Updated Acrobat Reader yesterday and Windows explorer preview panel is no longer working

as title,how to exit full screen mode? I have no keyboard.while it is in full screen mode, I hope I can get off full screen by right-click.how can i do it?

When I print in booklet format (printing to PDF) there is a margin being added between the pages. Is there any way to save with no margin so that there isnt a margin between the pages? I have images that cross two pages and every time I save there is a large white margin in the middle of my image where the gutter is.

When I go to print every PDF the pop-up that comes up saying which printer, page etc always comes up too big for the screen with a scroll down the side to get to the actual print button. Every couple of times this scroll doesn't move the page so I can't get down to print and have to wait a while. I have tried resizing the pop-up box however although the arrows come up when I go to the edge, I cannot move it.Is there a different way to permanently make the pop-up smaller, so that each time I go to print it doesn't fill the page?Thank you

Hello,I'm using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, with the latest version of the driver for the printer and I'm facing the same problem.I did confirm that creating a new user with administrator privileges and trying to print from it didn't solve the problem.Please help!- Peter

Good Afternoon Alll love using smart tv and like browsing the internet. l also like reading documents particularly in pdf format. However Samsung has advised me their is no application or app for reading PDF formats they don't have it. Is there anyway to advised Adobe  to develop a app for Smart TV l have 32" Series 5 Model.l would be interested and would purchase one immediately, or maybe work in colabration with Samsung to develop one that could be download via their apps store with an agreement with adobe. As theirs huge market out there for particularly Smart TVRegardsgreatmastery

I am running current version of Reader, I have the registry keys installed, but I do not see the enable option for Purview in the settings. Not sure what I am missing?

Within the last two weeks when I use the Create Adobe PDF function via File > Export in Word, instead of the file saving to my downloads (or where I specifically select) as I have done hundreds of times, the PDF is buried in the depths of my OneDrive if it can be located at all. Any ideas why or how to resolve? Also, the OneDrive cannot be disabled. Thank you.

as per the title, the Italian language is not available, which incidentally was present until recently when I had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Reader due to an icon problem. it is not possible to select the Italian language because it is not available in the drop-down menu and even selecting the "choose the language based on the system" item does not work. so I ask you: do I have to reinstall everything or can I download the Italian language package and copy it where appropriate?I hope the latterbye and thanks

In Full Screen Mode, scrolling from page to page is always disabled (when one reaches the end of a page there is always a jump to the next).How can I enable scrolling in Full Screen?And how do i set it by default?

hi there,I have been on the forums and help pages and cannot find anything about printing in colour when the grayscale had been selected.I am printing on the Adobe Acrobat Reader and have explicitly selected the print in Grayscale but the page has printed with Colour??I am a universtiy student and it is imperative that I print in black and white.I am hoping that someone can help me ASAP as I have now already spent 30 mintues trying to get in touch with you since you don't offer any E-mail address or any contact details for me to address this issue other than the forums which i felt was less that sufficient. That is 30 minutes of my studying that i won't ever be able to get back.Please get back withn Help ASAP otherwise i will just have to assume that adobe Acrobat reader is incapable of printing in Grayscale.Many thanks,John.

WHEN I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED ADOBE READER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO, ALL THE PDF FILES ON MY DESKTOP, TO INCLUDE THOSE IN FOLDERS ON MY DESKTOP, DISAPPEARED!  WHERE ARE THEY"?  HOW MAY I RETREIVE TEHM?  THANK YOU,

In DC Reader, there is a toolbar that I've circled in red that is always visible. Can I at least dock it somewhere, although I'd prefer to remove it from site. Is this possible?

Hi, I'm using Windows (Windows 11 Home, version 22H2) and have been facing this issue that when I open a PDF document using Acrobat Reader (version 2023.006.20380 64-bit), the Windows taskbar doesn't show anymore. I use the auto hide option for the Windows taskbar and it works with all softwares/apps perfectly fine, but when I use Acrobar Reader, it doesn't rise up to show from hiding - making switching between softwares/apps annoying as I have to minimise the Acrobat Reader screen everytime before I can do it. I checked in Views, it doesn't seem to be on either the Read mode or the Full screen mode. Any direction on this would be helpful - ideally, I'd like to use the auto-hide Windows taskbar with Acrobat Reader as well. Many thanks for your time in advance.

Hi,I have this problem only on my desktop where texts from my dialog box and toolbar are missing. When i tried to troubleshoot by opening the preference option under edit my adobe also crashes without any error message. Below are 2 images that shows this bug. I tried downloading the cleaner which removes all related adobe files as well as downloading a new adobe reader program from the official website but this problem still persist. Therefore, i hope to find a solution to this problem as i do need this urgently to study for my upcoming test and exams. Hope anyone have a workable solution for this problem.Regards.P.S : I have tried the following solution that is already in the forum but however the problem is still not solved.1. I tried downloading the cleaner, run it and when it's cleaning the reader half way, the cleaner just hangs and refuses to complete the task even though the reader is actually deleted so i assumed they did not fully clean out the registry that contains the adobe

Hello,I've been trying to copy a table from a pdf file, but I can only highlight and select the table text (instead of selecting a blue square around it). When I right-click on it, the only copy option that appears is "Copy", and I can't seem to copy with formatting. I've tried on Mac and Windows and haven't been able to find a solution. How can I solve this?

I am trying to setup digital signature on Macbook Air with M3 chip. It is not beeing detected automatically during "Configure a Digital ID for signing" -> "Use a signature Creation Device". I understand that workaround is to Attach Module in Preferences -> Signatures -> PKCS#11 Modules and Tokens.  The button Attach Module is not active. Is there any way to solve this? Macos 15.3.1, AcrobatReader Build: 24.5.20414.0.  

Hello everyone,I've built a Windows 10 Enterprise v1709 image for my labs and offices and have run into an issue with the Acrobat Reader extension for Google Chrome.  After the extension has been installed, on the next launch of Chrome, a new tab will automatically appear and open the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-reader-chrome-extension.html​.  Since this is installed as part of an image, this page is appearing for all new users who log in and launch Chrome.  This is a controlled environment and we require all web browsers to open a company webpage by default for all users.  I've configured this default page on the local installs and through Group Policy using the Chrome .admx templates, but the helpx.adobe.com Tab continues to appear.  I can block the URL in GPO, but the Tab will still open, it just says the page is blocked.What I would like to do is prevent this new tab from ever opening.  I've searched through the windows registry

Hi Community,I hope you are all good.I have an issue, i am unable to open the file because it says the file path is too long, and one thing i have directory within a directory, i am able to open file in Browser, or even Online inside the OneDrive, but unable to open in Adobe Reader. I have done many troubhleshooting steps these are:Update the Software and other available option inside the community but not works for me.Anything from all, it appreciated. Best Regards

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to contain this, which is why I am contacting you with my request.Our issue is that we are successfully providing the Free Adobe Reader and it is running so far. If a customer then “voluntarily” logs into Adobe Reader in the Adobe Cloud services, this can trigger the so-called upselling process, which then updates the software to Adobe Acrobat Pro on the entire terminal server environment without requiring administrative rights. As a result, users without a subscription will no longer be able to open PDF files overnight. We are not the only ones who find this procedure very unpleasant and we would like to curb it in the long term.&nb

I currently have a Dell laptop and Windows 10. I Have Acrobat Reader DC on my computer. Right now I am having a huge issue where files that are not .PDFs are somehow being saved as PDF on my computer or only allowed me to attempt to open documents or other files via .PDF form.Example - I tried to save .dsi (Desi Label file) onto my computer or a shared network. Other people on the network can see it as a .dsi file, but I can only see it as a .PDF and then I get an error when try to open it outside of the DESI program.Does to "safe guard" exist or something that Adobe Acrobat Read DC is force saving files that aren't regular and should not be .PDFs and turning them into .PDF or allowing that to be the only way I can view them? If so, how can I stop that from happening?Any help or feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!

When I strike a measurement it is coming back with a number, "192.00" for example.  the number definately converts to inches but I don't want to spend time converting from inches to feet and inches.  How do I globally set this up to read feet and inches?
