Hi, I realise that this is a community inwhich users can assist each other but with no other way of contacting Adobe directly I'm logging this post because we have missplaced/lost our administrative credentials and the Managing Director of the company is currently taking family leave and is not accessible. I need administrative access to our account in order to update our plan and ensure that all details are correct (payment, contact, users etc) I am able to provide any company information necessary - I do not wish to post any details here. I need someone from Adobe to contact me ASAP to rectify this issue as it's effecting our business. I don't know how this is OK for a company that pretty much has the complete monopoly on a product utilised by millions (Acrobat Reader) cannot be contactable irresepective of staff position within an 'online' organisation. Every communication method is blocked by 'Contact your administrator' I understand there are other P
Good day to you.Is there anyway I can disable the auto-fill portion when in Fill & Sign under annotations like adding text? The reason is the users need to key in their userid and sometimes they accidentially choose the wrong id when doing the signing. Please take a look below. Tried to disable the forms auto-complete, but I think this is not the correct option. The only option is to "cross" out the particular text. Is there anyway to disable this entirely instead? We are using Adobe Reader DC 2020.013.20074 Thank you.
What do I need to do to open older files that Reader is unable to open?I am using the current version of the software.I get this error: What has caused this to happen? Did it happen as the result of a Reader software upgrade?

I have a older version of Adobe Acrobat XI for use in my iMac. Unfortunately it no longer works with the the last two or three OS systems. I'm currently running Big Sur but still no luck does anyone have a work around besides PDF Expert as an option. Although it's a great product it doesn't match the editing capabilities that XI had. Thanks for your help. Karl
We have a web based application running on our Citrix environment. We are running Windows Server 2016 (1607) and Citrix VAD 1912 LTSR CU1. The users login to the web based application and eventually it will trigger the opening of a PDF within Internet Explorer. This process will work most the time but we find after the user does anywhere from 7-10 instances of the process Internet Explorer will crash. We first monitored performance on our server but identified there are no CPU/RAM bottlenecks. We even isolated users to one server to test and they still have the issue. We recently enable Crash Dumps for Internet Explorer so we can further determine the issue. I've reviewed the crash dump along with Microsoft and we've found the crash is due to AcroRd32.dll. We were running an older verison of Adobe Reader so I've updated to 2020.012.20041 and we have the same issue. Is there anyone on the Adobe side who can review the Crash Dump I have to provide insight as to what could be causing
Hello, We are using AcroPDFlib.dll to get Acrobat Reader DC embedded into our software. After the upgrade of OS to Windows 10 2004, the printing shortcut stopped working, probably due to any security issues. Using ProcDump we see that Acrord32.exe is getting a first chance exception when clicking Print. In AcroRd32.exe_201221_182155.dmp the assembly instruction at KERNELBASE!RaiseException+62 in C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll from Microsoft CorporationThis exception originated from VCRUNTIME140!_CxxThrowException. has caused an unknown exception (0xe06d7363) on thread 0This exception originated from VCRUNTIME140!_CxxThrowException+66. Microsoft are sending us to Adobe and Adobe just state that this product is not supported, however it was created by them. Our product is an information system for hospitals, and this issue significantly affects many WW hospitals and patients. My questions are: 1. Is there any solution for this issue somebody found ? I see hundreds of

I have a PDF I wrote that contains a great many short video clips (over 100) of sentences in ASL (American Sign Language), and I'm currently testing it for its anticipated readers. To prevent the annoying "This may damage your computer" warning for every single one of them, I can tell my readers to go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and un-check Enable Protected Mode at startup. But that leads to a warning this this will also disable Protected View and App Container". To help me reassure my readers, do you know if this warning applies only to PDFs or does is apply to other apps on one's computer? And what is App Container?(When I try the other method of saying Add File to add the file name of the PDF, that doesn't seem to work.)Thanks in advance for your help.
I just replaced my internal drives and lost my Adobe software. Downloaded my Photoshop items with no issues. Downloaded Reader DC and it doesn't open nor does it open new or old docs. Spent 45minutes with Adobe tech. We uninstalled a recovery I had tried, uninstalled new downloads, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, established as default app all to no avail. Program will not open and will not read docs. Tech guy said come here. Suggestions?
Hello everybody, I'm having an issue with Acrobat Reader at my office On one specific computer, it closes itself after a few seconds, whether you open a file or not. No message appears, the application crashes without giving any information.I've tried to update it to the latest version, totally uninstall it and install it back again in its latest version, delete every Adobe temporary files, and tried a lot of things I found on Adobe forums running the eula.exe file to accept the User Terms of Services, but nothing worked. The currently installed version of Acrobat Reader is 2020.013.20074 which is the latest. The OS is Windows 7 Professionnal SP1 64 bits. A lot of computers in my office are in the same OS and Adobe versions but it's the only one having this issue.
