I am fed up with some really basic stuff.  I have been paying auto annually for Adobe Pack, for which I sign in and it acknowledges my sign in.  Yet every time I simply try to edit a form to save it as a pre-filled doc I am asked to go into a menu and pay more every time for more annual fees - Edit a PDF, etc.I am about to hit UNINSTALL and call for a refund for a worthless service that never ever had all of this difficulty from before.

on your site there is not (or is very well hidden) the clause to cancel a purchased service. To eliminate it, I had to block the credit card. But who do you think you are?

How do I download the pdf pack if it is not listed as an option to download?

I have just cancelled an annual subscription to PDF Export, but would now like to print copies of my invoices for the last 5 years. How do I do this, please?

I purchased Adobe converter for use for one year.  I did not renew the service.  I was away and when I checked my credit card I was charged automatically for the this year.   On October 13, I called  Adobe and a  lady from India picked up and helped to cancel the service and for refund she asked me to go to Adobe site and chat.  I did that and he(Supraja) said it is all taken care and Adobe will refund it to my account within 5-7 days. However, I am not going to be refunded full.  Not only I am not receiving full refund for the service I did not renew (Unauthorized transaction) but also I have NOT received a refund and it is 9 days already.

I have had my subscription for almost two years and i want to cancel. No cancel plan option on my account, no response from live chat and barely any support options - how can i do a simple task like cancel my subscription

Adobe does not apparently send a receipt on an annual renewal?  How do I go about having them send a receipt without having to cancel this service and then submitting a request for a new subscription?

I had a computer crash and I cannot find Adobe Export Pdf in my Applications any more and I cannot down load because the message I get is that I already have a copy of it.

When I try to use Export PDF to convert from PDF to docx only half my document is converted to Word. Why is that and how can I have the whole document converted?

Totally lost here so please redirect me. I have the free Acrobat Reader on my computer and can see that comes with some free storage, but can't find anywhere how much storage that is. Also, having trouble finding various product details. All I want to do is have all my recipes on the cloud. Now, some are pdfs, some txt, and a few png and eml. With a 7 day free trial of PDF Converter Elite, I can see how to convert them and get them to the cloud. I can't figure out how to edit tho without being presented with various products to buy. I don't know what the details are of the $99 converter plan, if I should buy that. Seems like a lot just for converting some recipes so I can store them. No need for sharing, no signatures, nothing complicated. I don't know if I need to be able to create pdfs or if I need some combination that will create/convert/edit. There's got to be some place where I can see the details of the simplest, most basic products so I can do this little project. Help? And Tha

Our company is currently using Adobe Reader DC. We generate PDF files directly from Quickbook (Premiere 2015) and convert the file to DOC/DOCX for editing purposes.It was working fine until last month, now all of new PDF files we attempt to convert to Word gives results of missing bars and not able to put cursor below for next page.QB is saying they cannot detect any issues in our software and as long as PDF is generating fine it is not their issue. Regrettably the problem I am encountering does not seem to be included in any of Adobe’s predetermined options intended to channel enquiries/questions to particular subject matters. The problem I have is that I am unable to convert PDF Files into either Word or Excel Online.
