Acrobat Reader

Hi,since today I'm unable to sign any Document witch my Adobe Rader Standard 2017 (17.011.30194).When i click on the "fill &sign"- Tool there's a hint: (Your data will be retrieved).If I click on "sign" the small window with the loading animation pops up (see the attached picture)but nothing changes. I had also deactivated the firewall once. Does anyone else have an idea?I use the latest win10 with all updates... with kind regards D. Schomerus  

Hi, We have a Citrix environment and are using OneDriveMapper within the environment to provide OneDrive functionality within a Citrix environment. It is working fine. There is one thing that we want to change, which is the pop-up that is shown when a PDF file is opened from the user's OneDrive location. It asks to check in the file to <tenant>.my-sharepoint.com or open the file. I checked the internet for a solution and found out a registery adjustment that we could do, but it did not solve the issue for us. The provided solution was to add a register item (DWORD) named bDisableSharePointFeatures under SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown\cSharePoint, with value 1. This solution is probably aged and not working anymore. So we were wondering if there are other options to do to suppress this pop-up, so the PDF file opens automatically instead of asking for a check-in using SharePoint. 

Tengo una impresora termica POS 5890 C, al darle imprimir directo desde chrome sale borroso, pero al descargar el archivo en una carpeta y abrirlo directamente en adobe reader imprime correctamente, como podre configurar correctamente para que directo de chrome el archivo pdf??

I have filled the form in adobe reader dc but when i try to scroll the text field i cann't see my whole answer the scroll bar is going down even the curser but i am unable to see the text.I have reinstall the software number of times and also try to change the preference but nothing work for me.Could anyone help me with this problem.thanks 

No puedo acceder a la aplicación Acrobat Reader DC, no tampoco puedo desintalarla desde la herramienta Creative Cloud Desktop. Me sale el siguiente error, asociado a la falta de Eula.exe  Desde la herramienta Creativ Cloud Desktop, dispogo actualizado Acrobat DC, pero cuando intendo desinstala, al 2% se paraliza. En mi panel de control, no dispongo de la herramienta instalada Acrobat DC instalada.Sin embargo están los ficheros siguientes en el raiz;C:\Program Files (x86)\AdobeAgradecería alguna pista para su solución.Un saludo.

So we are running into an issue where we need to sign off on behalf of other users via use of a stamp, and when using the stamp we do not want the user name (author) to show, so going into the stamp I remove it, then tick set as default settings, this works for any stamps we use after this and as long as the application itself remains open you can open or close documents and the settings are ok, but once you close the application and open it again you need to do this entire process again. this is not ideal for non-technical staff. I have also deselected Edit>Preferences>Commenting>Always use Log-in Name for Author name.I have also deselected Edit>Preferences>Documents>Restore last view settings when reopening documents (incase it is somehow interferring).We are using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro v11.0.23Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We're building an application to automatically print PDFs from .NET (C#) code. For this we're basically starting a process on the selected PDF file and specify the 'Print' verb (similar to 'Start-Process -FilePath "path/to/file.pdf" -Verb Print' in Powershell). The code looks roughly like this:var printProcess = new Process { StartInfo = new ProcessStartInfo { FileName = "path/to/file.pdf", Verb = "Print", CreateNoWindow = true, UseShellExecute = false, WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Hidden } }; printProcess.Start();When including this code in a .NET console application and running it on Windows 10 Enterprise, it works just fine and the PDF is sent to the default printer. However, when the same code is included in a application that is then executed as Windows service, nothing seems to happen and no file is sent to the printer. Hi,I have an issue with fill and sign with all my pdf files.It happened when I try to add text  but it won't write them I checked if it in white colour and it wasn't  what I tried is to uninstall and checked permissions, and all seems in order I use windows 10 

Just recently started having problems with hyperlinks not working in PDF files created from Visio (2019).  Document created/amended last week works ok but new document links will not function properly. Anybody help? Ian

I would just like to ask for help, I deleted certain pages of the file that I have using a third party provider software, but retained the file as PDF format. I have sent the 1-pager final file to my colleague but when he opened the file on his mobile phone, the file he is seeing is still the original 21-pager file with the file name of the individual file. When we tried to open the same email on laptop, it is still a 1-page file. How do I solve the issue?

Since the latest update, the choose paper source by pdf page size does not work.The problem still comes up.Im on 2021.001.20149. 

I have 11  brand new HP prodesk 600 with windows 10 installed Build  19042.928 and the latest adobe dc reader. One is installed with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.None of the PC's with Adobe Reader DC can print PDF files . All have three printer queues,  Fuji Xerox, HP and Epson each with latest vendor different printer drives. Only the pc with the Adobe Acroba DC pro can print PDF's using Adobe Acrobat DC. The other PC's uing DC reader.cannot.No error displays in the app, however spooling to the printer does not occur.I can get the PC's  to print PDF only when I reset the Windows 10 Edge to be the default pdf reader. Any one encountered this or have a solution?

I  have an issue with Arabic lanague in Adobe Reader. Every time when i have PDF file in Arabic i want to export to PDF i dont have the option in doucments lanaguge that support Arabic. As a result, the word file contains alot of mistakes and caanot be fixed. Please help to sovle this issue 

When I open a file with adoe. It opens for 5 seconds and shuts itself down.

Suddenly when I scan a document and open it, it comes up blank with a message I need to download a font add-on.  When I click ok it takes me to the website.  The descripton says the add-on is for different languages.  Evidently it's an .msi file.  I already have an .msi file dated 2015. Help please.  Thanks in advance!

I have to fill out a document that requires multiple images. However, when I select and image for 1 slot, it autopopulates that image for every other image. How do I prevent this from happening so I can upload each image in their correct slot?

Hello, is there any way to setup Actual size (Print settings -> Page Sizing & Handling) as default value when I want to print? It's annoying to switch always values. Thank you for your advice. Lucas
