Acrobat Reader Mobile

I guess this topic is more of a functionality suggestion rather than a question. I have an Android phone and for some reason there are no good and pleasant ways to open AI, PSD and EPS files on my phone. There are some 3rd party apps available in the Google Play store, but they are buggy and are filled with intimidating ads. The overall feel is simply not good. Why don't Acrobat on mobile support opening AI, PSD and EPS files? Just a preview is all that is needed. It's supported on desktop and AI and PSD files are even file suffixes exclusively by Adobe, so I really struggle to understand why. I guess it also applies to iOS devices. Am I the only one frustrated by this lack of functionality? 

Hi!I've created a form in Adobe Acrobat DC to be used on an iPad.  One of the radio buttons is set to display a hidden field when selected.  It works great on a PC, but does not work at all on an iPad.  Any suggestions?

Acrobat is up to date.  I am unable to open any PDF files on my Ipad or Iphones

I'm trying to create a decision tree form and everything works fine on the desktop version of adobe reader, but I can't get the buttons to work on mobile devices. Depending on the device/reader, the buttons might not even show up, or they will show up but do nothing. I am using buttons that hyperlink to another part of the document and have the following code: this.getField("number").value = "01"Any suggestions?

While using Adobe Reader on my Android, I could share my unsaved document and Adobe lost the whole document.  How can I retrieve on my Android?   [ "Acrobat Reader" added to title for clarity by moderator. "Crash or freeze" added to Topics. ]  

I have various iPhone apps that will share to Acrobat. But Acrobat doesn't cooperate. Acrobat asks me to login and 2nd device verify (each time), then it forgets to import the file. How can I share copy of a file into Acrobat? One example is MindNode app / share to / Acrobat. Acrobat opens a blank screen.

I have a pdf document and I want to add a hyperlink to another pdf document that is not in the same file. Do I need to add the file to my document and hide it or is there another way to do this? 

Hey 🙂 I need help to fill out some pdf tables for work. They have those prefilled calculations and filling out the table works just fine (for example included calendar functions) but it doesn't put out the calculations.The company had one tip for me that does not seem to work on my chromebook.They said to go to settings < categories < JavaScript < activate Acrobat JavaScript But I cant see any of those options in my settings. They are very limited.Does anyone have advise for me? Thanks in advance!

I had taken free trial of Adobe Acrobat reader: Edit PDF. Before the ending of trial, i already cancelled my subscription. Even after this, i was charged with yearly fee. Kindly look into this matter.

I have a yearly subscription for Acrobat Pro for desktop, does this not work for the ipad? I'm signed in with same account on my ipad but it's telling me I have to pay for another subscription on my ipad??

Hello,My problem is that I began correcting/commenting a pdf on my phone.But the file which is saving on my onedrive cloud, doesn't synchronize at all.I linked adobe and my onedrive account already.I can only find the "save a copy" option, but it means creating/uploading a new copy every time I make only a few changes, which is extremely cumbersome. I wish to save the change instantaneously like it is standard for files saved on a cloud. Did I miss something in the options?

Hi the files don't open on my Samsung ultra 21 and note 20 it says the files are corruption I have installed again still same problem 

Read through the community forums on similar questions.  Saw that it was asked for photos and information on current versions.  I just downloaded the most current version of Acrobat to both devices, as well as made sure they were both updated.  I've read that some people experienced a fix after Acrobat was updated to version 27.10.0.  My version is currently 21.10.0.19961.  I've already linked them from my desktop just fine.  Is there a setting in the Microsoft 365 Admin center I need to change? 

I have created some digital business cards using adobe pro dc. I have 5 buttons on the card that link to different social media platforms on the internet, ie" Facebook, Twitter, etc. The buttons and links work perfectly on a pc as well as android phones. I gave the card to 3 different people with Iphones and two of them worked fine but one users iphone the links would not open. They could click the button and get a message to "open link" but when they tried nothing happened. I'm sure this is an Iphone issue since they worked on two different Iphones but was wondering if there is a setting in adobe pro that I need to change to make sure it works on any iphone. This user was using Chrome and Safari on their Iphone as a browser and they don't have any 3rd party apps to open the pdf such as adobe, they are using the browser apps to open pdf's.Thank YOu.
