Acrobat Reader

Greetings,There is a problem with correct displaying of the form. Unfortunately, I don't understand why one document has an option to fill out a form, but another one doesn't. The document in which the form opens was created in a different Acrobat, my form, which cannot be filled out for some reason, was created in Acrobat Pro version 2024.001.20604. The fisrt photo is correct, the second one - isn't 😞Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. 

Hi All, There is a PDF form that a government department in my country has created which we need to use instead of emailing through attachements. I can fill it out all OK but when I hit submit nothing happens. It should generate a new email message to the government department with the form attached. This is for work and the deparment will not allow it to be sent any other way.  Our I.T guy fixed it once before, but now we can't remember how he did it. I did two office updates and it's not working again. Something seems to be blocking it. I added my gmail account and it works, but I am not allowed to use it for work. Everyone else at work uses the same programs. It's very frustrating. We use Microsoft Outlook 2017 and Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2024.003.20112  64-bitI appreciate your help! Heather

Нельзя нигде написать об этом, связаться с поддержкой тоже нельзя. По логике вещей эти 33 доллара должны списаться автоматически как "продление" подписки, но у меня нет активных подписок на данный момент, как я могу вернуть свои деньги?

A newly opened document shows header but too much space before title of document.  How to delete too many spaces?

Suddenly when I try to use Acrobat reader (on my desktop Mac), a pop-up window requires me to sign into an old Microsoft account which is no longer active.  When I try to sign in with my current Microsoft account, I get an error message and I can't go any further.  However, I can't close out the error message.  I have to Force Quit Acrobat.  So now I can't open PDFs.  Why do I now need a Microsoft sign-in?  And how can I get it to recognize my current account? 

I feel like I should be able to click/open PDF documents to preview them in the Outlook preview pane, and then be able to highlight/select/copy text from the PDF file while still in the preview pane.But right now, I can’t highlight/select/copy text without fully opening the file.is there some type of add-in that I need with adobe? Is it on Outlook's side?

When verifying my Acrobat Pro (Windows) license, I repeatedly get the message Syntax error. Even though I log in to adobe.com, Acrobat Pro 2020 does not launch. Please, does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Hi, We are having an issue across our business with multiple users opening PDF's and the application is not responding for a couple of minutes. We are on the latest version, this is a mix of Windows 10 and 11 clients. It looks like lots of people are having this issue? Hallo zusammen,ich habe die neuste Adobe Reader-Version herunter geladen und das Upgrade auf die Pro-Version gekauft und auf die Windows 10 Version 22H2 (Build 19045.5011) installiert.Beim öffnen des Programms bleibt das "Upgrade Zentraler Fun..." (es soll wohl Funktionen heißen) bei 90% stehen und ich kann die Pro-Funktionen nicht nutzen.Woran liegt das, was ist zu tun?Vielen Dank im voraus für die Hilfe!Richard K.

Hi All,We faced issue in our company. Users has reported that the Adobe Reader stop to work/crashes/not respoinding. We are using Windows 11 and Windows 10. Is there any know bug or maybe Windows update related issue?

How to block a pdf file so that text cannot be copied. There is a pdf file on the issued application.As if it were being discharged in lines.  How can I get something like that?

I was reading a pdf file in my android, did some highlights and comments, and the file is stored in the adobe cloud, but when i open it in the web or desktop app all these modifications just don't appear.

We have a process that relies on the ability to print form fields only.I've installed 32bit and 64bit versions and the 32 bit doesn't have the option but the 64 bit does. Is this a feature that is being pulled from reader?

Hi Since the latest update of Adobe Reader, it has changed into a new look.This is VERY annoying, since the plugin we use for iManage don't show with the new look/interface. So we need to disable it for all our users manually. There must be a smarter way? maybe a Reg key or using GPO? thanks you

Hi, I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader, Continuous Release version 2024.003.20180, 64 bit on Windows 11 Pro.  I have found that when I open a .pdf document, Acrobat freezes for approximately 30 seconds before the document opens.  After the document opens, it seems Acrobat seems to work fine, but it is incovenient having to wait so long initially. If anyone here can suggest a way I might be able to solve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks in advance,Paul

We are noticing issues with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader - 64-bit Font Pack and Spelling Dictionary installing with Adobe reader 24.004.20220 with Intune autopilot, tto fix it late last night we had to remove the adobe fonts from being set to required for all devices, but i would like to know if there is any known issues around the fonts and the latest adobe version? This is on Windows 10.0.22621.4317 build, and we only noticed this issue with the release of the new adobe version 24.004.20220 before that it was fine.  Adobe reader is installed by our PatchMyPC software, Adobe fonts is installed running msiexec /i "FontPack2300820421_XtdAlf_Lang_DC.msi" /qn

The free PDF reader continually wants me to accept a free trial. When I say no it closes and I can't read PDFs.I also have a paid version of Adobe and that continually wants me to change the password.I have found the Adobe support service useless. 

How do I delete a pdf file I have downloaded?

Hello Community, We use a fillable PDF for field service reports.  When the tech completes the report, saves and emails to me, the fillable fields are no longer "fillable".  The document is saved as a pdf.  THis does not happen in all cases. What could be the issue? 

I am creating a check report in SQL SSRS and am including a MICR line at the bottom of the check. When I export the report to .pdf the micr does not display. It shows in a regular font. I have installed the font on my desktop where I am opening the .pdf and on my development server where I am designing the report. Not sure what is going on so any insight would be appreciated.Thank You

Hello,I'm doing a VBA macro to convert some pdf files to excel but I'm having problem finding acroRd32.exe.I'm on a 64 bit system.And I have already tried to disintall and reinstall the program.I also tried what another member said in this post (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/windows-cannot-find-c-acrord32-exe/td-p/8835378) but Istill can't find it. How can I solve it? Thank you

Every time I launch the app I get the following error (see attached image below). Once the error occurs, I'm unable to exit or close the error. I have to launch task manager every time to force quit. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but it did not fix the error/issue. Please help!

Hello , i need help with adobe reader. When i try to install error comes up. ( an error has occurred in the script on this page ) please help me to intall this app . I even deleted my old wondow and done fresh windows. But still have the same issue. Please help thank you Date: 01/03/2024 

I am trying to get the "Open in Acrobat" button to appear on my coworkers MS Edge when they open a PDF. It appears for me, and they followed the same instructions I did, but the option to Open in Acrobat does not appear. They don't have the toggle setting in their Acrobat extension settings, nor do they have the same settings screen that I do. For me, I had to disable "Auto-open PDFs in Acrobat" and "Open PDFs in Acrobat", and then the "Show Open in Acrobat" toggle appears. They don't have these buttons. Is this a feature exclusive to Acrobat Pro?  

I am trying to create a fillable form using Acrobat Pro DC 2018 for Mac. One of the fields asks for the employee number. Some begin with zero, but after entering the number and saving the form, the leading zero doesn't show up.
