Acrobat Reader

Hi guys, I am implementing the mechanism of digital signing to the company. On my machine our root CA certificate is added to the trusted root certificates and hence all the certificates are trusted. The certificates are deemed valid only when I open Reader with my credentials. If I open Reader as another user still via my profile and open the same file the CRL list cannot be opened and hence the certificates cannot be deemed as valid. Prior to 2021, most of the update files (.msp)  were located on the Adobe FTP site and available for download.  Where can I find the latest .msp update files for Acrobat Reader DC?  I've applied for a distribution license which is pointless because the download link is the same as a standard user.

I need the following information: 1. How can I unlock A "Read Only Locked" document?2. How may I know when it was edited?3. Which application was used?4. When exactly?5. By who? 

I have a new laptop that I've loaded Acrobat Reader to and when I open any PDF, all of the content gets pixelated when I click on any part of the page with my mouse. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Reader multiple times and can't fix this isse. I'm trying to attach a picture here.Any suggestions? 

Whenever I open a PDF in Acrobat Reader DC, they diplay like the image attached at the bottom.I can make the artifacts disappear for a few seconds sometimes by hitting CTRL+A and selecting the whole document, or clicking on an element in the displayed PDF. I contacted support and they had me uninstall and reinstall the application, but that did not resolve the issue. The cleaner they asked me to run did not even seem to recognize that I had the application installed on my machine. Please help! 

Buenas, lo que ocurre a mi es cuando quiero firmar un documento, me sale este mensaje y no deja firmar:   No se ha creado ninguna firma. Para firmar el documento, mantener pulsado el boton del raton y arrastre el area del documento donde desea que aparezca la firma.   ya he probado varias soluciones como añadir otra nueva firma, conectar otro raton y reinstalar por completo Adobe Reader pero sigo sin poder firmar, porfavor alguien puede decir como puedo solucionarlo? 1. Create Image - I created 5 very similar items in Microsoft Paint. Just basically changed the word (mailed, voicemail, texted, emailed, no answer). Hi All, Somhow I have managed the Sandbox Protections options to disappear.I have tried several regkeys to make it reappear, unfortunately none of them did work.Could someone tell me which reg keys/values needs to be added/deleted to make the options visible again?Every comments are highly appreceated!   

I use JAWS screen reader in my laptop. i have installed all teh indian languages available from vocaliser express for JAWS and i am interested in TElugui Got one telugu pdf from  bookshare.org, an accessible  compilation of books and i was unable to use reader DC to read the document. i exported this pdf to word and JAWS was able to read the telugu script.what should i do so that JAWS screen reader would read the telugu pdf in reader DC

For some time I have had both Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat Standard 7.1.4 installed on my Windows 10 PC.  The latter came with a Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner I bought some years ago and I use it when managing scanned documents for some of the features that are not supported in Acrobat Reader.  Hoever I prefer to use an up-to-date version of Reader when viewing PDFs from the web. Recently (possibly since the June update of Reader DC), my Acrobat 7.1.4 installation got partiallty deleted. I tried un-installing and re-installing both prooducts, but I don't seem to be able to have them both installed at the same time anymore.  The Acobat Reader DC installer seems to insist on removing all previous versions of Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Standard, and refuses to install if I don't agree. Is there any way to over-ride this?  I cannot manage without my Fujitsu Scanner and Acrobat 7.1.4, so if they can't co-exit I will have to remove Readert DC and use an aternat

Having not actively followed developments around the Reader the last few years I am a bit surprised that I cannot find any preferences for color management in the product any more.Recent posts about over-saturated color display have often asked whether or not support has been dropped as of late, but I have not seen any statements in response.So, what is the deal? Do we still have color management in Reader or not? 

This problem has been bothering me for a while... The PDF loads normally but as soon as I start scrolling or clicking THAT happens. After a while it disappears again. It does not affect all slides. Does anyone have a solution? Greetings

Hi, we have a Windows (10) virtual desktop user, the issue is that the top of his adobe reader documents and other programs were missing, I followed this from the support community:-This worked for a while but soon the issue happened again, because the WVD is shared I cannot use the cleaner tool or remove and reinstall adobe reader, this does not happen to any other concurrent users of the WVD.Any help would be appreciated Thanks   

I was wondering, I currently have the Acrobat DC Standard version and pay $12.99 per month to be able to print mixed size pages from my HP laptop. But I called Adobe to ask if the FREE version of Adobe, "Adobe Reader" will allow you to print according to PDF size so i can stop paying for my subscription which is all I really use Adobe for. But they told me the free version does not allow printing. But I have read other comments and posts here in the community, and based on what I have read in the comments here, There are some that use the free version, so does the free version allow printing and you can still select the box, Print according to PDF size? 

Dear,I have a big problem: when I have PDF files with a bitmap and this bitmap has transparency Reader change the colour of the page.Please try to open the attached file with Acrobat Reader (it shows the problem) and try with other reader (for example Chrome or from smartphone). ThanksLorenzo

I use a free version of adobe reader. How can you sign without having to validate signature. 

the fill & sign font somehow changes to extra blak, just as the line "Open the PDF..." shows. But it is used to be light black, just as the lines below "Open the PDF...". I don't know why. how to change it to the light black one.

I am struggling for a long time with Adobe Acrobat reader on my i7 laptop with Windows 10 Pro.  When I open password protected documents, Adobe does not respond when I try to key in the password.  Also, when I use "Fill and sign", the fill function does not work, but I can "sign" the document.  I have uninstalled and re-installed many times. Please help!

Hello,I have created a template for our company time cards for employees to fill out on our new tablets.  When I downloaded the file to the tablets it was automatically set to read only, which theoretically is fine for my purposes.  The problem is that when the file is opened on the tablet and it asks if you want to save a copy so that it can be filled, it doesn't bring up a dialogue box to rename the file.  This means that the time cards are just being saved as TIME_CARD, TIME_CARD(1), TIME_CARD(2), etc.  I would like them to be able to rename the file before it is saved to the tablet so that the file names will be TIME_CARD_employeename_date.  Is there a way to enable this?  They are Samsung tablets running Acrobat Reader.

I complete forms required for a new job and after signing and saving adobe snt me the complete copy and has completely messed up all my information please help
