Adobe Acrobat Online

I just purchased a PRO D to get a document exported for signature and sent off today.  I just learned that window don’t support the laptop program Vista.  I am on my IPad and wish to complete the process via the IPad which I thought the subscription would do before I make another purchase to get this document done today by its deadline.  PLEASE HELP ME!

I get this message when trying to save documents to document cloud.  'Error connecting to document cloud. Please check your internet connection.'As far as I know there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. What's happened?

I'm trying to convert a pdf file to excel using Acrobat Reader DC but I keep getting told I'm not connected to the internet.I've been issued a new work laptop and have tried to convert Acrobat Reader pdf files to excel but it says I'm not connected to the internet even though I definitely am. Incidentally, it used to happen from time to time on my previous laptop. Is this a 'trusted site' issue where my work administator needs to add the cloud URL to my trusted sites?Would appreciate some help as I'm currently paying for something I can't use.Thanks,CG

I scanned 34 pages into a pdf file for a class assignment.  I have to submit it as a Word document, but after paying for the conversion service, I got 34 blank pages.  I need to turn this in tonight.  What do I need to do to properly convert these scanned pages to Word? Thanks! Melissa

I purchased Adobe PDF Pack about 2 months ago. Each and every time I try to Export to anything (Word, PowerPoint), I receive an error message that says "Forbidden". I tried to access https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf from IE and Chrome and receive the error message "We've encountered a critical error. Please try again later. Unable to fetch base_uris from files tier". The PDFs I have tried to convert are not protected.I also tried to download the Desktop version but the download never works.I am beyond frustrated. There is no help number. No chat. Instead I have to spend my time searching through forums with no luck.I need this resolved. HELP!

Is anyone else not able to send files with SEND? I have not been able to send anything for 2 days. Keep getting "Error Uploading File"Have tried 3 computers and 2 different servers.
