Screen freezes ask to get scanner doesn’t open and I can not access my documents

I've posted a couple replies describing the same problem. You're not alone.I have an iPad Pro 12.9 / 2nd gen running iOS 11.4.1.The iPad automatically updated AR today, 10/2, to version 18.09.13. I launched it and the app gets stuck on the Home page. I tried to press any icon, button, etc and nothing happens. AR is completely frozen. I can't access the files at all. Annoying!I restarted the iPad a couple of times but that had no effect, whatsoever. It seems that a lot of people are having this problem with the iPad specifically. NOTE: the same version runs fine on my iPhone 6s with the same iOS.In the meantime, I connected the iPad to iTunes and in the File Sharing window I dragged and dropped all my PDF files into a folder on my Mac just as a precaution, in case I have to delete the current version and reinstall it.Adobe, please listen to us iPad folks, get on the stick, and fix this.

Does anyone know how to fix problem with Acrobat reader not working at all in iOS 12?

Frozen screen, you can’t scroll fluently, you don’t even have an alphabetic menu/shortcut (so if you hace a file that starts with letrer X you’ll be all night scrolling -if it doesn’t freeze), the search option is teeerrible, it’s all so slow and a freaking mess. I’m moving from this app, can you recommend an app that actual,y works?. The best you can do is downgrading to previous version, and your remaining users will be happy.

after the new updated i cant open the app . most of the time it crashes

It used to be easy to adjust the length, in-point, and out-point of a highlight in Adobe Reader for iPhon. With the new update, I cannot find this function.

When I swipe left on a document I select More and Move but I can't select Onedrive, only local.

Before yesterday up date ( version 18.09.13 (20180917.165138) I could enter any text to the document ( I’m not interested on the yellow note) where did go?

After recent update  which unnecc moved tools, went to highlight lines. First swipe worked, none since. Other tools work, no highlighter in any color.

I updated adobe acrobat reader to the newest version (18.09.13 ) and it won’t let me highlight my pdf documents anymore, is there something I can do without uninstalling the app?

Here are the problems of the last update1. It's difficult to access bookmarks2. It's difficult to place bookmarks3. It's unpleasant when text jumps when trying to scroll up (because of menu string show)Please try to fix this or provide option to downgrade.

On my iPad Pro, how to access and read PDF files saved in the internal storage before the last version? I am no longer able to access or to read PDF files saved with the previous version (several days, weeks, months, ... back then).

Since the Adobe Reader  update, highlighting, underlining and other functions that need to detect the text from the documents don’t work anymore. It’s as if the app didn’t recognize the text of the pdf documents. How can this be solved?

Quando mando imprimir em PDF para dentro dos 2 smartphones APARECE DE IMEDIATO UM NOME PARA O ARQUIVO. Este nome de arquivo não pode ser alterado antes de salvar. Acontece que um site gera um none de arquivo que dá ERRO. Assim não consigo salvar o arquivo. VEJAM OS 4 ANEXOS.Este aviso de ERRO acontecia quando eu tinha um smartphone ASUS, mas BASTAVA TOCAR NA BARRA ONDE APARECIA O NOME SUGERIDO DO ARQUIVO E EU CONSEGUIA EDITAR 100%, ou seja, nomeava o arquivo sem problemas e em seguida salvava.Como resolver este problema?Falei com a SAMSUNG é mandaram falar com o desenvolvedor do aplicativo que são vocês. Muito obrigado e espero receber a resposta o quanto antes.

it seems after the recent update, there are only 7 preset pen thicknesses - the smallest which is too large for my preference. Is there a way to get smaller pen thicknesses? Before the update, I was using a smaller pen thickness.

I have updated the app to the new 18.09.13 version and now I cannot use it as the app is freezed at the “Home”. I tried to restart my iPad but it was not helpful. I need some files urgently and I have no backups. Please try to fix the bug.Note: I’m using iOS 12.0

Hi, I'm using Acrobat DC. And I was checking a PDF file using Preflight. (It's a PDF file but consists of 5 large jpeg - just scanned in.)Then to my puzzlement, Preflight found several vector objects in this PDF. And as I checked them, it does look like they are tiny vector objects created by Illustrator or InDesign (rectangles). But this PDF is supposedly 'fresh' off from the scanner. 5 pages document was scanned in - resulting in 5 jpeg file, and that was saved as PDF for sharing. So where do these Vector Objects come from? Did Acrobat DC created them as it opened and rendered the PDF? Or Acrobat DC will never do that? I am just completely puzzled about where these vector objects came from. If Acrobat DC never do such thing on its own - then we have to start to think about the possibility that the file might got replaced or edited by someone in the process. Anyway, so confused. Any help/advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have an LG G5 phone. Recently my phone was updated to Android version 8.0. Now, I cannot exit Adobe Acrobat unless I power off my phone. The LG G5 uses icons at the bottom of the screen for 'back', 'home', etc. Normally, a full screen app like Acrobat allows one to tap the bottom of the screen to bring up these icons. This no longer occurs, making it impossible to gracefully exit from the app. Help!

Hi, I am having troubles  with the notes within an existing file, Below example is when looking through document on iPad adobe Acrobat pop up notes are highlighted but won't open. Using Mac book - Preview - pop up notes showing and I can not get rid of them or bring any of the behind ones to the front Any help around this would be greatThanks

how can I add a qualified timestamp to my PDF on the go (via iPhone)?

I simply get the error saying: The document cannot be opened because it's not a valid pdf-document.However I have no problems opening the file with my laptop, only my phone and tablet (Jellybean 4.2.2) won't open it.My friends also have managed to open the file on their tablets (android/windows).Have reinstalled and checked updates and tried other programs but none has worked for me.I simply have no clue and would appreciate help.
