cannot get to the sign in screen to access my product

I have an annual subscription to PDF Pack. #ADB013085571 on August 30, 2017 and renewed in August this year. My problem is that the laptop it was loaded on died. I purchased a new Laptop. How do I load it on that new on?

In the last week when I've tried to convert from PDF to Word on my desktop I get an error message "An error occurred while trying to access service".  My account is paid up, internet working fine, I've signed out and signed back in.  All to no avail.  Can't get any direct customer service.  Looking for help.

Hello, I have PDF files and I can download them. If I convert them to a word doc, it shows as a picture and I can't make changes. How can I edit the doc first before I convert it? When I click on the Edit PDF button its asking me to pay for a service which I already have a plan so maybe I missed a step?

I have converted a pdf document to an Excel document so I can make changes to some content. The formatting is not the same and I cannot print it out to look like the original.  How do I get it to print like the original?

HI, I bought the Adobe Export PDF in April 2018, Annual subscription and I had to reboot my laptop and I lost it. How can I reload?

I have purchased Adobe Export PDF. But when I use the function in Adobe Reader DC, it takes me to the webpage to purchase. And yes, I have logged on with my account in Adobe Reader DC.When I tried via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and accessed my plan, it says I do not have the license. But if i check my account in Adobe Account , it does say I have the adobe export PDF license. I am very sure I logged in as the same account.Anyone have any advice on how to correct this?

I was originally going to download Adobe illustrator but as I said, I downloaded the PDF PACK by mistake, it says the telephone line does not exist, I already canceled the PDF Pack, I just wanted to know if I could have my money back or maybe change it for the Adobe Illustrator. I payed the whole year, that´s also why I am so concerned, I don´t want to pay for something I will not be using. Also, I payed it a few minutes ago and also cancelled it. Thanks.

Still no go. I have used this for three years to convert pdf to excell bank statements. Account is active; Tried cloud; cleaned acrobat and reloaded; pdf is small; tried different browser;  PO'd that there is no chat to resolve this!

I converted one PDF sucessfully, the next one gives me a blank EXCEL document. Thoughts?

Hi,I purchased the ability to convert a PDF document to Word. I asked about converting a Word 2007 document to a PDF and was told that the conversion facility I had purchased already covered that.So my question is this: For the Adobe Acrobat software on my computer I see where it says "convert PDF to Word" but I don't see how I can get it to convert my Word document to a PDF. Hi,I have purchased the export PDF subscription, it doesn't work when I try the acrobat reader DC application for windows and i have logged out and logged back in again, shut all my windows and restarted my PC.It also doesn't work when I use the https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​ link, I have also logged out and logged back in and it still doesn't work.Please is there anything i can do?Lizzi

I have a paid subscription to Pro Pack. When I try to convert a Word file to PDF, it always takes me to a screen where I can choose a plan to subscribe to. BUT I already own the subscription. What to do?

Hello!I uploaded a PDF file into the "Document Cloud". So if I use that PDF-file on my tablet and mark some text lines, does the version in the cloud also synchronize those marks?I think what I am asking for is what Amazon's Kindle is doing: It synchronizes !@ the progress on your mobile device and also in the cloud reader.Does the "Adobe Document Cloud" do the same?Thank you!

Hi all,When I'm trying to convert a pdf to word I'm transfered to a webpage Pricing Options. But I have already a right PDF Export package!? Very irritating! Paying but no having the access to the right service. Is someone familiar with this issue? And does someone know the answer?

My account is paid but I cannot convert and PDF's

I just started using Adobe PDF services. I have successfully created a combined PDF file. I then went to organize pages, deleting some, moving some. Then i clicked "Save".  It asked me for a file name. But when I later click on that file in the Cloud it is not the new file.  It is an old one i was working with previously. It will not save the new file no matter what I name it.

I clearly have internet connection and a paid subscription, however i keep getting an error message saying "no internet connection". It's not a firewall issue as i have already tested the service outside the firewall.

i only needed it for one month and i paid for and used it now i need to cancel and theres no cancel button were one should be at.

When I try to convert a emailed PDF to a Word document, Word cannot open it? any suggestions? Adobe doesn't have a customer service line to call.
