac. Imported Outlook 2011 to Outlook 2019 and uninstall Office 2011 using uninstall tool lastly. Issue:On Macbook_Pro-B, opening a specific vendor's pdf will display 'dot dot' text  and popup error as below.Acrobat reader - cannot find or create the font 'Arial'. Some characters may not display or print directlyActual font: unknownTried: 1. Preferences - Page Display - UNCHECK "Use local fonts"2. Edit/Preferences/Internet Uncheck "Display in Read Mode by Default3. Unstall and Reinstall Acrobat Reader macResult: Not solve. When turn on his old macbook pro, can open this pdf normally and find Actual font: Arial Please advise if there is any solution. Thanks.

Hallo zusammen ich brauche eure Hilfe. Ich habe seid einiger Zeit ein Chrome Book und kann seid der Zeit Noten die in DIN A 5 sind nicht mehr in DIN A 4 drucken. Früher konnte ich PDF Dateien über Adobe Reader DC Speichern dann ging ein Fenster auf wo ich über Bearbeiten und dann einen Schnappschuss anklicken konnte. So das ich die Noten in DIN A 5 markieren konnte und wenn ich dann gedruckt habe wurde es in DIN A4 gedruckt. Leider finde ich die Funktion (Schnappschuss) jetzt nicht mehr.Kann mir einer sagen wie ich meine Noten jetzt groß gedruckt bekomme.Vielen Dank schon mal im voraus 

When trying to print a document I'm receiving this error above when printing the entire document. When partially printing the document no error occurs. When attempting to print the entire .pdf it just prints a white page with the above error listed on it. I'm the only one who gets this error and I had one of my coworkers print it without any issues.  I also tried restarting the printer/computer and I'm still having the issue. 

I have received an email that contains links to 2 pdf's.  If I click on a link, the pdf opens in the browser with no problem.  But there is initially no search icon showing.  If I get into advanced search the find does not find the word(s) I am searching for even though I can see them in the pdf.If I save the pdf to my HD and open it with Acrobad Reader DC, it opens fine, but again - search cannot find words that I can plainly see in the pdf.  No doubt this is a rookie problem, but what's the solution of having "find" or "search" begin to work?  On W10 desktop PC

Hi - title says it all really.  I can't get a measure tool with the Chromium Extension.  I could with the IE AddIn.This forms part of a business sytem and we really need to move away from IE in the next few months. Any ideas anyone?

I have attaches a screen shot of the properties box for my HP printer when trying to print a document in Adobe acrobat reader. As you can see all the boxes are blank and I have no choice in the drop down boxes ans please note the writng that you can see is in a strange language/characters,these change every time I open the proberties box. Can anyone help?. Thank you.

The 32bit version of Reader DC.  software is automatically upgrading itself to the 64bit version on Severs 2016, how can we prevent this ?

As part of setting up a new laptop (Windows 10 Pro 64 bit) I installed Acrobat Reader DC 2021.007.20091 from https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/. The next day I checked updates for this and was told that one was available, so I installed it. Later I noticed that I had links to both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions in Public Desktop and in my Start Programs list. I am happy enough to continue to use the 64 bit version but would like to remove the 32 bit one. However, the list of programs in Control Panel lists only the 64 bit version. So if it's possible to just uninstall the 32 bit version then could someone tell me the name and location of the uninstaller. If it's easier I don't mind removing all trace of Adobe Reader DC and starting again, but ensuring that I only have the 64 bit version to start with and so don't end up with both again.

Acrobat DC has recently automatically updated itself from 32bit to 64bit, now when we open DC on the Terminal Server we get the error Adobe AcroCEF has stopped working and the following error in the eventlog. Fehler taucht auf beim Abspeichern von PDF-Dateien. Fenster öffnet sich, komplett grau oder Fehlermeldung (siehe Screenshots), keine Reaktionen mehr... Adobe wurde bereits via Systemsteuerung repariert / neu installiert --> geht weiterhin nichtNeustart PC --> geht weiterhin nicht - Betriebssystem: Windows 10 

For the last two days, the Save As function has not worked.  The smaller window opens, but it remains blank:  no selection of recent directories and no action buttons.

Running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2021.007.2099). On certain PDF's it just comes up flattening and nothing prints out. Is there a way to fix there or have the default setting on print as image?

For some days, when we try to sign some documents, with a digital signature, we get a black page, with no options available, only black.I try to downgrade to previous version and same problem.I install an old version 1902120049 in order to sign. Can you proivde some help on this matter ? Thanks

Uso Acrobat Reader DC para corregir exámenes de alumnos/as. Corrijo desde el propio PDF , guardo cambios y envío. Pues, desde hace 3 días, a veces el icono de "guardar" o "guardar como" no funciona. Es un gran problema porque no me deja guardar el trabajo de corrección con horas de anotar comentarios a un alumno. Me pueden ayudar??? Adjunto foto del problema
