Acrobat Reader Mobile

All of my OneDrive files were working fine a couple days ago, pulling them into my iPad Acrobat through "other locations". After the Apple "upgrades" to ios 12.0,, Arrrggghhh!!! about 1/2 my files will not open, getting the message "Could not open "filexxx.pdf" due to an unknown error.  Please try again later."  I've already updated Acrobat to 18.09.14 and that didn't fix it. Craziest thing, maybe 1/2 of the 75 or so files open normally, the other 1/2 fault.  I went back to the masters and re-downloaded everything to OneDrive again, but no change in which ones open on the iPad and which ones don't.Any fixes???

Im having trouble selecting a PDF file text on my mobile. I can select text with the same file on PC but on mobile it just doesnt work. The file is unlocked and contains text. Operating system is iOS 12 on iPhone 8 and the newest app version

can't highlight any texts that used to be able to do with the old version...

ok we are using several android tablets along with dropbox to share fillable adobe PDF files in the field. recently we open them from dropbox and they are read only we can not edit them by opening them from dropbox. however if we try to open them from adobe app they tend to freeze while opening but when they do open we can edit them any ideas????

Guten Tag,ich glaube vor 3 Tagen gab es das letzte Update für den Adobe Acrobat Reader.Ich habe viele PDFs als Katalog erstellt, die über Hyperlinks auf die einzelnen Seiten innerhalb des Dokuments springen oder aber auch auf externe URls.Gerade habe ich das Update installiert und es funktioniert kein Link mehr. Gibt es eine Lösung für das Problem?Die Dateien wurden mit Powerpoint erstellt und mit dem Acrobat konvertiert.Es funktioniert aber auch nicht wenn ich einen Link direkt in Acrobat einsetze.Mit freundlichen Grüßen

before the update I was able to follow “ref.points” in my PDF’files. But after the update it’s not longer possible, is this a bug, or simply just a feature that has been removed?

Is there any way to get hyperlinks to work in the latest update, on the mobile Acrobat Reader app?  We use hyperlinks to move around in a 200+ page pdf.

The pdf file hyperlinks used on my iPhone 6 suddenly stopped working. The same files work just fine on my desktop computer. What gives?

Je créer des fichiers avec liaisons entre pages avec Microsoft Publisher. Je les exporte en PDF et les utilise avec Adobe Acrobat pour Ipad. J'ai donc des documents PDF avec des zones sur lesquelles j'appuie grâce à l'écran tactile de l'iPad pour naviguer entre les pages du document.  Depuis la version 18.09.14, cela ne fonctionne plus. 

Has there been any indication of a solution yet?

my hyper links are not working in v18.09.14. When can we expect a solution?

Buttons and links on my PDFs have stopped working after updating to the latest IOS App.

Na de laatste update vandaag 02 10 2018 kan ik geen koppelingen meer openen in de documenten; After the latest update 2 october 2018 it is not possible to open links in de cuments.How to solev that problem? Very important tool!!!! I mean the links in a document.

Eingebettete Links wie „gehe zur Seite 2“ werden ignoriert.um zu den Lesezeichen zu kommen ist nun ein gewaltiger Mehraufwand nötig.

hey. I’m just wondering. Is it I need to update my iOS (coz I still in iOS 11.2 if I’m not mistaken) or is it the problem with new update of this Adobe app on iPhone that it will be fix, or it will not be fix? About the title chapters. When I’m using the former version of Adobe, I press the title chapter and it will be automatically bring to there, bring to that exact page, I mean. But now, not anymore. Does it will be fix or now we need to always just to adjust the page number without depending on the title chapter (that is kinda hyperlink, right?) if I need to read the documents that is kinda nearing 100 pages. Please, I really hope for its to be fix

I have a variety of PDFs with "go to a page" links that only function on the desktop. These are added in Acrobat Pro DC with both link and form (button) options. None work with the Acrobat Reader on the iOS. Oddly enough launched as a "recent document " from the iPad home bar or with an alternate reader (Good Reader) the PDFs all perform correctly. These are not links to web pages, external docs only pages inside of the PDF itself. Is there a security toggle I'm missing?

Since the Adobe Reader updated to version 18.09.14 (20181003.095729) on my iPad pro (iOS 12.0.1), the links in my document no longer function. This is an issue as there is (was) a clickable link in a document to find music an e-book that I use exclusively for performing.  Without the links, it is nearly impossible to find specific pieces in the e-book. Any suggestions or is there a fix coming?Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I received a PDF fillable file,  drop down list works on my desktop, but does not work on Iphone or Ipad.  It has fillable text fields and signature and those work on the iphone and ipad. Only issue is drop down menus.

Hi I am also experiencing the same problems as mentioned by a lot of people recently. With the new update on October 2018, years and years of my class notes are GONE. When I click 'Files' and than 'On This Ipad' there are no documents there besides a 'Welcome'  to Document Cloud. This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Please give us a solution. This $200,000 USD of medical notes gone. I have not done anything out of the ordinary with my iPad since I owned it. I also have called the Adobe Customer care number and I was suggested to post it as a 'forum' instead. Thanks.

Hello,My name is Dan and I work in a large orgnization. We utilize tens of thousands of the free Adobe Reader available in the iTunes store for iOS devices (11.4.2+ and 12.0.1+). We install reader typically via Apple Configurator, but sometimes through an MDM/MAM.After the most recent iOS app release of Adobe Reader (18.09.14), there is extreme lag when attempting to scroll through the documents library. Note, our libraries contain atleast 200 PDF's. The lag appears to be caused by the app loading the first page of each document as a thumbnail.Even after scrolling past every document to do an initial thumbnail load, the reader continues to experience the issue when revisiting previously loaded documents. The lag experienced makes the app borderline unusable, as the user would have to scroll-wait for 1-10 minutes just to locate a single file.Is anyone else experiencing this issue?Is the Adobe Reader team for iOS aware of this issue?Is there an estimated date to patch this issue?Is there
