I try to upgrade 7.0 Pro to 7.1.0 by downloading from web site automaticly. after installation and reboot PC, the version never been changed to 7.1.0. still remianing 7.0.I download 7.1.0 again. the problem still same.

Hello I was able to download and install Adobe Acrobat DC, but when I choose trial it installs PRO version.I need to try Standard,  because I think i will be enought for what I need. Is there such possibility?Thank you.

I am developing a digital signature plugin (primarily for Reader but should work in Acrobat as well). I have a basic proof of concept working, with signing and verification and custom signature appearance but I am getting a large yellow question mark displayed behind my appearance. I have seen other posts on this forum which suggested the certificate needs to be trusted but I have done that and I still get the question mark.What could I be doing wrong? What do I need to do to make the question mark go away?(I am developing/testing with Acrobat Reader DC and a self-signed certificate on Windows 10.)

I'm created a list in Acrobat Pro DC and I create the list <L>, list item <LI>, label <Lbl>, and list body <LBody>, when I go to create tag from selection, it provides me with containers under the <LBody> that only have one or two letters in them, rather than the entire line of the list (which is only text).  Is there a way to correct these containers?  I'm trying to remember from my training, but can't seem to.  Do you artifact the containers with the single letters?  Any help would be appreciated.  The reading order is correct.  I'm also curious as to what screen readers read, would they read each container has having it's own letter in it rather than reading the word of text?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe X Standard Crashes Randomly while ScanningTypically happens with larger documents of 300+ pages. User is on a Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit OS. No local rights for user at issue. The user gets a message that Adobe has stopped working and needs to close, Windows 7 proceeds to check for a solution but does not find one and if we re-launch adobe and try to scan again it will continue to crash until we reboot the machine and then it will continue to scan again until the program crashes again. Hi, everyone. I recently purchased the facility for converting Word files to pdfs through adobe. I've already converted several files, and i can read them fine through my Adobe reader. however, I had Wondershare on my PC, and even though I uninstalled it, it still shows up as part the name of my files. Also, my pdf files are stark white; they do not look like pdf files. Should not a pdf file have a distinct look, I mean be red and white or something? I hope you can help. Thank you. Carl.

I have a series of 10 40 page brochures with a small image on the cover and mostly text inside that I want to post on a website or users to download. Each file is around 13-15mb. This seems really large for a simple document so I ran it through Audit Space Useage and found out approx 92% of each document was document overhead. Using the optimizer, I tried a few options and discard private data of other applications and discard document information and metadata. I managed to get the file size down to 500kb but all my links were removed (cross references and hyperlinks to web and email addresses).Is there a way to remove document overhead (some or all) but still retain link information?

I have installed the acrobat on my laptop but i couldn't use it. i couldn't open up the document or even the acrobat itself.

I am trying to use a custom validation script (or a custom keystroke script - whatever is best) in a drop-down to set the items in another drop-down based on the display value (not the export value).  If I use the export value, it works without issue.  If I use the display value, it is always one step behind the selection.  I am using the following validation script in Dropdown1:if(event.target.getItemAt(event.target.currentValueIndices, false)=="A"){this.getField("Dropdown2").setItems(["aa","aaa"])}if(event.target.getItemAt(event.target.currentValueIndices, false)=="B"){this.getField("Dropdown2").setItems(["bb","bbb"])}When I select "A" in dropdown one, it sets the items as if I selected "B" and vice versa.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I can't print from Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on my Canon ImageClass MF 4150 printer, and also can't scan from the same printer.

I was sure this should have revealed more previous discussions...Oh well, I would simply like better integration of the InDesign Buttons & Forms option with Acrobat / Reader DC and beyond.I am trying to save time by designing the form fields and interactive dropdowns etc. available in the 'Buttons & Forms' palette in Adobe InDesign so that I don't need to to customise as much when I expor to Acrobat. It seems as if this was its original intention as a feature, but was then abandoned as a priority to complete as there are various 'half-baked' options and inconsistencies. Even the term 'combo box' is referred to as 'dropdown list' in Acrobat despite referring to the same feature. You can even customise the rollover states of a radio button etc. in InDesign before exporting to Acrobat, however these then have peculiar glitches after altering other features and then re-saving the PDF they were exported into. Hi,   I am wondering if do we have a feature in Adobe that will Bookmark and Link automatically all the Table of Contents, Chapter headings, Section Headings, and even per entry of Indeces? We have a project that requires these features in our PDF files but we are manually doing it currently. So your help and advise would really a BIG help for us. 

I use to scan my files with no problem. Now every time I scan a document it turns with a gray background.What can I do to fix that?Thank you

I am using Acrobat 9 and all of a sudden last week every pdf I open all the text is automatically changed to this horrible font (one I never use!).  It doesn't matter if its a document I have created, or one that someone has emailed to me or one that I open online.  All pdf's when opened are defaulting to this crazy font and I know for a fact its not the font the document was created in.  I thought when you created a document in pdf, or converted a doc to pdf that the fonts were 'locked in'.Please help me change the view back to how the document was created - its driving me nuts!

I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat, converted from an xcel file.  However, when I use preview and attempt to fill in the form, my text does not wrap around.  When the content gets to long it either makes the font smaller or stops altogether.  How do it make the text wrap around?

I have a group of users who generate PDFs in a variety of ways and they move pages around from one to another to create specific reports. I have a particular file, let's call it Report A - created on 7-13-16 with Acrobat X Pro. It is a combination of JD Edwards created PDF, with pages from a few different files added into it. As PDF NOT Portfolio. The day it was last modified - 7-13-16 - all pages were visible and printable, no problem.As of today , 9-12-16 when I try to open Report A, my X Pro shows me 6 blanks pages zoomed in to 4811%. When I try to put it to 100% - it gets minuscule on the screen. When I try to save as a Word document, I get the error "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."  Sometimes trying to open it other users have been prompted with "This file is corrupt". Hi All, We are working on a solution to merge files into one PDF.There are some alternative available to fulfill the requirement such as Merge PDF files in ABAP | SCN But unfortunately other solutions are not very good optimized solution , as per observation there is high utilization of Hardware resources.It seem Adobe Acrobat also provide feasibility to merge multiple pdf files. Does anyone have experience what would be command line needs to consider if solution triggered by SAP ECC ABAP end.Regards,Santosh

I have a new computer, and when I insert the Adobe Acrobat X Pro CD the only option I get on the screen is to install the standard version.. I want to install the pro version.. Can someone suggest a solution to this, thanks you.
