Acrobat Reader Mobile

Olá, fiz o teste grátis do aplicativo Adobe mas no dia de fazer o cancelamento por não estar satisfeita com o aplicativo visto que o mesmo apresenta problemas no meu tablet e não tem o bom funcionamento de todas as funções, a Play Store não aceitou meu pedido de reembolso e o valor foi descontado do cartão de crédito.  Estou enviando isto pois, segundo a política do Adobe, o cliente pode pedir o reembolso caso não esteja satisfeito com a compra até após 14 dias de ter efeituado a mesma. Peço encarecidamente a ajuda de vocês para ter meu valor reembolsado pois o aplicativo realmente não me tem serventia e o valor não compensa para mim. At.te,Jéssica de Oliveira.

I downloaded from https://get.adobe.com/it/reader/ the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my Windows 10 laptop and I noticed that horizontal scrolling two fingers on TouchPad does not work even though there is an horizontal scroll bar, and indeed the only way I have to scroll horizontally is to click on it.  Vertical scroll with touchpad works perfectly, plus vertical and horizontal scrolls with touchpad both work perfectly on other apps (like Microsoft Office, Google Chrome etc...).So that makes me think the issue is strictly related to Adobe. I already tried uninstalling and re installing the program - it doesn't help. How can I solve the issue?

Hi.I use my Adobe account in my Android tablet (Samsung). The last couple of days, when I was trying to open one of my files, a banner appeared telling me that there was not any memory left. However, I tried the same from another tablet and could open the files. Thus, I undeerstood that the problem was not in my Adobe's Cloud memory but in my tablet's memory. Nevertheless, my tablet has plenty of memory left. My next step was to try to change the Document Cloud Cache Location from "Internal storage" to "SD Card" but I wasn't able to do it: when I pressed the button, nothing changed.What can I do?Thanks.

Hi togetherI absolutely love to read stuff on my iPad via the Adobe Acrobat Reader, but I would really like to download some documents in advance to read them later on when on plane or train. 

On a pdf form that has fillable fields about 1/4 of the way down the page after I type in the text and move to the next box, the text gets moves upside down or mirrored vertically. I can not find where this would be in settings. I have used this form before without this problem. I redownloaded a blank form. It still did it. I deleted and reinstalled the app and I am still having issues. I am including a photo so you may see. Any help is much appreciated. I am using the iOS app.

Please get rid of the scrolling wheel on the iOS devices and allow the typing in the page numbers. When printing out a chapter in a large document, this is annoying to scroll through hundreds of numbers to get to the 12 pages you want to print. Or at least give the choice of the wheel or the manual enter of page numbers. This is my only complaint right now with this software, and it needs to be fixed. For a long time user, I find that your change to this print range as unacceptable. Thanks

I have a number of forms that have been created using Adobe and they are emailed to staff who use ipads, within the last few days the forms for some of the users open as blank pages, they can click on the form and a box appears suggesting that the form is there in the back ground. The only thing I have managed to work out is that the ipads in question are running the latest version of acrobat on the ipad. Can anyone suggest a fix for this or know if I can downgrade to an older version on the ipad?Thank you in advance for any help.

Hello friends, I'm new to the community, but not Adobe. In fact, years ago no, when I was in high school, I had the full Adobe suite that I sort of stole from my school, but we'll save that story for a different day... Besides, I just rip them the DVDs, then I brought them back to school the next day, so technically I borrowed them! LOL anyway, it's been a long time since I've used anything Adobe and in the age of blue light being so bad for our eyes, I'm very much used to using apps with dark mode or dark screen capabilities.So, tonight, I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader, editor, all-in-1-dealio from the Googler Play Store and I can't for the life of me figure out how to switch it to dark mode/theme or if there even is a dark mode, good news, I've got about 6 days left on my free trial, so before I get stuck with this for a year at $49.99. I want to know so if there isn't a way to make it dark, I need to decide whether to invest in a heavy-duty pair of sunglasses in order to be ab

I often convert InDesign documents to the PDF format for viewing on mobile devices. The PDFs contains both internal and external links. All link are created within InDesign.But after the new update the links do not work anymore in the Acrobat Reader for iPad. The problems occurs both in new and old PDFs.This problem occurs only in the Acrobat Reader for iPad. All links works fine in the reader for iPhone and on all other Acrobat readers for desktops.Also: if I use another reader like PDF Viewer PSPDFKit every link works just as supposed.Has anyone experienced the same problem - or is this a major ‘bug’ in the new version?Or is there a workaround?

La app ha dejado de funcionar en iOS. Si el pdf tiene cuadros de texto, las palabras se descolocan, no funcionan los botones para hacer check, no sincroniza co Dropbox... todo está actualizado pero no funciona.

Hello! I bought my wife Samsung Android Tablet S6 lite. Went to Google store to install Acrobat Reader. It says Acrobat reader is not available in my country. This can not be serious, I have it installed on my phone, the same country (Serbia). Is this really Adobe policy? What is rationale behind it if it is? It should be free app to the best of my knowledge. Thanks for your help.
