Hello, Samsung reps have confirmed I am not subscribed to premium but on the Adobe mobile app it still shows I am premium.  Please have this updated to show I am no longer premium so ensure I do not get billed in error somehow. Contact me asap to confirm this has been corrected.  Thanks

I canceled my subscription by mistake. Then i tried to restore it from galaxy store and Google play but it doesn't workI click restore purchase in the adobe acrobat but this massage appears  know what can i do to restore it?

Twice today I signed up for the free trial. Twice I verified the payment and the identity through my bank, but I have not recieved my trial, I am still just a free user and I can only use the functionalities of the free version. What kind of free trial is this and to what kind of non functioning paid version is this leading? What is really needed to get the free trial, because signing up for the free trial is apparently not the way to get it.

Hi, I have downloaded the Adobe app on both my android devices. I cannot see any to select only layers that I want to print from patterns, as I could when I had a desktop.Is this feature not available on the Adobe mobile app, if it is, how do I select them?Thank you

Hello , I have subscribed adobe acrobat pdf reader free period at 2nd February 2021. In that subscription you said that free trial period until 9th of February 2021, and also it gets payment with the warning of payment from after finished trial period. But today received a message that you cut 9.99$ from my credit card without giving a warning. My credit card already running as empty this payment further reduce my balance as in minus balance it creates more interest of my credit card due payment. So please give kindness that refund my money 9.99$ to my account. I am long term user of Adobe acrobat reader.  In future I will encourage your app and company reputation. I'm being asked for a password to open a document that I don't remember setting a password for. How do I recover a password?  

There seems to be a problem with the mobile Versions of Adobe Reader. We are creating protected documents where signing is explicitly allowed. But signing of these documents fails in Acrobat Reader Mobile on iPhone and Android with the error message, that the document can't be signed, because the document is protected.Signing in Adobe Fill and Sign is working however. Signing in Adobe Reader on Windows is working, too.I would be grateful for any suggestions or aknowledgement, that there is a bug in the mobile versions.

The adobe acrobat reader app in my mobile phone displays blank pdf file.  The contents are 100% missing.  How do I rectify this problem of blank content?  Pls help.

How do I change my email address. DO NOT say "click right corner > my information > blah, blah, blah! It has taken me somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes just to get to this point and I'm nothing short of pissed. I had to do a password reset as well and for what reason? There was nothing wrong with the password I had. It was not a duplicate & met password requirements, obviously or it wouldn't have been there in the first place. Then several more stops to "enter email & password" just so I could ask a question. This is absolutely ridiculous. So because adobe you have wasted so much of my precious time you can go F*******self and keep your answer. I will never use you again no matter the situation! 

I have several files trying to convert or combine and they will not finish. I have updated the app shut off and turned back on my iPad. I even left the app open for ten minutes and still nothing. Please help.

Hi, Believing that there is free one week trial period I downloaded the PDF Convertor but immediately I was charged 389 INR.I do not know why I was charged .Can anyone share thoughts?

I've signed out and back in but my app will not link to my adobe account. It lets me sign in but shows me as a free user and doesn't show any of my files?
