Hello, We have a PDF Fillable Form we use internally in our office. We complete the necessary fields and then print onto specific paper that has the corresponding blank fields (along with other text). When I used to use this fillable form on our Windows PC it would print with no issues, however, now I am using a new Mac Mini and when I print, the fillable fields no longer print in the correct spot on our template. I am using the most current version of Adobe Reader, I have also updated my iOS to the most current, and installed all the correct drivers for the printer (and done all troubleshooting with the printer manufactuer to rule out a printer issue). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this is something I use pretty much on a daily basis. If any further info or clarification would help, please let me know! Thanks
When a consultant configured a Windows GPO for Acrobat Reader DC 2017 in our enterprise, an Adobe ADMX file was used (Acrobat2017.admx). Its 2021, all the Adobe Reader DC installations have auto-updated to 2021.005.20060, and we are updating all the Active Directory ADMX files to the latest versions, except I can't find a newer ADMX file than this for Reader DC. In fact, I cannot find any Adobe ADMX files for any of it's products newer than 2015. Even more bizarrely, Adobe's sites don't even reference ADMX files for configuring their products with GPO's. What am I missing? Where did the ADMX file go? Thanks,Paul.
I have set Acrobat Professional as my default application for .pdf files, however it doesn't stick; unless I right click and choose the "open with" option, Acrobat DC takes over even with Acrobat Professional set as the default application. I have no uses for DC as I have purchased Acrobat Professional, which is more useful and familiar to me in terms of manipulating .pdf files. I would simply uninstall it, as I have before because of this but lately I have found sites are requesting I install it as former acrobat plug-ins are deprecating, so not having DC is posing a problem as well. I know Adobe is proud of their new program, but DC is acting like a religious cult or an anxious teenager, I can't decide which one, either way the point is it's annoying; I don't want it.
My PDF's keep changing zoom when I use a bookmark. I've used Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Default Layout and Zoom function to get it to open at the right Zoom, but I can't figure out how to keep from changing on its own. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi! My reader was fine before but some of the fonts sudden changed for all the pdf's that I have. I have attached two pictures showing the font properties from two different documents. I believe that it is the problem with ArialMT or Arial in general? I am not sure? Would you be able to help? What should I do next?
I have read a lot of activity about MS Edge "hijacking" the setting as to which app opens PDF files. I do NOT have that problem. Adobe Reader DC is set as my default app to open PDF files, and that works well. However, there are times when I am on a website that has a links to either VIEW the document or SAVE the document. If I view the document, it opens in MS Edge and is next to impossible to read because it is so small. If I save the document, I then can click OPEN, and it opens in Adobe, but now I have to find the file it downloaded onto my computer and erase it (a pain). Is there any way to set this up so when I click VIEW, it opens directly into Adobe? I did not have this problem using MS IE or Firefox. I saw a suggestion about some kind of setting in Adobe to prevent a document from opening in a web browser, but I could not find it in my version of Adobe Reader DC.Please help. Thank you.
Can't get number in upper right corner of icon to disappear after I cleared all my notifications?!?
Every time I try to use Ctrl F to search a pdf, the program completely shuts down without warning or an error message. If I try to click the search option in the toolbar, the search box comes up but then the program still crashes when you try to type. I have googled this issue and tried all the troubleshooting steps I could find. I went to Edit -> Preferences and made sure "Use single-key accelerators to access tools" under General was checked. I made sure "Enable Fast Find" in Search was unchecked. I cleared the Cash Contents under Search. I made sure the program was up to date. I tried going to Help -> Repair Intallation. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program. This is happenening to all PDF documents I try to open. It is also happening with all shortcut commands. No other program on my computer has this issue. It is a new computer running on Windows 10. The old comp

All of my pdf documents are set to open in Fullscreen, but Reader still asks if I want to allow the document to open full screen mode automatically. This did not happen prior to the 2021.005.20058 release. What do I need to change in the preferences to keep this from happening? Thanks.
Drop-down Menu keeps hiding and when I click on a open tab it open is its own window.
We have recently upgraded to Acrobat Reader 21.005.20060 in our environment. And we started seeing the error "Update Required: Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system." when we try to sign in. We are currently on IE 11 and Windows 10 version 1909. We have tried to apply the registries as suggested in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html?internal_browser=true#fix-error with no success. Also I wanted to try the steps suggested in https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/update-your-os-or-browser-while-signing-into-acrobat-error/m-p/12210317 but I dont see the OOBE folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe to copy the AASIapp.exe. This has affected many users in the environment. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Reader updated to 2021.005.20058 and now files that normally would open to fullscreen are not, even though open fullscreen is selcted in the file preferences. When the document opens, I get the notcie saying acrobat is trying to open it in full screen. Checking on the "Remember my choice for this document" does nothing. The next time I open the document it is not full screen. What's going on and how do I get this to work again?

I work with heavy PDF documents. There is often a problem with the need to wait for the document (sheet) to be fully loaded for further navigation. This is very annoying, because I often know in advance which area of the document I need to move to and how to scale, but the program does not allow me to do this until the render is completed. Is there a setting that allows you to restart the page render every time the user has taken any actions to navigate the page (moving, zooming) ? After all, this is how adobe reader works on android platforms.
Hi, I know this has been posted many times, but I have read and tried a few of the things and it is still not working. All I need to do is sign the form, and it just has the message, " the author of this form has specified the fields which you can fill. Click on any field to start filling" What can I do?
Tenho um certificado digital, emitido pela Certisign (remoteID - Armazenado em Nuvem). Alguem já conseguiu utilizar este certificado no Adobe Reader? Como posso fazer para conseguir assinar com este certificado digital?
I have a user using a Windows 10 PC opening a PDF using the program they are noticing some pages are missing things like text and colour. The fonts are loading correctly as they will appear in other places of the PDF. I have attempted a reinstall of the program and also tried to repair it with no luck. The PDFs themselves are not corrupt as we can open them fine in Google Chrome and when I open them from my own copy of Acrobat Reader I can read it fine. The attached PDF shows up blank for them.
