Edited a file on MacBook Acrobat App, then trying to open the same file on iOS mobile device. It won't open, just keeps coming with a blank screen.  

Since the last update all the above (hyperlinks, button to target, clickable index) are not longer working. It's not working with interactive or print pdf. I really need this functionality for users that download pdf's from my clients website. As I can see, I am not the only one that has this problem. I am on 21.02.00 on ios. On my old iPad it's still working fine (version 20.11.00).

  When I try and update a form (date and check boxes) this is where we are having the issue. Once we update the forms and either email them or upload them to a 3rd party app they are corrected.I am using the filliable forms on an IPad with the latest IOS. Please fix asap as this is causing issue for our technicians.We are using Adobe Reader: Ver: 21.02.00 which was updated recentlyThanks

Last week I discovered that the Zapf Dingbats tick was not visible when the checkbox was tapped with the form open in Acrobat for Android.However checking on a previous device that had not been connected to the Internet I found that the tick was visible working correctly, the software version of Acrobat had not been updated.The difference was that the new version of Acrobat 21. 2.0 17204 fails to make the tick visible. I understand that this is a recent release.If the form is emailed and opened on a desk top the ticks are visible, but obviously not for the user completing the form.Could you please let me know if there will be a new release to correct this?

Since the last iOS update the button box facility in forms are no longer working, major problem for my business so please issue a fix to this problem ASAP!

Every time I try to send a protected pdf if gives me a "timed out" message???

All Android devices running Acrobat version 2.0. 17204 fail to present checkbox ticks. However, on checking another Anroid device not connected to the Internet and running the previous version 10.1 16347 all forms worked perfectly. The forms were produced with Indesign and have been deployed for a number of years. I presume that there will be a fix for this temporary bug. Thanks Peter J

1. The app will not load. It crashes immediately. It will not open so there is no chance to use the app.

I have noticed the “Go-To-Page” function no longer works with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader for the android mobile app.I have tried this with a few different PDF files and none of them work.The Adobe Acrobat DC version works correctly on my laptop but the Adobe Acrobat for android version does not on my android mobile device.I have tried this with several PDF’s that use the Go-To-Page function and none on them work with the recent version of Adobe Acrobat for android.I will include a screenshot of a page and circle the areas that have the Go-To-Page function, that no longer work.I will also attach a small PDF file that uses the Go-To-Page function that will no longer work on my android mobile device.

Hi. I've updated my IOS recently and it caused me to lost all of my data. I was wondering if I could retrieve my documents in Adobe reader in any way. I've never upload it to cloud.. the only thing I've done is to sign in with my account. Kindly assist.

I have some saved docs asking for a password to open them. I don't know the password because I don't recall creating a password for the doc. What can I do to open these pdf docs?

I want to make the refund to last pay. I installed the application, but I uninstalled back because I do not want to pay for it.  Hi,Im having trouble in using Adobe app for Samsung. I have a purchased PDF book with videos embedded within the booklet. I've had the booklet for a while and the videos worked fine (for over a year)until today.  I clicked on the "find in document" tool to search for the section i required, x'd out of the search tool before clicking on the video (i know video link won't work when search tool is open), however when I now click on the video link nothing happens.It was working fine seconds before I opened the search tool before it stopped working. All other booklets are still working fine.Any help appreciated
