Hi all, I work in Finance and I am tired of people printing, using a old school rubber stamp, scanning, and emailing. I created a dynamic stamp. However, some people want it so easy that complain about having to go to "tools" and "add text" to write on the stamp.Is there a way that when we stamp, there would be fillable fields without having to go searching for the "add text"?Thanks!

Hi all,I have been at this for days now, trying multiple methods to fix the issue via the forums and nothing is happening for me.I'm using Acrobat 10.1.16, with the latest update from the Adobe FTP installed (was suggested through another forum post).This issue has been happening to me on both El Capitan, and now also a FRESH INSTALL of Sierra.I can't save a file without the above message appearing. I have to Save As, and save it into a different folder/on desktop. I can then drag it to the original folder and overwrite the file without issue.I am on the only one in the office with this issue - my colleague is still running El Capitan, and he isn't having the problem.My other colleague is running Yosemite still, and he doesn't have an issue.The files are stored on a windows server. But this doesn't seem to make a difference. If I move the files to my desktop, then try to edit and save the file, the same issue occurs.It's killing my production time at work, and I feel like I've exhauste

We have been using Adobe DC now since it first came out without issue. All of a sudden we are unable to use the draw, comment, call out etc in multiple PDFs at one time. This is something we REALLY need to be able to do. We are also unable to move pages around in the document or between documents anymore. I don't get why this was not a problem until two weeks ago. I know that you are able to use these features in whatever the last document is that you open, but that is extremely inconvenient and I find myself having to open and close documents over and over to create my finished product. If anyone knows of a solution to this issue so we can go back to how it was, I greatly appreciate it. This started happening to all of our computers in the office at the same time so I am assuming it was from an update, but unsure. If we cannot get this fixed its going to make for a really annoying tax season!Thanks!

I recently installed the Adobe Pro DC on my computer.  My company will be replacing my computer soon.  How can I transfer the software onto my new computer without having to purchase a new license?

Now that I have created my form, I want to post it on a web page so that the general public can download a copy and fill it out.  I have set it up with a "submit" button geared to the target email address.  Any tricks or concerns I should be aware of?

I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on my new computer (wanting to move the product from my old computer to my new one). After installation, when I open Acrobat Pro XI I get this message, "Serial Number is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found." I am sure I am using the correct serial number but why is the new install not recognizing Pro XI?

We have several copies of DC pro, and LiveCycle, are we free to post as many fillable PDF forms as we want on our company website?It seems like you should be able to do this, but co-workers tell me Adobe keeps calling us to remove them?I relate it like Microsoft calling to say you can only use 10 Excel documents???Is there some license requirement that I am missing here?

I have run the full document search on my Adobe Acrobat X Pro (similar to the photo below), and I got about 60,000 results over the course of an approximately 100,000 page document. I need to pull all the pages with this particular word out of the document but dragging and dropping each of the 60,000 pages would be extremely time consuming. Is there any function that I can quickly extract all the pages that contain the word that I searched for? Thank you!

I have paid for a subscription to Acrobat pro DC and followed the installation instructions but I can't find it on my Mac book pro and I can't launch it., I am a real beginner and all I want to do is convert a PDF into a Word document.

Hello,My question is about exporting pdfs from InDesign.  I have created a multi-page document in InDesign that needs to be exported to a PDF.  I can't use the print to PDF command because it includes hyperlinks that must work when the pdf will be viewed online.  The pdf needs to be a smaller size than the original (I made it too big).  It would be extremely time consuming to re-scale the whole document which includes many text styles, guides, master pages, etc.  When I go to Export, there is no option for page size like there is in Print to pdf.  How can I use the Export command to make the pdf a smaller page size so that I can also keep my hyperlinks?  Is there a way to edit the job options to create a custom job option with a smaller page size?Thank you!

I am not sure where this might have gone, but I only have General, Appearance, Position, and Options on text field properties.  Have any of you run into this, or know how to fix this?  Acrobat Pro DC V 2015.020.20039 on WIndows 10

I generated several pdfs from Outlook 2016 and the resulting  view/print with no problems.  When I combine them into a binder the following is at the end of the document: =_NextPart_001_43F06_01CFD698.7EFE1EB0=_NextPart_000_43F05_01CFD698.7EFE1EB0 ContentType:image/jpeg; name="image001.jpg" ContentTransferEncoding: base64 ContentID: ContentDisposition: attachment; filename="image001.jpg" followed by 10 pages of binary print.  There is an imbedded image in the original pdf but it was combined into the binder as expected.  Other emails with the same image (i.e., sent by the same author in the original email) combined without the 10 pp of binary print.  I'm running Windows 10 and Office 2016 if that helps.

The question is if there is a fairly simple way to make distributed PDF forms editable online, so that they don't have to be downloaded.A second question is if there is an existing script which, when attached to a button, will notify the sender that the form is approved as is, so that the recipient doesn't need to send the identical form back to the sender.

I have a very basic javascript that asks for a pagenumber and a name. Then it extracts that pagenumber from the document and names it. I'm new to Adobe and form editing. I've created an interactive PDF form on Adobe Acrobat DC with a custom autotabbing javascript. The autotabbing works in preview but when I open the same PDF in Adobe Reader DC, the autotabbing doesn't work, I get the following message ReferenceError: tab_next is not defined 1:Field:Keystroke.tab_next is a function stored in the document level javascripts.Any javascript added directly to a textbox or to any form field will work. But Adobe Reader doesn't appear to recognize\execute the document level javascripts. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Acrobat Reader DC Version 2015.020.20039 always prints double-sided, even though the 'Two-Sided' is unchecked...  Opening printer preferences reveals that 'Two-Sided' is unchecked, and then clicking 'Print' will make it print single-sided.  But the after closing Acrobat Reader, the same problem happens the next time.  Please help.

when i open a pdf file using adobe pro DC the file opens and after about 30 secs everything goes blank. I have to start all over again but I get the same results. adope cloud is a desaster!! why do you try to keep improving and with every upgrade things get worse.How can I get some good help!!! Please

I bought the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Student and Teacher Edition but when I clicked download and waited over an hour later when it said it would open the folder when the download was complete, nothing happened and the folder was on my desktop but it was empty. There were no download files and there was no shortcut icon on my desktop. Please help. I feel like I've been conned. When I clicked on the download button in the email they sent, it directed me to the Adobe Education Store and when I entered my order number and password, there was no product found!!!
