Under Edit-> Accessiblity -> "Change Reading Option" shows disable. how to enable it ?  

Hi All. This issue is on a Windows 10 computer. I have a new issue that just started.  When trying to open some pdf files in Acrobat Reader DC I get an error message about missing fonts.After clicking OK it takes me to the following After Clicking on Proceed to Download I am taken to the following   After clicking on Download Now, nothing happens. No file is downloaded. At the bottom of the window I see that the pointer is pointing to an address that has a .msi file. There is mention that Acrobat Reader DC must be installed. It is. I also did an uninstall and reinstall thinking that might be all that is needed to get the fonts package, but that didn't help. Error messages were the same before and after reinstalling the reader. There is mention of "a standalone installer" being required, but I am unable to find one. I'm not really sure if the .msi file that will not download is the "standalonbe installer" being mentioned or whether it is, in fact, a separat

I have Acrobat Reader DC running on Windows 10. When I try to Send an open .pdf using File> Send File> Attach to Email, I get an error message "An error occurred while sending mail".However, if I go to Help> Generate System Report> Send report, it opens an Outlook 2013 Email with the report attached, just fine. Why does one work and not the other?

Richiedo qui aiuto perche non vedo altrove la mia richiesta.Ho aggiornato il pc da Win7 a Win10, e aggiornato l'ultima versione di abode reader.Nonostante in win10 abbia impostato come programma predefinito di posta, outlook 2007 (ma ho provato pure con outlook 2019!), premendo in un documento pdf il tasto in alto a destra della busta (nella ultima versione e' spostato a destra) mi esce l'errore "errore nell'invio della posta"Se invece utilizzo un altro lettore pdf il richiamo dalla bustina, mi apre correttamente outlook.Ho provato a eliminare adobe reader, reinstallato direttamente dal sito di adobe....niente da fare.Ho provato a usare la vecchia versione 11 da xp di adobe reader, e PER QUALCHE GIORNO ANDAVA....poi non ha piu riconosciuto il comando pure li' e nonostante abbia fatto tutti gli aggiornamenti non ha piu' funzionato. Tolto la 11 e rimesso (sia come offline sia come loader dal sito ufficiale), niente da fare...,..il richiamo al programma di posta non mi apre outlook, e rip

I want to resize my pdf document using Adobe Reader 9, but when i tried ctrl +P, my print page doesnt contain the option of printing to aadobepdf.Does anyone know how i can put this settings in place?

Da ieri però non funzionano più le azioni rapide (intendo quelle che appaiono quando selezioni una frase e ti permettono di evidenziare senza dover compiere troppe azioni), è successo a qualcuno e sapete come risolvere? Hello,I am writing my thesis and I need to check on articles and Microsoft Word subsequently and very often. I am tired of finding the right PDF reader tab each time between 45 opened tabs. I want to click adobe on the taskbar and continue reading the last tab I minimized. It distracts me way too often, can someone please help me? 

Dear all, While reading pdf, after pressing page up or down command, the line which one sees is either at very up or bootm of the screen. It requires one to navigate eyes from bottom of the screen to the very top of the screen. I believe if there will be command by which we can move the half page only, that would avoid the diffuculy. Does any command exist currently?

I can't install Adobe in my Samsung note plus after the new updated version, I have many tried to install but i can't what's the solution to install? there are some adobe apps on thesmartapk when I download from that site that app is successfully installed on my mobile but when I try to install from the play store I cant, what's the reason?

I'm getting a problem with PDFs from many sources opening as blank grey pages with no errors popping up. Same files open in my old verion of Acrobat 9, and in the free Foxit Reader. Anyone else getting this? If so, I can recommend the Foxit Reader (free).

At my work we use the Adobe Acrobat Reader app to fill and sign docs through our google drive. I uploaded a PDF (same one) to several folders. One user on one device is able to edit it without issue. A different user on a different device gets the message "save a copy to edit". Does anyone know why this is? THANK YOU

Hi, for years I am using Outlook as mail program. Important Mail I wanted to archive I right clicked and converted them to PDF files. They are a compendium. Let's say, if there are three mails I wanted to save, these mails are inside a single PDF, where they are flagged. So I can chose every mail by clicking the flag. I didn't know, however, until today, that Flash Player is part of this as well. So I missed it today, when I wanted to look for a certain mail in one archive PDF-file, as I had deleted Flash Player on Monday. So there are some questions: How can I read my files, which I need badly? Do I need to install another program? If yes, what? How can I make new such PDF-files, not using Flash Player that is. Thanks in advance. Dominic

I try to sign in to my adobe acrobat reader dc. but when I click sign in, the sign-in page not allow me to click anything, and also Facebook account and apple account section all disappear. I try to reinstall the app still not working but I can log in online. my cell phone app also not allow me to log in.  I don't know what happens. just happen yesterday. before everything works well. 

Hi. I had to uninstall Adobe reader from my laptop coz it wouldn't open any pdf file and then I tried to re-install but it kept giving me this message although I couldn't find any adobe apps or files or whatsover on my laptop. I tried from a different browser, yet the same message appeared. Now I can't open any pdf file. Plz help me 😞 

My wife completed a fillable form on her iPhone and emailed it to me to view on my Windows 10 PC with Adobe Acrobat Reader.When I view the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it appears blank, but if I print it, the fields are populated.When I view it in Firefox, it shows the completed fields.When I view it in Microsoft Edge, it shows the completed fields.So, it is only a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader.I tried some of the tricks posted on the forums such as adding a space or Cut-paste, but nothing works.From viewing these forums, it appears this issue has been reported for at least 8 years now.Will Adobe ever fix this problem?  I understand, Adobe wrote the spec on PDFs, but apparently everyone else is doing something different, so it seems Adobe needs to adapt.

I cannot get a fillable form, which works on a desktop and laptop, to work on an ipad.  The PDF downloads, but the fields that should be fillable, are not.  I have opened it in the adobe app.  I tried the Fill & Sign tool and got the following error "No supported document opened. I upgraded windows10 with outlook ....I updated Adobe reader to last version (2020.0013.20074) and as pdf reader run perfectly.But when I click envelope icon no recognize outlook program (wqhen ewvbery other software open outlook without any problem)I unistallated all adobe reader, rebooted pc, installated reader yet....done uptaded all upgrading request, untile 2020.0013.20074 version, and nothing.....no see the outlook.IF I choose another pdf reader, this run perfectly!!!So, please, there is some patch to use reader adobe or must to do other things????THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Hello All, I entered some text in few of the text fields in a fillable form in PDF Acrobat and saved the file and now I'm unable to make changes to that entered text. Is there a way to edit the text in the text fields? Thanks in advance!

Dear Community,hope this is in the correct forum. This regards the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader Desktop app, which we are using in our corporate environment. Since we migrated data to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint / OneDrive), users would like to add these storage locations in Adobe application.While doing this for the Microsoft Cloud Storages, we receive this request for permission.     I know this effects an Azure AD app, which is required for the Adobe desktop app to connect to SharePoint / OneDrive on behalf of the user. But we have to analyze each of the three permission sets from a data privacy point of view.Permissions for "sign in and read Profile"   and   "Read and write user files"    make sense.But what is the reason for the app to require "Access the directory as the signed-in user"?  Already tried the usual Adobe support, but the couldn't help me with this very specific topic.Thanks a lot,Christoph

I'm trying to create a sort of virtual story book using PDFs and links that open new documents.  I want to add voice overs as part of this and while I can get it to play the audio for the voice over by having a link to the file Adobe Acrobat Reader makes you have to approve the file opening in an external program EVERY TIME YOU CLICK.  Can I make it so that you don't have to click to approve and it will just open?  Or maybe I only have to approve once and then it will automatically open for all the other files?
