Acrobat Reader Mobile

Since the last updat, all my tags and comments in pdf are being lost when I close the document. What should I do? Why is it happening?

I’ve recently had to reset my phone and after I reinstalled Adobe and logged in it seems I’ve lost all my info !! Any advice ??

Hi,I did hours and hours of work yesterday on a document and around 70 out of my 130 page document (all of which the annotations were done yesterday, the previous annotations had been done a few days before) have disappeared. I worked on the document for a long period of time and I know Acrobat Reader autosaves, but when I clicked ‘done’ on the document and closed my iPad (just the ipad, not the app), they were all gone today when I reopened it. There was no warning telling me the document could not be saved.I checked both recent docs and documents for the annotations - neither of which had the saved docs. My documents aren’t saved to a cloud just on my IPad device. I’ve closed the app and reopened it and the doc isn’t there either. I’ve yet to turn off my iPad. I am using version 18.12.00 (20181212.095727) of the Acrobat reader and this has never happened to me before on this app, and I use it a lot. The Intune SDK was updated December 2018 and the latest app release was June 2018, so maybe this is a compatability issue? When can we expect a new release, build on the new Intune SDK?

So when I use Adobe to work with PDFs on PC it works very well.The feature I’m discussing here is how if I select a box and start typing to fill it, the text starts to shrink to make room for my continued typing. When I type on Mobile Acrobat Reader I can select a box, start typing, even save PDFs. When I continue typing in a box though the text doesn’t shrink. This leads to a character cap much lower than if I were typing on a computer. Is there a workaround for this? Or could this feature be carried over?

If I download and install certificates on iPhone/iPad, ther'is a way to sign a PDF document with a certificate?I'm refer to this feature that is available on Adobe Acrobat from PCThank you so muchBRAlessandro

Is there any option on Acrobat reader for Android to "show/hide all comments" , similar to Ctrl+May+8 on Windows? Google Drive default pdf reader do not provide such option, maybe Acrobat?. Thanks, Joaquín

I have created a pdf using acrobat dc then add it to my dropbox. When I try to open it from Dropbox app on iPad it just comes up with a "get Adobe Reader Now"I have tried this but still am not able then open/find the pdf file. I used to use X then open in IBooks - this has worked well for years - any suggestions

So I use a use an IPad Pro for by adobe reader app. I can only highlight every other page in my textbook. So on a page that I can’t highlight, the system will act normal but the highlight doesn’t show up. Even when I change the color as well.

I read a lot of pdf’s in English, which isn’t my native language. When I come across words which I don’t understand, I select them and use the define function which works very well.The only issue is that with 95% of the words I select (by simply having a long press on that particular word), the last letter of that word isn’t selected. Hence I have to manually adjust the selection with the slider which is quite cumbersome.I can’t figure out why 5% of those words don’t have this issue (plural, infinitive,...). Is this a bug or a feature?Thanks in advance!

Bonjour,J'utilise l'application android acrobat reader pour la lecture de pdf. Lors de mes lectures, je fais des surlignages sur les documents. Je voudrais savoir s'il était possible de réunir mes surlignages (et en général, toutes annotations ou modifications) que j'opère sur le document, de les exporter sur un autre pdf ou sous un format word par exemple. J'ai déjà tenté de rechercher si c'était possible en cherchant une quelconque option dans l'application, mais je n'ai rien trouvé. Adobe Reader v18.11 allows for file name change and moves, I have lost this functionality with the latest 18.12 update.  I have one iPad with 18.11 and everything works fine but not on the iPad using 18.12.  Any ideas why this option disappeared?

Hi,I have a long PDF document I'm trying to get through (with highlighting, etc along the way) little by little. I downloaded Adobe on my tablet (Kindle Fire) and phone (Pixel 3 - Android) so that I can save the PDF to the cloud and work on it across devices. For a few days it worked perfectly. Now, all of a sudden, Adobe on both devices doesn't seem to know how to open it. On the fire, I get an error. On the phone, it loads to 100% then prompts me to pick another app to open it with. I don't really understand why this is - why wouldn't Adobe open the PDF in Adobe? When I go on the cloud reader on a computer, it opens fine within the cloud reader. It is not doing that on a device, though.Thanks for the help.

The overall support for embedding audio in PDFs is generally quite poor. A PDF with embedded audio cannot be played on an Android device WHY? It cannot be played on a Kindle Fire - again WHY. I have made several PDFs with embedded audio which play in Acrobat (only after a lot of tweaking) - this process should be much easier after all this is 2019 not 1999. Simple question: what's the point of having educational PDFs if the embed audio cannot be played on an Android?

I have a document in the Outbox that is trying to save to the Cloud, but won't. The notification is that Adobe Acrobat can't save the document because it's either been moved or deleted. It's been deleted. Yet, it's still trying to save it. And as a result, I can't seem to be able to save anything else to the Cloud. What's pending still appears to be waiting on this particular file. I lost some work in a particular pending document as a result.How do I fix the situation or stop it?

Hi, We have a small team that is using Adobe Reader to open pdf from OneDrive on a Tab S2.All these users share the same Samsung account but sync is disabled.For some reason the PDF is getting filled in with data filled by other staff.I have deleted  the app, deleted any cache or app data via Settings -> AppThe data still comes back.All team members save the original file to each others separate Onedrive folder.I don't know where else does Adobe Reader requires data to be purge for this to go away.What is causing the prefilled data to populate all team members pdf document?

Can you not sign in with a different device and still have the files from before? I had to reset my iPad and now I loged back in and only one of my files are there? Any help is appreciate. This is on Adobe Reader. Do they need to be saved to the cloud? If so how?Thanks.

How can I import a fdf file into a pdf template on my iPad.i can do this on my laptop by double clicking the fdf file then it automatically asks me for the pdf template then imports the text from the fdf file into the pdf template, then I just save the pdf template with the inserted text as a different name.
