Acrobat Reader Mobile

 Hi , i receive my wage invoices from Hermes deliveries . When i receive my notifications , Adobe will not open them no matter what browser i use . Google , Chrome or Firefox . I am using a Samsung S10+ . Can you give me any guidance , as go why it says when trying to open it  " file may be broken or corrupt " Yet it opens instantly on my Samsung tablet   and Drll pc . So it just my phone that cant . Can you help please 

I suddenly can't sign in to my account on my mobile app, but it's fine through the browser on my mobile. It's very frustrating not to be able to use liquid mode etc to read pdfs. Get to sign in page, and blue button "continue" is not functioning. 

I have no trouble signing in online, but the phone app doesn't allow me to access a sign in page. When I tap Sign In, it takes me to a page that says Continue, which button doesn't work. Nothing happens.

Does anyone have an idea what is causing this to pop up on my Samsung 8S+ smartphone?It's been about 4 days now. I've uninstalled Adobe Air and disabled notifications from most apps that I thought was causing it, all to no success. 

I have three OneDrive accounts, my school, my volunteer, my personal. How do I link them all? I often work in all three on my iPad. Soon, I might have a forth with my work. is the a way to link all 3 of my OneDrives? in case you need to know I'm talking about my iPad Pro, using Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hi All, I have made a form in adobe acrobat DC where i have put some tips in the form fields. However I cannot get these tips to display when the form is opened on ipad using the adobe acrobat app. I also need to be enter information into the form fields so having them as read only is not an option. Just wonderring if there is something in the settings or something similar that i need to change.  cheersLC

I have been working on a pdf on document cloud by adding texts and sticky notes, highlighting and free hand use with frequent saving within the text itself and whenever i close the document it saves changes automatically. Suddenly despite the document being openned and all changes being saved, two days work in the comment list disappeared. I was wondering if i could recover it as this work is very important? Also if you keep cache files Since this document is a document cloud one not a saved copy on my android. I would appreciate any help.

  

On my android phone my .pdf attachment files in email open in printer instead of in Adobe. Do I need to change a setting somewhere on my phone?

Hi there, from Adobe acrobat I can't save my files to OneDrive. Only I have options for Dropbox documents cloud and Drive.Any  help?

It's very urgent please help me.I have downloaded the app but when i click on sign in option, a pop up comes up stating that please try after some time.I have tried with all the option to sign in of your none seems to work.Please resolve my issues at the earliest as my work is getting suffer from this.  

Since upgrading my device .pdf files do not open from my stock file folder. If I go to Adobe app directly, it does not show me the files at all. How can I fix this to allow me to open .pdf files from anywhere on my device?

Why is it so hard to cancel my premium account? All I can guess is that Adobe wants that money every month.

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem. Ich habe eine Pdf Anleitung gekauft und heruntergeladen, nun sind darin Bilder enthalten, die eigentlich als Links sein sollen. Bei mir werden die Links aber nicht dargestellt. Ich habe keine Hand oder etwas ähnliches und kann somit mit diesem Dokument nichts anfangen. Kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen? Ich habe ein Android Handy. 

On iPad two page view mode, files in certain languages (eg Arabian, Chinese and Japanese) from right to left are still displayed from left to right. These files can be properly shown on acrobat dc on pc so it is obviously a problem in acrobat mobile. 

Hi there,  I was reading a PDF document on iPad and made many comments and highlights using the Acrobat Reader app. I left the document open and locked the iPad.. but upon unlocking it, I ecountered a message reading "System error". I clicked "Ok" then had the document closed automatically. After I opened the document back, I found out that all markups disappeared.  The file is a local one (not on iCloud). Would appreciate any clues to restore these markups.

I have subscribed to Adobe premium but have not been able to convert to PDFs using the app. I have deleted and reinstalled but continue to get an error.  

Cant use tbe Adobe pdf pack via iphone mobile app??? I have a year subscription. I access via the web but cant on the app??

Acrobat has a feature in the iOS version where one can hold on a .pdf attachment and choose "Import to Acrobat". This used to work with html files, but no longer works. The reason why this is desirable is the Quick Look does not support imbedded JavaScript within an html document and Adobe Reader Mobile does. Our company sends out an important html document where the dynamic JavaScript is critical. It would be nice to be able to do this more simply than saving the file to a files and re-opening it from within Adobe Acrobat Reader. This used to work.Please pass this request through whatever channel you have. Thanks.

Hallo everybody, I have some problems opening documents from Dropbox. I am using Dropbox and Adobe acrobat reader on my IPad with IPadOS 14.2 My usually workflow is that I go into Dropbox searching for my document I want to open. The next step is to press on the implemented button in Dropbox where a window opens where I can press on "open with Adobe acrobat reader".After this process the application is opening but than the error report "connecting to Dropbox in not possible" in german: "Verbindung zu Dropbox nicht möglich" occurs. The curious about this is that if I repeat the process from the step "Open with Adobe acrobat reader" it is working on the second try. Thats really annoying. Does anybody have the same problem or even have a solution for the behavior? Thank you for your reply. Best regards
