nce a recent update, I have all sorts of problems with Reader. Either there is a giant over-enlarged "What's New" graphic blaockig my document that locks up the whole program and I can't close the box, forcing me to Force quit (I'm on a MacBook Pro). When i finally DO get the file open, it has this weird solid white box with a thick blue border on it blocking the top right corner of text. I thought it had something to do with the new AI feature, but turning that on and off did nothing to the box. Does anyone know how to make it go away?Thank you.
When Adobe reader is open and I move the mouse up to the menu, the menu bar and the Windows bar will disappear. Somestimes re-sizing the window can bring it back, but what is causing this? It happened on an old machine and now on my new machine too. Latest version installed. Graphics driver updated. Uploaded a small video of the behaviour. Happens with all PDF files. Not clicking on the screen, just moving the mouse towards the top of the screen. There is no better PDF reader, at least I thought so. This is really frustrating.Suggestions gratefully received.ThanksGordon
I am having the same issue and I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Please help!

I'm sorry I shows korean that you may not understand. My problem is that the actual font displayed is different than the designated font even though I have the designated font in my local PC. The replaced font is very hard to read. I would like to designate a font to replace if there is no way to fix this problem. Please help me. This is the screen of font - document property of a PDF. This is my local PC files.
I'm having an issue with double-sided printing with flip on the long edge where the "back" of each page prints garbled. If I set to flip on the short side or just use single sided, it prints just fine. I've reinstalled Acrobat Reader DC (64 bit) ver 2021.007.20099 multiple times with reboots of the computer and printer but the problem persists. I can double-side print Microsoft Word documents with no issue. The other computer networked to the same printer has Acrobat Reader ver 2021.007.20091 and prints double-sided correctly so it appears to be something with the latest update but the problem only started Nov 22nd and I've been printing double-sided just fine before that.OS is Windows 10 Home running on an Dell Ispiron 3880 (Intel i5, 64 bit).Tried chat support but no resolution (Case ADB-22137156-G7P7)
Just recently I can no longer open pdfs on my Mac without the Adobe Reader "start your free trial" prompt box appearing. As soon as I close the prompt box, Adobe closes entirely. I have downloaded the latest updates. The fact that I cannot view pdfs is a sudden change out of nowhere. I do not have an Adobe login.
PFD file shuts down automatically after 10 sec, had this issue a while back and was given a patch file fix but now it's doing it again. How can I get a new patch? And this is ridiculous, why does this keep happening! Huge inconvenience to work day.
Hello everyone,I would like to make my work a little easier and have created a contract, which I often use, with the "Prepare Form" function in Acrobat Reader. It all worked out great. Now it should run in such a way that the file is sent from Acrobat Reader and the customer is asked to sign the form. This means that I fill out my prepared form and then press "Electronic signatures", make my signature and then press "Request e-signature". Then I enter the recipient mail and press "Set area for signature". Safari will then open and I will go to the "Prepare" section. Now the problem begins. All entries made in the form fields are gone. As if I now had a blank file.I have attached photos where you can see that the file is described and a further if it should go into the signature. What is the problem?Would be super grateful for a help.GreetingsNatascha
This issue began a week or two ago. I use adobe all the time for work, and I've never had this problem. I have always been able to 'edit PDF' and 'add text' even if the original document was a scan (ex: a fax that was received). I've used this method to complete forms so that I don't have to waste time and paper by printing, completing in pen, scanning, etc. However, over the past few weeks when I have attempted to 'edit pdf' and then 'add text', the document acts as though all of the current text (aka, the form I am trying to fill out) is a picture. It won't let me add text on top of this 'image', but will only select the image. This is happening across the board, whether it's a document that someone has scanned to me, faxed to me, or something I 'print to PDF' myself. This is not document specific, except that it has become all PDF documents. Why is it doing this, and how do I tell it to STOP converting my documents into pictures, or at least al
Ok, I'm getting this message but here's the rub, I did save the document (to test it) with 1 comment before I went on to write 52 comments over 114 pages. Now it won't save at all. Please tell me how to save it with my comments OR, how to at least get my comments into a separate saveable document so i don't lose them. thank you!

Hi everyone,I know that Adobe provides a feature to link SharePoint documents to a PDF for editing and signing, which allows you to save the file and sync it with the document on SharePoint. However, this requires copying the SharePoint PDF file link and pasting it into the PDF. This process can be quite cumbersome for users who need to handle a large number of files, as it requires repeating the same steps over and over.According to this official guide, we can link SharePoint files to a PDF for operations. But I am wondering if there is a way to directly open a PDF file in SharePoint, edit it, and save the changes, without having to copy and paste the URL each time?Thank you very much for your help!
Hi all. Please help. I'm an online college Proofreading student and I should have access to acrobats editing pdfs tool, for free. Except when I try to edit pdfs, it takes me to a payments page and nowhere further. Please help
when I download the Acrobat reader and installed it to my windows 8.1 that show up completed but just gone and can't find.I have been tried for 2 days, can't result the problem still.
I don't like the new update of the PDF reader, I prefer the previous version which was simpler. It is annoying to have to use the magnifying glass to enlarge the page and then have the enlarge or reduce box appear next to the tab to download the page. I liked the previous version, I hope you update it and it's like before.
Hello Community,i have a new iMAc with M3 Processor and using Adobe Cloud (Reader) to edit a Formular. After i write in the text field it often crashes. I have made every update but it happens often. Did some one has a hint why it crashes?
I have recently updated Acrobat reader DC as well as adobe flash. When I turn my computer on, reader works fine. But after using a couple different programs PDF files will no longer open and I get a message that says: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". If I restart the computer, all is well again...for a while. I am running windows 10
Hello,I have a problem when using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for viewing and printing a pdf file generated with LaTeX. The difference is shown on pictures "pdf on screen.png" and "pdf printed.png" : a blue line is added to the graph...I would have liked to provide a full set of file for running a minimal building example, but the format is unfortunatelly not supported... I can provided by any other working method if required. Please find at least attached "main_test.pdf", which should renders differently on screen and printed, and the log file of the compilation of the document.Hope this can help improve Adobe Acrobat Reader!
Muchas gracias.
As i mentioned in the title one of my coworkers explorer freezes when he tries to view them in preview pane. There is no error popping up or anything like that. Important sidenote: I've reviewed this 'solution' but my security settings we're correct as stated in this forum post https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/an-internal-error-has-occurred/m-p/13332260
When I markup my PDF on the Acrobat Reader app, I can see my specific changes in the toolbar. For example, if I replace text, it will show in the sidebar "replace selected text" and the change I made. However, when I try to share my work with others, they only see my markup as comments, not the specific markup, such as replaced text. How do I save/share my PDF so others can see specific comments and not just general comments?
