Does anyone know when the fix will be released to correct the problem with printing PowerPoints with Notes Pages to PDF?

How can i set correct answer option in adobe acrobat forum?

Is there an option at all for this?

I'm running Acrobat Pro 10.1.16 on Mac OSX 10.9.5 (I know, I'm old fashioned.)Since some time I cannot open any PDF files by double-clicking or from a browser (Safari, Firefox).Using File, open in Acrobat does work.This hasn't always been the case, it just occured at some point and is persistent.Many forums signal the problem, so I'm not the only one, but so far I have not found any solution.The Adobe helpdesk is a mess and totally unaccessible.This whole issue is rediculous and anoying, ant the text "Acrobat cannot open files in the “Adobe PDF document” format." is hilarious.Adobe, is there an answer?Thanks, KeesPSThis is probably not the right place for this issue, but that just illustrates how stupid this whole 'helpdesk' issue is handled by Adobe.

I went to tools (in a pdf file) but did not see an icon for encrypting or to make a pdf non-editable. Any suggestions?

Idiotic requests of Adobe Acrobat X pro in Windows 8.1 :1 - A.A.  ask me if I want to open the pdf I clicked: If I clicked it, it is clear that I want to open it !!2-  A.A.  ask me if I want to save  the changes  before to close the pdf but I have not made any changes absolutely !!3 - I cannot delete the PDFs stored because A.A.  says they are already opened somewhere, but  I'm not using explorer's preview !  why A.A.  does not  remove them?RegardsAlex

About two weeks ago I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows Student & Teacher Edition 1 User from Dell Partner Software Digital Fulfillment Team. We have tried multiple times to download and install the updated Adober Reader. While we can go do Adobe and log into our account, when we get to the password step in the installer, our password is not recognized. We keep getting looped back into downloading the installer over and over. Please help. Working on a Mac. Thank you, Kathy.

Hi, I changed from and older HP Pro Series to a newer HP Pro Series and now I can't print any PDF files.  Worked fine with my HP Pro 8600, but not on my HP Pro 8710.  I tried all the option listed on the help page for printing, but none worked.  This is awful if one can not print PDF files with HP printers.  Thanks for any help.

I am new to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so forgive my ignorance. I am using this program in Windows. I would just like to add a drop down menu to my fillable form so that I can select a time in military format. I know this must have a simple solution so thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Sept 2005 I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I've upgraded ever time a new version came out.  Now I'm getting a request to input my serial number when I try to use the software.  I looked online (adobe login) and got my serial number and it want take.  What can I do?

We currently convert PDF to text (using VB) parse and then import to QuickBooks with the QuickBooks SDK, one of the suppliers now has security on the PDF so we cannot convert or screen copy text.  We can open the PDF with acrobat remove security and then we can convert to text. Is they a way to do this with the Acrobat SDK.

Since the latest update to Acrobat, Acrobat spends a long time loading before the file actually gets sent to print. This is workable when printing only one copy, but when I try to print two copies it takes twice as long to load. The more copies I send to the printer, the exponentially slower it takes, so for any more than three or so copies, I end up having to force quit Acrobat. I've tried switching printers and drivers, but nothing helps. I can print fine from Preview or from the native software, just not Acrobat. I'm running OS X El Capitan (Version 10.11.5), and the latest version of Acrobat.

I would like to use both certificate and password security on Acrobat XI pdf documents.Certificate security so the pdf can't be emailed or used outside of our network.Password security so users inside our network can not edit the pdf                          I was able to create an action where i applied password security, save and then apply certificate security and save, but it only keeps the last security applied - certificate security.                          any help would be appreciated

Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again"I believe I may have used the wrong password, and I want to go back and fix it, but not sure if that is it.  How would I change the password for the server, so that I can continue to troubleshoot?Thanks all.-wg

Hello-We created a PDF Form for our internal office to fill out part of the information and then send to one of our subcontractors to fill out the rest. Once you save the form, it won't let our subcontractor edit it. Is there anyway to get a form that can be updated twice?

I'm attempting to do something that *should* be easy: Add all of the pages from document A to the end of document B. There is even a built-in command for copying pages from one document to another: Doc.insertPages. My problem lies in the limits of that method.See, whenever this script will be run, I do not know how many pages are in document A beforehand. Doc.insertPages lets me specify the first and last page that I want to copy over, but it only expects a number. Also, sadly, using -1 to specify the last one doesn't work for page index numbers the way it works for an Array's index number. So here's what I have so far:printDoc.insertPages({    nPage: printDoc.numPages - 1,    cPath: labelFile,    nStart: 0,    nEnd: -1});Here, printDoc is my document B, and labelFile is my document A. I can easily tell the method to insert the pages after that last existing page in document B by calling its numPages property and subtracting 1

I created a document using Adobe Acrobat XI, my previous default highlight colors will no longer appear when I attempt to use that color again.  E.g. -- When I highlight text with my current default color (lavender) the text changes to my default just fine, but if I need to make it stand out from other text and select yellow, which was a default color in the past, the highlighted lavender text  will not change to yellow.  (Even if I change my default color back to yellow, my text just shows as a white highlight.  (I use a lot of colors each month when reconciling my bank statement to identify different items, and I need my full color palette back.)Many thanks for a resolution.

Did Adobe take away the only markup tool that matters...again?On a production machine that I accidentally let update, I've got a bunch of text markup tools: (screenshot from Acrobat Pro DC)But one glaring omission: (screenshot from my main machine running Acrobat XI and no other CC updates past 11.3 because of that god-awful UI update)This T-with-a-star tool is the text markup tool that rolls the separate insert, replace, and delete all into one efficient tool. Why do the others even exist? Why would anybody switch among three tools when there is one that does it all? This tool was fine for years at least as far back as Acrobat 8 when my company started moving to a digital workflow. It was also fine in Acrobat 9, tho there seemed little reason to upgrade from 8. It was mysteriously removed from Acrobat X, so I put up a stink and downgraded all my editors back to 9. Running current Acrobat DC.  Tool is missing.  Online instructions suggest:Choose Tools > Rich Media is not there under tools or under tools/edit PDF. Its not there, how do I add video media?

Someone please help: Old version of Acrobat (worked fine until a recent windows automatic update) I had from my old laptop - transferred to a new one, however lost the disks long ago. I was given an activation code and it's worked fine on this new computer until the update. I need new codes? the old one didn't work.
