HelloI just bought your software why does it keep telling me each time i try to covert a PDF into a word doc there is an error

Why I have seen limited the file's extension to 100 megas?It's for first time, Acrobat do'nt allows me, to create a PDF file, from a PowerPoint file, of more than 100 megas (140Mg)

Acrobat automatically detected and created all my fields, they show up on the right side-bar, properly titled and everything. However - they don't show up on the actual page. I am dying trying to figure out what is going on. Please help! Thanks in advance!

There's a chart on my resume that only makes sense when printed in color, and looks very clean and nice digitally and when printed in color, however I'm wondering if there's a way to set it to print slightly differently (with dates written out) when printed in B&W? I'm using Acrobat CC and created the document originally on InDesign if that makes any difference!

Hello,How do you change the default text box font size and color in Adobe Acrobat DC?  Adobe just updated Acrobat and before the update when I made a text box the font was red and 12pt which is what I want, now after the update it defaults to black color and 10pt.  I can change the size and color in the properties but I don not want to have to do that for every text box I create.  By right clicking in the empty space inside a text box I can bring up a menu that says "Make the current properties default" but that only applies to the text box border not the font,  If anyone had any suggestions that would be great.Thanks

I have a Mac IOS, Office 365 and just downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat. I can not creat a pdf from an Excel file with 2 pages. Acrobat turns it into 20 pages. HELP, please.

I have been working on texts using Adobe 9 with no problem at all - able to make comments and use tools. Now I can't do this and work comes up with security block saying commentary is not allowed. This has happened twice now and the last time I got over the problem by reinstalling Adobe but I don't want to lose work. I'm using a Mac.Any offers of help to fix this gratefully received.

I am using Adobe Pro DC, just was upgraded several months ago.  I do a lot of OCR of large documents.  I have noticed that after I OCR a document, it will not go back to the first page of the document.  At first I did not take the time to research but after trying the forums and Google to no avail even though I would re-word my phrase.  This feature comes in handy with large documents.  Thank you.

How do I activate Acrobat on my new MacBook, after my old computer died?

I cannot find a way to just free-hand draw on a document. I've used the pencil tool in the past, and that has worked before, but on this computer whenever I use the pencil tool to draw on the document, it creates a comments pop up box. Any idea how to disable that? Below is a screen shot of the pop-up I am referring to. I have tried looking in the options tab on the box, and there is a way to minimize that specific box, but if I draw another line it will pop up again.

I want to create portfolios containing release notes for my employer, a Fortune 500 software company.  The Adobe site advertises that DC Portfolio end-users do not require Flash (I assume Flash is embedded in DC Portfolio).Do I need to have my employer buy the DC license and ditch my current Acrobat Pro version so our customers don't need the latest version of Flash before opening my portfolio?This DC cloud stuff spooks me (I'm old). Is the "cloud" absolutely secure for corporate use?Seriously appreciate suggestions.

In pratica io ho diversi file a cui dovrei unire un frontespizio (sempre uguale per tutti i file). Sia i file che la pagina che farà da frontespizio sono in formato pdf.So che con i diversi software online o direttamente con adobe si possono unire due file in uno (small pdf, i love pdf.. ) ma se io volessi automatizzare il processo con più pdf senza dover ricorrere ad un codice java, esiste un software o un modo per fare quest'operazione per tutti i file automaticamente o devo per forza farlo manualmente uno ad uno?

I have a set of PDFs using a spot color. I need to assign the alias S01 to the spot color (PANTONE 280 CV) so our system can identify the colors for printing plates.I've figured out how to assign an alias to a spot color, but I don't know how to create the alias S01 using Acrobat DC.I am able to do this in InDesign by creating a new color swatch, naming it S01 and use Ink Manager to alias it to the spot color. The trouble is, I don't have INDD files for this project. I can't imagine having to recreate each PDF just to alias a color.

Recently upgraded my Mac OS to Sierra and suddenly scans from network scanner which were being received fine with previous OS are not showing up in Mac Mail program.  Using Sharp MX-2640 N PPD networked printer and scanner...  Any suggestions for changing the settings in Adobe, or Mac OS or Mac Mail?

I have created an enrollment form in InDesign and exported to PDF for additional editing and then future distribution to employees.One of the field names on the form is "PIN". The intent is that once the user enters the four digit PIN, the form will auto populate certain text fields to show info that pertains to him (info isn't confidential). I have a data source file in Excel, and have researched how to include the data source file in the PDF file. However, I am wondering how do I tell Acrobat to merge the data based on the user entry of the PIN. Like in Excel, you use an IF statement, but I don't know how to scripting in Acrobat.If this is done by scripting or some other way, please provide step by step instructions on how to do this.  I am not familiar with how to do JavaScript.Thanks.

Unlink checkboxes in Acrobat XI Pro?I've copied and pasted a bunch of checkboxes, and finally arranged them all perfectly so they look great, but now when I try to use the form if you check 1 box all of the boxes get checked. How do I unlink all the checkboxes so this stops? FYI: I do not know javascript. I've looked everywhere but answers are for earlier versions that do no apply.
