Acrobat Reader Mobile

I have subscribed yesterday for the acrobat reader app on the iPhone, I paid 1 month subscription but when I go to the app it asks me to subscribe in order to compress a file. Then it gives the small msg that I am subscribed but I am not able to use the compress or other utilities. What should I do? How can I fix this issue?

When I use my Adobe ID login Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF which I download from App store in my iPhone, I failed and alert me: Access Denied, You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support…But I can login other apps such as PS Express, Lightroom, Adobe Draw with the same ID, Help.

Hi everyone, I was trying to merge some PDF files like usual, however once I pressed "combine", the app showed that " Cannot covert files". I tried again with files that was successfully combined and it said the same thing. How can I solve this? What is happening? 

Hi! The highlighter is a zoom and I can no longer highlight the text with the apple pencil on IPAD.What's wrong?It's a pdf problem, app problem or what? Other pdf sheets work...Thanks for your answer.Eleonora

Hello, i have a prescription on Adobe Premium for several moths. Al of the sudden this is not working anymore.Adobe keeps telling in Acrobat reader that I have to buy the program.

I recently downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader app for my iPad Pro and have a DC Pro subscription. I notice I do not have the same features I have on my desktop such as Add Attachment, add Stamp, and Mouse Drawing Tools. Is there somewhere I am not looking where these features may be hidden? I searched everywhere and I am unable to access these features. I have attached screen shots from my desktop and my iPad Pro screen.

I have tried to combine large segments of PDF into a single file on Mac. Approximately 600 pages in all. It's been working away for a month without actually combining or stopping. How I do stop combining or delete the files? I keep getting a message saying files cannot be opened during conversion. Thank you.

I paid for the upgrade so I could edit from my iPad, but it did not install properly and now when I click on edit, it asks me to purchase and says I have already purchased ??? Help !

Hi, I am on a 7 day trial but my app is not recognising the subscription. Every time I try to compress a PDF it tells me to subscribe. When I click to subscribe it tells me I already have but still will not let me compress. My documents in the cloud have all disappeared too. Can you help? 

Hey,How can I read files attached to the PDF on iOS?

But the highlights do not show up when I view same pdf from my computer.Shouldn't the marks/highlights/notes I add to the document when in the cloud show up on all devices.It doesn't do much good to use the document cloud if I can't add notes and highlights and have that available regardlessof device.Can anyone help?  Am I missing some important set up or step?Thanks.

After I upgrade the App to the last version, I can’t select any text in a pdf book.

Is there a way to save pdfs from the adobe cloud to my ipad so that I can use them offline? I can't find a way around having to manually save each one on my icloud and I have hundreds of documents I need on here. All of the pdfs are saved on a non apple computer as well.

Hi  I am unable to text search or highlight text in PDF on Acrobat IOS but am able on Windows Acrobat to the same file. I have updated my app. There is no security or encryption on the file. It seems select files are ok both some are not.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I thought I created my signature even seeing an email approval: but I can't use my approved signature on an urgent pdf from SBA. I now have my acrobat reader on my iPad but it does not insert the official signature. please help. How do I fix and do this?

i would like to know how do i make adobe reader pro read pdf in voice, audio. my ipad is 7th generation.

I'd like to be able to read my reports much as I would the printed edition or a book, with pages side by side in landscape mode, but can't see where to do this.I'd also like to be able to zoom in but this also seems to be lacking.Thoughts?
