Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have been trying for many days to use premium features on my desktop but it doesn't letting me even though I'm logged in on desktop 

So i used the acrobat reader on android, it's siad 7 days free trial for the permium so i tried it out. I got charged full amount for the yearly subscription even though i cancelled it immediaetly. I contact Playstore and they said they can't refund and i should try to contact adobe. So i wrote to the email they left on Play store contact but that was 2 days ago and still no reply. I also noticed paople left review that they saw it said 7 day free trial but they got charged.  I barely used it and to pay 30 - 35 $ for it, it's indeed too much.

Alguém sabe se é possível alterar essa voz robótica do Adobe para uma voz mais natural, igual no Edge da Microsoft?

Hi All, So I have a user who works with Adobe Reader on iPadOS all the time.Before she used to open up PDF files and add a comment field to the PDF and while scrolling through the PDF file she adds comments to the file. Last week there has been a change and we do not know what change but now it is no longer possible to scroll through the PDF file while writing down comments. The moment you want to write down a comment the screen freezes at that specific part of the document and you are not allowed to scroll through only after saving the comment it lets you scroll.Does anyone here maybe have any idea on what could be the issue and how to solve this?User works on iPadOS 17 and has the latest Adobe Reader version running. We tried reinstalling the application and logging out and back in again from the app.Please let me know if you have any idea.Kind regards,Tom

Why did Adobe charge my bank card if I don't have a subscription?

Buen día , necesito ayuda , hace más de medio año que estoy pagando Premium en mi IPad para subrayar texto de un libro escaneado en PDF ... anteriormente me daba la opción de reconocer texto y así poder subrayar pero a partir de hoy ya no me permite subrayar en ningún documento escaneado ¿que puedo hacer para restaurar esa función ?

Every time I open pdf files, adobe makes a copy of it. So, ultimately it consumes 4 to 5 gb of storage from internal memory. I then have to manually delete all data from adobe app's phone settings by option 'clear data'.This is very troublesome. Please help me to disable adobe making copy of pdf files I opened.

I purchased the premium subscription, still says and acts as a free account, tried restoring purchase to no avail

Hi, I just want to annotate PDFs that are stored in my owncloud. When I open a PDF file via the owncloud app using Adobe Reader and then select the annotation function, Adobe Reader saves a copy of the file in the download folder. My annotations are therefore not saved in the original file, but in the copy. This behavior is completely stupid. If I want a copy, I can download it myself. But I don't want a collection of duplicates in my download folder, which I then have to rename manually, delete the old file in the cloud and then upload the annotated copy with the old name back to the cloud. Why can't I simply save my comments directly in the original, as I can in Adobe Reader for Windows? Is this a bug or a feature of yours? Is there any way to circumvent this behavior?

   I'm already subscribed thru Google and paid. But Adobe does not recognise my subscription.I tried to reinstall -sign and signout restart the phone still at the same 

Hello, I had 7 day free trail and i it's expiring tomorrow as of 10 November I tried a lot to cancel it but nothing works,  it's not canceling , I don't want to get charged because I don't need anymore and it's not what I am looking for ... please cancel my Adobe premium subscription as of now ..

I frequently use Adobe Scan to create .pdf files and send them to Acrobat to fill/sign and/or send a copy via email.Starting yesterday, the process works as usual until I try to open the file in Acrobat or send it out from Acrobat...Acrobat just closes without opening the file. I have updated my iPhone as well as the Adobe Scan and Acrobat, but it still keeps doing this!  HELP PLEASE

Hi,I have a CC Enterprise account that includes Acrobat Pro but when logging into the mobile app it shows my account as a free account and wants me to purchase another subscription for Acrobat. 

I have been working on a book in adobe PDF for weeks and we are sending to print today. After making final edits I saved the document and right after I pressed save it Erased all abut 3 pages of the book and the other 50 pages are blank. Where do I recover this? I need it now. 

My subscription will expire next year and it keeps on asking to subscribe when I'm trying to edit something 

However, I can easily highlight or underline that same pdf on my windows version of Adobe acrobat reader.  This just happened.  It was working fine a short while ago.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPad.   Did't fix the problem.  When I select "discover text" on the Adobe premier iPad app menu it takes forever to scan the entire document, but after it finishes and says " text discovered"I still can't underline or highlight the text.  Word search works fine.  Any suggestions?  Steve  

Our Plan Review and inspection company utilizes editable forms for our inspections, and while the form works perfectly on a windows desktop and on a coworkers IPad, mine has always had a problem with text in the form fields.  When typing into the field, the text appears as it should with the right font and size, however, once I am done editing that field and move on to another field, the text shifts up and thus is cut off and not acceptable to submit to a client or keep for records.  I have attached a photo illustrating both the text as it is being typed and a completed field.  Another co worker has a private adobe premium app on their iPad and has no issues whatsoever.  Yet another coworker has even stronger things happen while trying to edit the inspection form PDF.  His fields change fonts, change sizes, and regularly delete whole lines of text randomly.  He has the same version IPad that I do and the same program as far as I know (Adobe Pro).  Any

Until yesterday, everything was working just fine in my Acrobat Reader, but today, by some reason I could not identify, the markup feature simply isn't working. If I open the tool, it shows the color that should be applied and everything, but when I try to use it it doesn't work. The same thing happens with the underline tool. It happens both when I try to mark or underline things with my Apple Pencil or handsfree.
