Acrobat Reader

There is a little box beside my curser stopping me from copying text - it only puts some kind if field around it.  I switch to another function, open/cose...nothing gets rid of it. There is no security in the doco.Thanks Lesley

just started after last update on both reader and pro.works fine if viewing in chrome or edge. any ideas ?first is viewing in edgesecond is adobe  

Bonjour, suit à la dernière mise à jour d'Adobe Reader (2024.002.21005 64 bits), les pdf générés par notre ERP sont devenus illisibles. (Voir PJ) Dans toutes les autres visionneuses de PDF, ils s'affichent correctement. Et dans les précédentes versions d'Adobe Reader aussi. Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ? Ich wollte eine PDF Datei als Poster ausdrucken ( Schablone ). Leider ist die Option nicht mehr anwählbar . Kann jemand helfen . Drucker ist ein Canon TS 6350

We have adobe illustrator installed via creative cloud. We also use Adobe PDF reader to open PDF files. If we open open any PDF file, it will launch a popup screen to try and login. This will be an endless loop, the login option will never appear it will try to load over and over again.We don't initiate the login process, this will load on its own. For reader we have no need to be logged in anyhow. See attached picture of popup It is possible to close the window, but that has to be done each time we open a PDF file. It is quite bothersome and causing our end users some frustration.If we log out from creative cloud this works without any problems... I spent 1 hour on a case and after a while the support again said "issue is with free product I cant solve" and disconnected straight up from our session, I asked Adobe support to address this and investigate further since this seems to be a bug but no luck there he simply refused and disconnected..Basic troubleshoting has bee

Hello, the company I work at have started to experience this error message whenever we go on to close a pdf file:"the instruction at 0x602c4d8c referenced memory at 0x00000280. The memory could not be read"The program works fine but this error message annoys our staff. How can I remove it? Is there a way to do it? I tried reinstalling it but it still appears. If we "click" somewhere in the pdf and then close it, the error message does not pop up, It only pops up if we go to close the PDF without clicking anywhere on it.thanks.

Eu quis utilizar a subscrição gratis do adobe, não gostei do serviço nem do produto, com isso quando fui para cancelar a subscrição aparece a opção para eu pagar primeiro para depois pagar, tentei procurar support mas o adobe não tem suporte sem ser um forum ou uma biblioteca de resolução de problemas, tentei eliminar a conta, mas dá um erro, que suponho que seja por ter a subscrição ativa. Pensei também em pagar para conseguir eliminar a conta para depois perdir o reembolso, mas aparentemente pelo o que eu pesquisei o adobe só permite reembolsos a produtos sem ser subscrições. Preciso de ajuda. 

Bonjour, j'ai modifié il y a 2 semaines l'opacité pour un commentaire, et depuis je ne peux plus le réinitialisé à 100%, et tous mes commentaires sont transparents à 50%. Je suis sous mac. J'ai tenté de fair ele smodifications sous :-Adobe Pro/Propriétés/Commentaires et modifiant l'Opacité de la fenêtre-> mais ça ne modifie rien- Commentaires/AJouter un commentaire-> mais je n'ai pas d'option sur l'opcacité des commentaires Merci d'avance 

Hi all,scince Adobe Reader can open multiple files in different tabs i have the problem, that i alwas need to manually close the Adobe Reader program. Closing the last (or only one opened) tab does not automatically close the Reader program itself. Is there an option to do that?If not, why it is programmed that way?Background: Opening files needs one action, closing files needs two actions. It's annoying.

I have been able to convert files from Pdf to Word, but today it was impossible. It says: " Adobe Acrobate Reader could not open A9z23ji5_1704f25_8yw.tmp because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded)." I could convert for few weeks ago.Can you help?Thank you

Ich fände es sehr hilfreich, wenn es einen Checkbox direkt im Drucken Dioalog geben würde für "Als Bild drucken". Momentan muss man erst in "Erweitert" gehen um es einzustellen, daher kann man es leicht vergessen wieder auszuschalten.

White borders appear around the program window when I open pdf files with Adobe Acrobat. This happens both in dark and light modes of the display theme. Problem appears both in fullscreen and normal window modes. In the corner of this "white border" i can press the phantom exit button and it closes the app just like the native exit button would do normally. This glitch/bug annoys and is actually hard to work because sometimes the normal window exit button stops working and only this "phantom red button" would be pressable. Tried turning off the security mode(all buttons there are turned off) and tried various compatibility options. Nothing seemed to help.

Hi, I have a folder in SharePoint that contains multiple documents of different file types, mainly word and excel. That I need to find a simple way to convert to pdf and combine into 1 pdf document.I have the folder synced to I can access it via adobe. I am using the 'create pdf' functionality in adobe, but are getting the message "This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program" on some occasions. I do not have the folder or files open on my machine at all. Any ideas why this message is being displayed?   

Hi everyone, I am trying to print out 3 pages. I would like to print the first one single sided and then the other 2 double sided flipped on the short edge. I have the free version of acrobat reader. Does anyone know a way to do this without adding a blank page in the middle? Thanks in advance! 

I would like to check the log file of Adobe Acrobat Readar installed on my Windows 10 client PC(The version of Acrobat Readar is “2024.003.20054 -64bit”).but I don't know where the file exists. 

I work for a law firm and many users are getting medical records where the characters are showing up as little white boxes and are unreadable. The only work around i have found was exporting the document to a word file. But some people have PDF documents that have thousands of pages and that will take to long to convert. There are no updates and a repair doesnt help. Does any one have any resolution to this issue? This only happens with medical records. 

Why is Adobe Reader saying "send by email" in order to print .pdf? It's never done this before.  I use this at work every day.  This is extremely irritating...

As the title suggests: We are deploying the Store version of Acrobat Reader in Intune, but we need to add it to an app protection policy so that it can be used to access company data (i.e. I can open a PDF from Outlook in Reader). I'm being asked for "Name", "Publisher", and "Package Name". I'm pretty sure the publisher is "O=ADOBE INC., L=SAN JOSE, S=CA, C=US". I've tried a few different things for the other parameters but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated!

I can't add tools to the toolbar when I use the correct procedure for adding them. I'm using Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 10. Is there a preference or a setting that I need to alter so tools will appear in the toolbar? Any tips?Thanks!
