Acrobat Reader

Hi! I have a folder of 50-100pdfs, that I work through and add comments for opdating source-files (odt and sib / text and music-scores). I do this locally win 8 and via GoogleDisk cloud (Android tablet)Then I need to search folder for those pdfs that has comments in them (win8). Is there any way to do that?

Just installed Acrobat Reader 10.  Under Home, Recent, we get nothing.  The setting under Preferences/Documents, Documents in recently used list, is set to 100.  We are not connected to the cloud.  Under Home, My Computer it shows recent locations.  Any thoughts on why we are not getting anything under Recent?

Print windows -> bottom left --> page setup/page settings --> I can't change the page margins! Any suggestion? 

J'ai eu une version d'essai d'Avast Cleanup, qui désactive certaines applications en arrière-plan pour rendre le PC plus efficace - notamment Acrobat Reader.Je n'ai finalement pas gardé Avast Cleanup parce que je n'étais pas convaincu. Or, depuis ce moment, impossible d'utiliser Acrobat Reader. Le message suivant s'affiche : "Windows ne trouve pas C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat...".J'ai pourtant déjà essayé de désinstaller puis réinstaller Acrobat. Que puis-je faire ?

Hi!I have an issue in that I was working on a file in adobe reader (filling out a workbook), for a long time (several weeks). I always left it open and the other day I went to close everything and I could not save the file. I do have autosave on my adobe reader but when I look at the file that is saved none of my changes are in it. Is there any way I can recover the version with my changes in it? This represents several weeks worth of work so any help is hugely appreciated!thank you. 

Uso muito o Adobe Reader DC no Mac para estudar e com a nova atualização do MacOS quando estou a sublinhar texto este, após sublinhar uma frase, deixa de ter a opção de "highlight" selecionada, pelo que cada vez que quero sublinhar uma frase tenho que selcionar este opção.

Não consigo instalar o adobe reader dc.Quando a instalação está quase sendo finalizada, o sistema apresenta a mensagem que a versão recente já instalada, porém não tenho o adobe instalado em meu computador.Isso aconteceu da ultima vez que tentei atualizar o programa, desinstalei o programa que estava instalado em meu computador, para baixar a ultima versão, porém não consegui mais instalar

I deleted the documents on the adobe reader cloud. Can someone from adobe please help me recover this?

When I open a pdf to print, I get a message that says my trial period is over, and I must purchase Adobe Acrobat DC to continue.  I thought Adobe Acrobat was free.  What is going on?

Chere Adobe Support,We have to send to our customers a non editable pdf, customers have to sign them with an e-signature "Certificates", however when we send this non editable pdf, the option to add the certificate is greyed  out.Could you please advise?Thanks and regards,Gustavo

Hi  I was having problem reading a PDF manual which I had downloaded. It was opening but only showing header and footer. All though other files I had downloaded with "import to Acrobat" was fine. I thought that my Acrobat app has been corrupted. Therefore, I thought that may be I should delete and install again.when I went delete it said all your files will be deleted which I clicked thinking that it will still be there on iCloud. However they were lost. I found out that rather than importing the file into Acrobat which stays in Acrobat Document t Cloud, I should have clicked on save to files which will save give me option to save it on iCloud, iPad, Google Drive or One Drive whichever I had access and subscribed to. Does anyone know how files on Acrobat document cloud are stored and whether get any support from Adobe to retrieve the deleted files? 

We have a significant problem with the latest release of Acrobat DC, can anyone please help?We publish booklets which are produced in MS Publisher and saved there as pdfs. People then buy the pdfs and print them at home. Yesterday we found that the latest release of Acrobat DC prints the booklets wrongly, and not consistently. Here are the problems:We create a map in Photoshop Elements 14 with multiple layers, then save it as a gif, then import it into MS Publisher (Office 365). We put a border on it in Publisher. Then we save it as a pdf. When viewed in Acrobat DC it views as it should, but when we print it it comes out which large white bars as follows:This happens all of the time with the same map, but some maps do print OK (but not many!). When we print in the previous version of Acrobat DC it always prints as we see it on the screen. If we print from Acrobat Pro X it prints just fine too. We have used 4 different Windows 10 PCs and 4 different printers, both HP and Canon. Always t

In den meisten PDF-Dokumenten die in unserer Firma Textfelder mit Kommnetaren enthalten sind dies Zusatzinformationen, die ich bei einem Ausdruck gerne mitgedruckt hätte.Bis zum letzten Update ging dies auch problemlos, seit dem Update wird allerdings standardmäßig nur das Dokument gedruckt. Um auch die Kommentare zu drucken muss ich beim Ausdruck auf "Dokumnet und Markierungen" umstellen. In mehr als 95% der Fälle will ich die eingepflegten Kommentare allerdings mitdrucken, weshalb es meinerseits sinnvoll wäre, wenn ich die Option "Dokument und Markierungen" als Voreinstellung einstellen könnte. Leider habe ich hierfür noch keine Möglichkeit gefunden. War ich einfach nur blind oder fehlt die Möglichkeit?

Hi, my bank is telling me that I need to download adobe reader version 4 to be able to access an important document. I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (which appears to be the latest version and should open any pfd), but when I go to the message center and click on .pdf link it just opens to a blank browser page. I have also tried this on the mobile app and when I click the link it says "An unknown error occurred. Please try again later."  So first question, is Reader Version 4 still available?  And I guess, second question and maybe the most important one.. could this be an issue with their link instead of my software?

We have Acrobat Reader DC. We were able to email  PDF as soon as we created it. Now the email icon is gone and we can only email after we save the file and attach it to the email. Is there any way to get the email icon back on the toolbar and email from the PDFThank you for any help you can give us!! 

HelloI'm wondering if there's a way to allow Adobe Reader (and Standard) to simply update themselves in an enterprise enviromnent without having to set up a server or manage the updates? We simply want all updates installed. We don't want to control their rollout, just have the computers grab the lastest update from Adobe and install it without any intervention. How can we configure Adobe Reader to update by itself without prompting the users for admin creds?

I'm trying to open a textbook in Adobe digital editions last accessed 7/2017. I cannot remember the account associated with the 'book' and it will not open in Adobe Reader. It says there is a security plugin required. Is there any way to open this textbook?John 

I have tried to open pdfs through multiple browsers to no avail. Each time I get the message attached below when the pdf attempts to open in a new browser tab. The latest version of adobe reader is installed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried multiple browsers. I have tried repairing the install through adobe reader itself. I have tried restarting the computer after each uninstall/install. I have downloaded many pdfs using different browsers perfectly fine until yesterday. Not sure what steps I can take from here. 

My doctor sends requisition using Adobe Acrobat & viewform.aspx. Tried using PDF conversion & it won't print information properly.  I get half a page or a miniture version of info on the page.  I have an Apple Laptop & a Microsoft Laptop.  Can someone help me navigate the Adobe Reader page or is it my printer ? 

I received a PDF file with comments but cannot access them. When I click on Tools > Comments, I get the message "Cannot extract embedded font PHPBJS+FranklinGothic_DemiCond. Some characters may not appear or print correctly" (the wording may be different as the message was in French). The PDF text appears correctly but there are no comments. Is there anything I can do to see the comments? Thanks for your help.

Hi,I've created a fillable form with radio boxes and tick boxes that all works fine until I go to print as it prints out with all the radio boxes filled in.I have checked on several machines and versions and they all print with all radio boxes filled in.I've tried printing as image but still does the same.The pdf when open...But when I go to print, they are all filled in. Ive tried all options in comments in forms that don't do anything except the last one form fields only which just creates a full white page.Any help, much appreciatedmany thanks

hello siri have acrobat reader dc ver 20.013.20064ive noticed lately that when i want to copy and paste from another pdf document to current pdf document using acrobat reader  it pastes in place so sometimes I cant see the pasted object because it is pasted on top of page. But I would like to paste the object right near my cursor or at least in a visible place and not "paste in place". is it possible to disable the "paste in place" recent default feature?
