Exportpdf has no text when exporting to word or excel

Even if there is an access to Internet on my PC (windows 10), I get "no internet connected" error when I press "convert to Word" from Export PDF.  Please help!

I purchased the Adobe program that would allow me to convert my PDF files to Microsoft Word.  I converted one of my files to Word, but when I open the word file I am not able to do a simple edit like increase the font size.  Once in the Word document, I chose "Select All" under the Edit tab, just as I always have.  The text was all highlighted, but when I went to the font size drop down menu to make it larger, I chose the larger font, but the font size in the document did not increase.  Am I missing a step?  This is the process I always use with Word documents that I create.

I have been trying to sign in today and every time I try to sign in to the subscription it says an error occured while signing in. I went to the website and have not trouble signing in. I tried changing my password and got the same error but can sign in online fine. I want to convert a pdf document to word so I can change it. I have had no problems with this up until today.

wondering why my adobe acrobat will only let me combine 12 files at once

#1 is located at the top left (first-File, then Save As) and #2 is located on the right side (first-Tools, then Document Processing). What are the chief differences between these two selections of different locations?, other than #2 cannot optimize any Photo or Color Settings that are originally selected by the User of the Scanning Software.I also cannot locate the OCR Scanning feature on item #1?.

Hello,I bought the application yesterday and it doesn't work properly. The conversion is not complete. I would say 40% of the document has been converted. My PDF document is only 125 K. I'm using SOLIDWORKS to draw mechanical parts and I save my document in PDF.Is there someone with the same problem ?

MY PDF WILL CONVERT TO WORD BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME EDIT IT LIKE THE SUBSCRIPTION SAID IT WOULD!!!

Hello,I already paid for PDF Export ($23.99) and want to upgrade to pdf pack which includes the items in PDF Export.  When I go to pay for PDF pack, it doesn't give me credit towards the amount I have already paid.  How can I just do an upgrade and not have to pay the full price of PDF Pack of $69.99, and just pay the difference from what I already paid.Thank you

I have paid for the program to export PDFs; however, I get a "Forbidden" error screen every time I try to export a document. I sent the same document to my husband who has a separate account for his work, and he was able to convert the document just fine. Please help!!

I am new to the product of PDF Export but I am trying to convert pdf documents that have been emailed to me into a spreadsheet like Excel.  The PDFs I have received come from several sources so the layouts are different.  I have noticed that I am getting some that convert just fine and others that dont. For the PDF docs that dont convert over the number values in the PDF show up as symbols on the Excel doc. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to correct this so that the conversion works.  I dont receive error messages during the conversion just an Excel doc that is unreadable

I purchased a one year subscription to Adobe Export PDF in Dec 2017.  My Mac user account crashed and I had to reset up a different user account on the same device and am running successfully.  Now when I try to use Export PDF, it just sends me to the purchase Adobe programs window.  I still have until Dec 2018 on my subscription, but am unable to use it.I have tried Adobe support, but they just tell me to try the forums and will not help me or refund the balance of my subscription.Any help anyone can offer as to how I access and use my remaining Export PDF subscription?Thank you[Your name is not a good question title... I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack, Monthly, but any time I try to use the document cloud services, it only gives me the option to "Subscribe Now." How can this be fixed?

I just purchased PDF export.I have no issue converting small files to word document. However, I have one file that about 60KB, which I get converting failure message everytime. The exporting goes fine but it never gets passed the conversion phase.I have tried it on my work computer and my personal laptop.

Just purchased an Apple pencil and downloaded fill & sign butthe pencil doesn't work with it - can someone help me to get the pencil to work with this app? Thank you

When Exporting PDF files, there is no selections available to choose from in the document language selection area, so that I can choose Excel.  Why is this the case?
