Hello all. I am using adobe acrobat pro 7.0i have a pdf of a dungeons and dragons custom character sheet, but i do not want to print it out. So i am trying to turn it into a form fillable character sheet.i have made fillabe text spots but i do not know how to make them calcualte the proper in put out put table for an ability score. the custom calculation script wants javascript i dont know javascript. i want  the table to beHeader 110=011=012=+113=+114=+215=+216=+317=+318=+419=+420=+5the table would continue in that matter any one know how to do this

I need to be able to put a form somewhere where all of my coworkers can individually fill out the form and responses are saved to one location.  I created a Performance Review form and my Manager wants to be able to pull up the responses from a central location.  She does not want to have 500 separate pdf Performance Reviews that have been sent to her by email or saved in a folder.

Can you embed fonts in a pdf after the pdf has been created? I received a pdf from another designer, made a few minor corrections, and now the printer can't use it because the original pdf didn't have all of the fonts embedded. Any ideas?

I'm created a list in Acrobat Pro DC and I create the list <L>, list item <LI>, label <Lbl>, and list body <LBody>, when I go to create tag from selection, it provides me with containers under the <LBody> that only have one or two letters in them, rather than the entire line of the list (which is only text).  Is there a way to correct these containers?  I'm trying to remember from my training, but can't seem to.  Do you artifact the containers with the single letters?  Any help would be appreciated.  The reading order is correct.  I'm also curious as to what screen readers read, would they read each container has having it's own letter in it rather than reading the word of text?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to know how to put a security policy in the toolbar to easily add the security policy to a bunch of documents.  I had the ability in Acrobat 8.  Now that the IT Department has installed Acrobat 11 in my desktop, I can't seem to replicate the feature.  Please help!Thanks, Ed

In Acrobat 9 Pro I am able to drag one or a group of thumbnails to the desktop, where it would create a pdf "Untitled Extract Pages.pdf" with those pages at the desired location. I could then easily rename the newly-created document as I wished. It's a one-step drag-and-drop.Step 1: Drag pages to desired locationStep 2: Rename the resulting file.But in Acrobat XI Pro, when I try to drag thumbnails to the desktop, I see that the folder I want the file to go into is highlighted by the drag icon, but nothing gets dropped. Instead I have to: Step 1: extract the desired pagesStep 2: click OK to the extract dialogStep 3: Command-Shift-S to save the file as…Step 4: Locate the folder to which I want to save the fileStep 5: Name the fileStep 6: Click Save Is there any way to get the simpler procedure that worked so well in Acrobat 9?I'm using OS 10.11.6

I have a few drop downs where I can add items and values using a javascript set in the Custom Keystroke format. This part works fine. The thing is, I have placed this other code in the Actions of each drop down:Action/MouseUp            var f = this.getField("cA.2C");            f.value = "Choose";Action/MouseDown            var f = this.getField("cA.2C");            f.value = "";What is happening is when I go to add a new item and value, I have to first click on the drop down arrow, click outside the drop down then click back on the drop down arrow to then type in a item and value. I'd like to be able to click the drop down arrow, the word Choose would go blank giving me a cursor to enter text with one click instead of multiple clicks. What can I do to accomplish this?

I'm a grad student and my professor puts all of the assigned readings on his website, but many of the documents are scanned sideways. in the desktop version of Chrome and in Acrobat I can rotate the files, but not in the Android version of Acrobat. This is a simple feature and I am begging Adobe to include it in future updates.Thank you

User creates a PDF document and needs to insert existing PDF files into PDF document.  The first PDF insert works fine.  However, when the users inserts additional PDF documents, a few pages down,  the first PDF document is inserted again.  Not able to insert a different PDF document.

I am currently attempting to use layers as an alternative to using tons of form fields, but I'm likely using them incorrectly. Our client wants a PDF with lots of rollover images. We normally create technical drawings with SolidWorks, but tackled this anyhow. My solution was to create hidden text fields and icon buttons. When another hidden button experienced a mouse entry and exit, the appropriate text or image would be displayed. This seemed the proper approach. However, when I started adding more and more images and text fields, they began to overlap, making the document very difficult to work with. In a test attempt to work around this, I instead created a separate PDF with one of the rollover images statically displayed. I imported this into the "main" or "base" PDF as a layer. Now my hidden button will display a new layer upon rollover, revealing the image as well as the rest of background. So when the layer is shown upon mouse rollover, an entire PDF is displayed on top of the "

i subscribed to acrobat dc but will not activate. Keeps telling me I have 30 days left on the trial version.  I have signed out and signed back in to my account online with no results.  My account profile shows I am subscribed to the plan.

how do I uninstall free version of adobe acrobat dc reader? It is saying I need permission fron 'system' and wont let me uninstall it. I js want acrobat reader not DC

I upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot launch Acrobat. Cant reset it. Cant find a paid phone number for support. Spent hours on forums and Adobe... Hallo Community,also mein Problem ist etwas schwierig zu erklären. Ich habe einen Skript aus PP-Folien als PDF Datei.Nun wollte ich, um es am Uni-Drucker Druckfähig  zu machen, ein PDF mit DIN-A4 und 2 Folien pro Seite erstellen.Hat im Prinzip auch geklappt nur die Seitennummerierung ist sehr seltsam und ich hab Probleme es am Uni Drucker (beidseitig) und auch daheim anständig auszudrucken. Probleme macht meiner Meinung nach die Nummerierung.Und zwar sind nun wie gewollt aus knapp 500 Folien 250 Seiten geworden. Jedoch wird mir wenn ich auf Seite 2 im Dokument bin "Seite 3 (2 von 250)" angezeigt.Irgendwie macht das Sinn, da ja die Folie 3 auf der zweiten Seiten ist. Nur Beim Drucken wird mir dann "Alles Drucken: Seite 1-500" angezeigt.Folglich muss ich dann Seite 3 eingeben wenn ich eigentlich die Seite 2 drucken will. Will ich z.B. nur Seite 2 drucken macht der Drucker zicken. Das heißt auch wenn ich alles drucken will dann streikt er auch...Das macht mich völlig verrückt Kurz zu

The popup menu is displayed properly in the dialog box, but there is no content although its defined. I'm trying to find example PDF's that demonstrate the differences in the versions from say Acrobat 4.0 PDF 1.3 to say Acrobat 8.0 PDF 1.7.
