How do I add my wife to my PDF Pack Plan?

I'm trying to share a 1,000 page text PDF (285mb) yet it won't send through Acrobat or the web link (what was Track and Send). It seems to be a size issue as I've tried to send other larger PDF's that have sucessfully sent through Track and Send yet these will no longer upload.I have emptied my old files as previously suggested in other threads but still no luck.Any help would be appreciated.ThanksMatt

And this is the only customer support offered - a forum page?!?!?!?I bought the PDF converter to convert PDFs to Word docs, but when I am in a PDF it will not allow me to sign in, and only gives me error messages. I need a refund on this service. It will not do what I am paying for because it will not allow for me to sign in. Please how can i have a discontinuation of the service processed and receive a refund.

At no point during the purchase of the PDF pack was I informed it was only an online service, what happens if you can’t work online? It is also unreliable. I would like to cancel the service and have a refund.

Hello,I have a subscription to Export Adobe PDFs and usually I can just simply open the PDF in Adobe Reader, click the export button and convert to Word.  When I click the export button now, it says: "No Internet Connection".I am connected to the internet, have tried signing out and signing back in and have been having this issue for several weeks.All of the old forum links with this are over 1 year old.any advice?

I have just installed an Adobe Acrobat DC reader, &, unlike previous readers I've had, this app doesn't have the button to put PDF documents in my Document Cloud file.  Is there another way to do this, or is there a reason I don't have the button?

I renewed my Send & Track license in June.  Following the update, I have no access to Send & Track at all.  I see the "share" function, but that is not the same.  Is my license for Send & Track of any use whatsoever, or should I request a refund?

We are a staff of 6 using Adobe DC paid monthly membership. Some of us can add the protection to PDFs to send to clients while some of us cannot. When we attempt to add it, it brings us to the page to sign up for a membership (when we already have one) any way to get multiple staff (under 1 sign in) to use the protection add on?

HiI need to upgrade my subscription from PDF pack to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I get to a screen that gives me 3 options - 2 with a contract (annual or monthly) and one with no contract, but a higher monthly payment.  I select this final one, I don't want to be tied to longstanding payments as I probably won't need it and only have one project to do.  However I just end up in a loop, the next screen says it will cancel my PDF pack subscription and start the Pro one, and shows the correct monthly bill amount (Ok).  But when I press ' upgrade my current subscription' I end up with with a pre-selected / can't change option of the incorrect monthly annual contract.  What am I doing wrong or how do I successfully get the subscription I want?Many Thanks

I bought the service to convert PDF document to Word. When I tried it, it saved it as a "Word" document, but the whole thing is in "picture format" and won't let me edit, copy, paste or anything that I want to do with a text document. Can you help?

This is more of a feature request than a questions or discussion topic but I would love to see Adobe include "interactive" PDF as an option for when you include a PDF in a packaged INDD. Seems simple enough!?!
