How to fix Fetching Certificate Revocation list from error 

Hello,Over a week ago, I was suddenly unable to open PDFs on my PC - Windows 10.Click to open PDF, just get the little blue spin for a second, then nothing.Adobe Acrobat app is the same (blue spin and nothing) - it will not even open.I have uninstalled, and reinstalled Acrobat Reader several times.No change.No error messages - just nothing.Thank you for any help.

I recently purchased Creative Cloud and installed several of its applications on my computer, including Acrobat reader.When I try to print some PDF documents with Acrobat Reader I have a problem with some documents not printing correctly.To understand the problem, please see the attached PDF (date_2024-07-18).When the above document is printed on both sides of one sheet, page 2 is printed completely differently.Page 2 is printed from the bottom of the page. This is a complete misrepresentation of the document.Along with this is a scan document of the printed pages.(See 380019823804110 -2024-07-19)This document prints without any problem using other Pdf software and only Acrobat Reader has this problem.This seems to be a bug in Acrobat Reader!Please help me to solve this problem.Thank you guys

Hello, as the title says, Adobe Acrobat Reader does NOT sign me in. Otherwise meaning, I cannot gain access to my account. It is a fresh install, the latest version, Windows 10, and simply put, I can't get passed the "Sign In" button. I have just purchased a 7-day Free Trial, as I'm needing to sign important documents in order to find work, and I otherwise cannot without being able to sign in. I was succesfully able to sign one document, however a different document I've attached to an email shows this: So therefore I needed to get Acrobat Pro to convert the file to Docx, which I've purchase the 7-day free trial, however I cannot sign in. This is very frustrating, as I'm in dire need of work as I've been out of work for over 15 months now. If any advice or help can be given in order to remedy this situation, it would be very very much appreciated. Kind regards,Nicholas. 

HiFor a while now, I have been forced to sign into my Adobe account when I try to open a pdf stored on my laptop. This is unneccesary and getting to be very annoying. Is there any way I can turn this feature off? Thanks.

I can't find an official support channel at all, so I'm posting here. There is an end user in my domain who is experiencing crashes w/ Adobe every now and then. A customer conctatted me for this kind of problem. All other PDF works fine but when it comes to a specific sender the PDF shows some words and other a random symbols.

I have no clue... I have tried everything and I continue to try to search for answers but none seem to be provided. I do not want to use a random signature created by the system, I want to use my own personal signature but every time I pull in an image of my initials and signature it rotates it vertically instead of horizontally with no option to to rotate the image. ANNOYING. I have confirmed via viewer that the photo is orientated correctly so this is a definite annoyance. Why is there not a simple rotate image option when adding photo? SIDE NOTE: Why does it have to be an image? This also seems super stupid since I would like an HD copy of my signature that was signed on a blank piece of paper via my scanner in PDF.

Hi, I have an Acrobat Premium account.  The Account page suggests that I can edit / export PDFs etc. However, everytime I try to access a PDF the App [Desltop] offers me a free trial and will not perform any functions. I have checked that I am 'signed in'.  I've also tried this on the web based version of Acrobat, and although it will let me initiate the process, it seems to think that my '.pdf' file type is invalid.  [Note : the file I'm trying to work with is password protected, I'm trying to convert it to WORD.  I have the password and can view the file].  Any suggests would be very welcome.  I use Acrobat infrequently, and the last time I used it I'm pretty sure it worked.  Thanks  PS I use a Mac Pro. 

I started having trouble opening Adobe PDF files and get a message saying that "Adobe Acrobat could not open XXXXXDocx because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't decoded correctly) - this is not the case as I have been working with these files forever, I need help![Title edited by moderator]

How i can read PDFs from right to left ?

Hi I created a adobse sign document that my recipient sent back to me and I am uploading it to a website as part of a disability claim. The website is asking for me to provide the document password in order for the file to be uploaded to the website. However, I never set a password for the document, I assume that it is protected as part of the adobe sign process?  Is there a password applied to the document? What is it?

I've written a manuscript in Pages on Mac. The font is New times roman 12. But when I convert the manuscript to PDF the font comes out much fainter and harder to read- headache.. Anyone have a similar issue and/or a fix?

Hello,As soon as one opens the VPN, one is disconnected from Adobe Acrobat. It's thus impossible to sign a PDF document using Adobe Acrobat if the document is on an external drive accessed by VPN, ie all our documents. This has been going on for months and is still not fixed by Adobe. Looking forward to learn how to overcome this bug using the VPN (please don't suggest to move our documents to our PC or to OneDrive, because company documents need to be on VPN connected drives and not on a cloud solution such as OneDrive and not on individual PCs. Thank you in advance.

Greetings-I have a Brother5200 laser printer w/ 2 trays w/ letter and legal size paper. I have been on Brother support for days trying to figure out why I can only print letter docs, or legal size docs, but not able to print mixed docs. Now Brother tells me it's an Adobe issue. After all the settings being set where it should work, I'm still at ground zero. I re-uploaded Adobe Reader and that hasn't made any difference either. I have turned down literally $500+ of work because of this problem not being able to print both sizes all week of screwing around with this. I'm not a tech geek but this shouldn't be this difficult. I'm beyond frustrated and out of patience. When I click on the printer icon for a random page I want to print out for example, it doesn't show the choices I see in the threads of users who've posted with the same problem. The drop down shows either letter, or legal, and about 10 other unrelated options ...executive, A5, A6, COM-10 etc.  It should not be this comp

PDFs opened directly from Outlook and opening in our Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription are not printing to a Savin IM C6000 printer. The very same PDF prints fine to a smaller HP LaserJet Pro M402dne printer. Furthermore, when I save the PDF to desktop and open it with Microsoft Edge and hit print, it prints fine to the Savin IM C6000. This suggests there is something getting lost in translation between the printer and Adobe Pro. I have made sure the latest drivers are installed. As mentioned, the PDF in Edge and a print test work fine, so the machine is talking to the printer correctly. The Saving IM C6000 printer is far quicker for printing out large contracts, so I would like to get things properly working. Any suggetions?

I used to be able to print coupons no problem, and now out of the blue, the coupon brings up the prompt to print, but the printer queue never shows up, doesnt print. but after i cant access the file again because it "already printed", which means ive wasted all my coupons, super annoying. ive restarted my computer, uninstalled and redownloaded adobe, set a different printer to default, nothing works. and the AI chat is no help.Im on a mac.

All form fields are turning into e-signature request.Everytime i try to write text in my formfields, it automaticly turn them into e-signature request. I can't turn them back to only text, the icon for that goes "grey" (not usable)

I measured on a wrong scale, I used a 1 inch to one inch scale but what i needed was a 1 inch to 20 foot scale. is there any way i can go back and change the measurement scale on what I did? or do I have to remeasure everything? for example i had one measurement i measured out that was 13.58 square inches but when I used the correct scale it was 5493.15 square ft so is there a conversion I can do?
