Anyone have an idea to correct this?

I have a new computer.   I can sign in to Adobe, but can't find a way to use the product I bought.  It is Export PDF.  How do I start?

I have created a PDF form with Acrobat Pro.  I am trying to sign the form with Fill and Sign and regrettably Fill & Sign doesn't see the form data that has been populated by Acrobat Forms.  I'm not sure if this is a bug with Acrobat Pro or Fill and Sign.  I've seen others post similar questions where the Adobe team seemed to say the culprit was Apple Preview for PDF.  In this example, its two Adobe products (no Apple Preview) which don't talk together.I have found a "work around" (if you can call it that) where I have to save as Optimized PDF in Acrobat Pro (which breaks the form) but at least I can sign it....Does anyone know of a workflow where one can take a Form created in Acrobat Pro and open it (with form data) in Fill & Sign?

I am a adobe pdf export subscriber. I received an email saying there was a problem with my renewal payment. I logged into the account and the expiration date had changed. I entered the new date (the card # had remained the same). I updated the expiration date but received a message saying it was incorrect (which it wasn't). I logged out, logged in again and tried again with the same result with the difference that this time I was instructed to contact my bank. I contacted them and they said there was nothing on their end that would cause it not to go through. What do I do now? I don't need my subscription to elapse.James

I have an ExportPDF plan. It works fine on most computers, but not on my laptop (Windows 10, Chrome). I am signed in, but on clicking Esport PDF I see heading "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" and a link to purchase the product, instead of the usual "Adobe Export PDF" heading. What can be the problem? Thank you.

I am unable to upload a file from Acrobat DC. I can upload via the web interface. I get the error message "failed to be uploaded.Something went wrong while uploading the file." I've rebooted, repaired the installation, signed out and back in. I keep getting the same error message. I've also disabled Windows Firewall and checked my anti-virus software to make sure it wasn't interfering. Thanks

Hi, I am being told conversion failure all the time when I try to convert PDF to word or excel, this was possible up to 2 months ago, can anyone help please?

I changed my email address from our business email to my personal email and now when I log in I get the message below. I called Adobe and was told that they don't have anyone in customer service dedicated to PDF pack and that I would need to use the forum. Since I paid for this software seems like someone from Adobe should be able to help with this. Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to access the software again? im trying to convert a pdf to words but its says fail to upload, can anyone help me please

I just purchased a monthly subscription to PDF Services because the description leads you to believe you can create PDFs from photos. Turns out that's not the case.Not only will Adobe not let me request a refund but it won't let me purchase Acrobat Pro, which is what I think I need, because I already purchased the PDF Services plan.This is a ridiculous business model. I just want REGULAR Acrobat.

I am hosting an event that needs requires registrants to sign a waiver.  I have uploaded the waiver to my template library.  I would like to email registrants a link and have them sign, but after the first person signs, it says the document has been signed.  I can potentially have 500 registrants  - how can this situation be handled?

Adobe has gone mad. They must have fired all the people and installed just very dumb AI machines. I can't get an answer to a very simple question: How do i find, or redownload, my pdf converter subscription?@ !

Is a pdf created with pdf pack in pdf/x1A format? fonts embedded? High definition, at least 300 dpi? Sending file to printer for publishing.

Since installing the pdf converter whenever I scan a document under the pdf selection option it triplicates itself into a picture format without authorization.  What is going on ?? 

I have a paid PDF Export subscription and whenever I export to Word or Excel, the application doesn't recognize I have a paid subscription and I search forever to find my last web page log in that got me to the conversion service I've paid for.How do I connect directly from Adobe Reader? I'm signed in and it shows I have an account.

I'm having an issue converting a pdf file to excel.  The issue is with the portions of the pdf that have a shaded background color it is converting the shaded portions as a single text box rather than individual cells of data. How do I fix this issue??

I downloaded a job application that has only one page available for previous work experience. I combined my completed application with an additional page three with different work  information on it. After it was combined and I tried to edit the application, the information on the original page three was changed to the information I entered on the added page three. How do I get the page I added in the combined file to be an individual page four that I can enter data on and not change what I have on page three. I can't even figure out how to change the page numbers before I actually combine the documents into a new document.

Pdf doesn't show completed fields when imported into Adobe Fill & Sign on iPad (v 18.02.00). After signing, I'm unable to send the signed document by email. Any help appreciated.
